Wow wow wow wow! Now I know why they have 5 star reviews! I got my eyelashes done by Mindy and she was wonderful. I got the volume mix and I couldn't be happier. I was able to schedule my appointment the next day as well. When you walk in everything is clean and is peaceful. They will ask you to fill out waivers and they will ask what type of eyelashes you want. Mindy was able to help me decide what would look best for me as it was my first time. Once we got into the room, they have four massage tables and everyone works very quietly. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep a couple of times. Make sure that you give yourself enough time! She is very skilled...she did a great job on my lashes and i could tell she knew what she was doing as soon as she started to explain the lash types and what would match the look I wanted. I love how my brow turned out. Mia was so patient with me when we designed my brows. I could not decide how i want my brows to be drawn and changed the shape several times, but she took time for me just to make sure I had my brows i wanted. So one of my friends recommended love lash by Mia a couple years ago and I tried it and absolutely LOVED how they turned out! I like them kinda voluminous so the full set costs $120 and the fill is $70 depending on how long it's been since your last appointment or the amount of lashes you have left. The quality is amazing and they do a good job of putting them and the glue they use isn't uncomfortable, too strong or too weak which helps with making them last so it really is worth your money $$$ read more

Anna did my eyelashes and I LOVE them! They are light and I forgot I even had any on. At night before bed my eyes teared up a bit, but I think my eyes are getting used to them still. But overall I am beyond happy with how they turned out!!! Anna helped me out, she was super kind and did an amazing job. I have an eye that is smaller than the other. What she decided to do is add longer lash extensions on the smaller eyelid, which created the effect of symmetrical eyes. She was also highly concern about what lashed I got. I wanted to be dramatic and get 2D lashes. My lashes are not strong and it would of damage my lashes, therefore Anna recommended to first start with the natural $100 lashes. I found Love Lash in desperation right before an event and they were able to accommodate me to come in the same day which is unheard of with lash appointments! But of course, I was a little skeptical. I have previously applied lash extensions for a very long time so my lashes have sadly become weaker over time and finding a specialist who is able to work with this drawback is always a challenge. Not to mention anxiety ridden due to the fear of my lashes getting worse! Michelle was my specialist at Love Lash and she was a careful listener and triple checked with me to make sure I got the length, volume, and look that I wanted (I wanted very light, least volume as possible, natural looking lashes). After two hours, she was able to achieve a lot. She got as close as possible to what I wanted without gluing the lashes improperly. With my weak lashes, it is absolutely crucial that this doesn't happen and she made sure of it. The next day, there was 1 eyelash that flopped and starting poking my eye and I reached out via text and got an immediate response to come in that same morning to get it fixed. My specialist was there to help me and she even added a few more. Overall, I'm excited to use this location as my lash source as it is close to my home, and I feel that I can trust my specialist to listen to what I want, not what she wants. I got my first lash extensions here and 2 refills and i have to say i am very happy with how my lashes have come out every time. My lash tech is for my first lash set and first refill was Ale and she is so awesome! She has a very gentle technique so its not uncomfortable! Ale was booked for my second fill at my usual time so i went with another lash tech and her name was Tyra and was great too. Her technique felt slightly different but still great results. I highly recommend this place to any lash newbies or even girls that have had extensions forever! Great relaxing environment and beautiful results! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE - THE BEST TECHNICIAN ANNA LEFT ALREADY!!!!!!!!! After Anna left, the owner Tyra asked me to work with another technician which was a disaster. A lash fell out on the drive home, another the next day, and a lot more when I washed them after the 48hrs. Yes, I followed the after care instructions properly. All were from the same eye. I had tons of glue coming off on my eyelid each time. It HURTS my eye. As another a customer reviewed, it seems that they switched to an off-brand product to save costs. I never had experienced this much eye soreness and felt super uncomfortable. I feel like I need to see a doctor. They don't have good technicians at all any more. All they want is just to save money and spread a rumor about the best technician Anna. AVOID this place at all costs. By the way, this is my honest opinion. I came here for my very first lash extensions experience so keep in mind I don't have anything to compare it to. I had an enjoyable experience but it wasn't extraordinary. Parking is available in a gated lot underneath the building. You go to the second floor and it's two little rooms (one with a front desk where you sign waivers and pay and another with a few beds and lash technicians working on lashes). The day before they texted me directions and how to find the building and parking instructions which was very helpful. It's a $10 fee if you decide to cancel or reschedule within 6 hours of your appointment deducted off your next visit. The process for the classic natural look took 2 hours (it was not painful but a bit itchy). The one thing I wished my lash technician did was walk me through the process. She obviously doesn't need to tell me what she is doing for every lash but since it was my first time it would have been nice for her to to tell me what she was doing to prep and the process in the beginning while my eyes were closed. She also stepped away for some time (probably to use the restroom or grab more materials) and didn't let me know how long she'd take which would have been nice to know since my eyes were still closed. I loved the look in the end. The lashes are more flimsy than I thought (this is probably just everywhere) a couple fell out the first day so I try not to touch them or get them wet, sleep on my back, and use appropriate make up and make up wipes. She told me not to use any oil based make up or wipes, to not get them wet for 24 hours, and to not sleep on my side. I'm afraid I'm an addict now and I'll continue getting refills (especially with my short straight asian lashes). read more
