This was a very great laundry facility! My dryer broke over the weekend so I had to come dry my clothes here and the best part is they allow you to dry free! Even if you wash here the cost is CHEAP !! They have vending machines with supplies to wash, vending machines with snack. A little store with many snacks for kids and drinks! They have a little station where children can play, sit, and watch tv! There is a lot of sitting room and a lot of flat screen televisions EVERYWHERE!!! I would rate this four stars... if they replaced the 2 loader machines with better ones. Ones that don't have gaps where your socks could get stuck in. Rip off for your money. The 3 loaders work better since they don't have gaps and laundry is processed in place. Not only does this facility have the latest washing and drying machines, they also sell a variety of washing, drying supplies, food, drinks and other snacks. They even have slurpees/icee drinks. It's always clean and they open pretty early. I'm an early bird meaning I wake up around 4 or 5 am. So if they open at 6...ita perfect for me. Besides I don't want to come later in the day, it's gets too busy. The best part about washing your clothes here is that you can dry for free! Yep! You can dry for free for 12 mins at a time. So you really can't go anywhere because that 12 mins goes by fast! But I think it's worth it. Their dryer can dry pretty quickly. Unlike other places that make take a long time. read more

First off here are the good things about Love laundry: -clean! (Someone cleaning all the time) -Quiet (for a laundry matt, and the area) -Free dry (you can even use high heat) -kids area w/TV. -card readers so you don't have to get change. ( i didn't know the prior to my arrive The Bad: -one of the machines took 50 cents from me and when I tried to tell one of the workers. She basically said I need to watch the machines more carefully and that I was most like short changed by the change machine not the washers. As if that was better. -I haven't been to the laundry matt in years but I don't remember them being so expensive. $4.25 per load and way higher for other machines. Maybe that's how much other laundry matt's are too. Or maybe it's because they let you dry for free. I have made love laundry my go to laundry mat. I like to go earlier in the day (before 5pm) because its not crowded. I made the mistake of going on a Friday night and it was busy. But I still got in and out in an hour so that's a plus. I had a large bedding item that my home washer could not handle. So I hunker down for a dreaded day trip to this new laundromat down the street. I could not of been more wrong! I absolutely could not believe how great Love Laundry (Watt Ave) was. Clean! Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the mini mart idea. The numerous HD Flat screen TVs... This is rate for food that involve water like cup of noodles. They used their machine that makes cocoa for the hot water. This is the first only thing I ate that day. I drank on of their canned gingerale and ate a cup of noodles. I got food poisoning from their water. It's been since last Sunday or Saturday and I am still not well. The hotel I'm staying at is over priced for laundry so I found love laundry on yelp . It was so clean and very nice inside I didn't feel uncomfortable being there they offered free wifi and if you do your laundry the drying is free . I was so impressed I knew I had to do a review. This place is best better then other places that I've been too clean restroom n the place looking sharp but one thing I dont like about it idk who but I guess it's the worker that wash them white towels n having it dry I wait for 30mins just to get a spot to dry my things .the white towels was in those paying dryers a few of them was dry never tooken out to let customers get a room to dry that's wrong and if it was our thing they will take it out n hold it just to make room for others to use but when it's their they won't that's mess it. It's a given that doing laundry at a public laundry mat is my most procrastinated chore, but this place was awesome, very clean, offering every convenience such as: free dryers, ATMs, Wi-Fi, snack bar, kid's area, laundry supply bar, plenty of seating, plenty of washers of different load sizes and more. The dryers do get busy, but there is just such a pervasive atmosphere of love, friendliness and common courtesy that I didn't even mind. Found this place on Yelp because my dryer broke! Soooooo glad I came here. I was able to get in and out, it was clean, the staff were nice and you can use your debit/credit card. (Total upgrade to other places or maybe because I haven't had to go to a laundromat in years, I'm not sure.) This used to be my favorite laundry place. My family would come get a snack and do laundry. The staff were so kind and friendly. It was like a little community. I moved away and haven't been back in a while. I finally came in today 4/5. It was new staff. First, I would like to say that it wasn't a busy day, I arrived around 6:45 to add my clothes into the washer. As I was pouring my liquid detergent in, a worker was hovering over my shoulder. She rudely requested that I clean the detergent dispenser as she had just wiped it down. I was so confused because no one as ever told me to clean the inside of a laundry machine. I was puzzled and taken back. Was she going to supply me cleaning supplies too? The facility doesn't close for another 4 hours and I'm sure more people would be adding laundry detergent after me. I just never heard of someone tell me to wipe down my machine, let alone be rude about the request yell. I felt uncomfortable my time here. Each time she walked past me, she gave me a really mean look. My kids were afraid and wanted to wait in the car because she was so rude unpleasant. When I went to dry clothes, it turns out I wasn't the only one she was being rude too. Everyone was sharing their stories on how she has mistreated them. They are extremely rude to customers here. She definitely could of handled the situation better with me. There were clothes just sitting in washers, the garbages were overfilled, and someone was needing assistance to get into the restroom. Why did she take her frustrations out on me? I don't think you should work in a high pressured environment if you cannot handle it and become rude to loyal customers. This is bad for business. Today I was visiting a relative in the area and this guy decided to go laundry when I came over so I was like I guess, I was already with him didn't want to drive home. We went in the laundry mat and it was spotless, saw both enplyeees cleaning and helping customers. Talk about multi-tasking. A lot of people do there laundry on Sunday's who figures. But the other customers were friendly and didnt evade personal space! I pretty much just hanged out with my relative and enjoyed the music and free Wi-Fi and the cable Television. Washer broke and I had to get some laundry done last minute. Very clean and well-maintained.

I used this laundromat a few times. Once for the fluff and fold which was great, once to wash a comforter also a good experience. But last week because my washer was broken, I took clothes to the laundromat to wash myself. I had two loads; the laundromat was crowded so I was not able to get two machines in the same row. After loading the second machine, I did a quick run to my car (less than one minute) to get my coffee. I took a seat set my timer to check on my clothes. After the loads were done, I waited a few minutes by the machine for one, I took them home to dry. As I'm sorting through, I notice that two pairs of my pants are missing. I advise everyone to watch your machines. There are cameras in the building, but it does not deter thieves from going through your wash and helping themselves. I did notice a few people standing watch over there machines and others were sitting. I guess those standing also had experiences of theft. I will say the laundromat is clean and the staff are pleasant, just don't take your eyes off your machines even for one minute. read more

I went based on The reviews and they weren't wrong. Its busy but its so big and spacious it doesn't matter. The A/C and fans help as well. They also have a snack bar as well as a vending machine full of stuff to help with your laundry. I only go because my dryer is broken but they're way cheaper than my other place. They have free dryers if you wash as well as 50 cents for 12 minutes for the huge dryers and 25 cents for 10 minutes for the normal size ones. I had 4 big loads but with the huge dryers i just needed 2. The pay dryers are hardly ever crowded because so many people are wanting to use the free dryers. read more
