I love how friendly this cafe is! The server recommended a few dishes to me that are popular here: the warm cooked bowls, the ravioli, and the green pizza. I had been wanting to try the green pizza and it's fabulous! It balances the bitterness of green veggies with rich vegan cheese that is so well done it does not even taste like it's not real cheese! Even the crust of the pizza tasted like breadsticks. I don't normally finish crusts, but I did thoroughly enjoy this one! It's very nice to sit in this place with a good flow of air and an open feeling when you sit inside even though the tables are closer together than they were at their previous location. I feel at home here!

I had a really great experience at Love Life Cafe. Since I was going to be in the Miami area for work, I figured I'd look around for some cool vegan restaurants to check out--especially since Miami is known for its vibrant food scene. I came across Love Life Cafe, which caught my attention because it wasn't too far from the airport and had some really interesting vegan options, including a vegan filet mignon. I was excited to try it, so I decided to head there straight from the airport. Getting out of the airport was a nightmare, and by the time I arrived, I was starving. It was also a bit rainy and overcast, which created a cozy vibe--perfect for warm comfort food. To start, I ordered a hot tea and a (fake) picadillo empanada as an appetizer. The empanada's spicy fake meat filling that was really flavorful and served piping hot. It was a great way to kick off the meal. Then came the main event--the vegan filet mignon, which is made using a brand called Chunk Foods. They specialize in hearty, soy-based protein meats, and this one did not disappoint. It had the look and texture of real filet mignon--stringy, tender, and easy to cut into, with pieces that pulled apart naturally. The flavor was rich and satisfying, and the sauce was especially delicious. It was served over a bed of buttered mashed potatoes with a chimichurri-style green sauce. The dish was super hearty and filling. I couldn't even finish the whole plate--I left a small piece of the filet and about half the mashed potatoes. It was definitely one of the more satisfying vegan meals I've had in a while and absolutely worth the visit. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Miami to try other items off their menu!!

What a lovely cafe. There were lots of seats indoors and even some outside that some people were enjoying. The woman that greeted us was very pleasant. She gave us a menu and you order at the counter and take a number. They have a self service computer to order too. I am glad we didn't use that because I always OVER order when I use those! We got a crispy tofu roll. Really good. I'd get it again. I had the taco salad. Wow! Everything tasted so dang FRESH. This was a real salad. Hearty. Filling. Flavorful. I wish more restaurants could get this concept down. Also great to know they make most of their ingredients in house and most items can be made gluten-free. Cool My husband got the veggie burger which he said was just a typical veggie burger. I didn't try it because it has pickles on it and they aren't my thing. There were lots of items on the menu that I still want to try. They have breakfast options too which is awesome. It's also nice that they are open late! The temperature inside the establishment was perfect (not sure what was going on when the other reviewer visited) We will be back soon

The variety of offerings on their super varied menu was absolutely outstanding - you would never know the food is fully plant based and vegan. We were thrilled with the quality of the food - it tasted so amazing. We highly recommend it, and you will not be disappointed!

Located in Wynwood this restaurant offers 100 percent vegan food . We ordered empanadas and all the sushi you could possibly want to eat . We also ordered the guava cheese cake that was a happy ending . All the food was delicious and the service was good . The only complaint for me was, that it was hot in the restaurant .

This time around, I had their cauliflower, zucchini latkes, Chicken Shawarma, and cabbage salad. The cauliflower dish comes with 3 florets that have been coated and fried in a semi sweet sauce. I liked the crunch and sauce pairing. The cabbage salad was something I had ordered before. The cabbage is cut so finely...I felt healthy and refreshed from this dish. Unfortunately, the zucchini latkes were a miss for me. The actual latkes were really hard. It was kind of like eating a pita chip, and I didn't get much flavor. I know the latkes are paired with applesauce to match with the traditional latkes, but I think having a Tzakiki sauce would have enhanced the taste. The other two were a hit, though. I loved the chicken shawarma and appreciated that it was served with a pita and small side of hummus. This dish was addicting. I was getting full at this point, but couldn't stop eating. The chicken was so flavorful and moist. You don't need the hummus because it's already so packed with flavor, but it was a nice addition. Overall, I appreciate Motek's take on classic Mediterranean dishes. They have a solid range of tapas and large plates, and the ambiance is always very peaceful and intimate.

We were sat inside near the bar/kitchen area. The restaurant overall had a very quaint vibe, close seating and bright vibrant decor. Yellow was a primary color through most of the decor. I really loved the tree aesthetic that looked like an old tree that was growing from the corners of the rooms up the wall and across the ceiling. I wasn't able to catch our server's name however they were very well knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We decided to do several apps versus getting individual meals as this restaurants theme is to have shareable plates. So many dishes, got the French and Turkish oven pita. Both were good and had different highlights. Loved the gold scissors provided to cut strips for sharing. Classic hummus which had to have been the smoothest hummus I've ever had. Zucchini Latkes were one of my favorite along with the Cauliflower. The seasoning on this was amazing, a bit sweet, and crispy outside. Crispy artichoke I could have done without. It was kinda like eating rice paper, odd texture. Had to try the baklava for dessert along with the pistachio cheesecake and the vanilla, mango and Nutella gelato. Nutella was my favorite. I'd keep on the short list next time I'm in the area.

We arrived about 9pm on a Friday night and were seated immediately. It was a perfect April evening in So Flo. The decor is modern and trendy. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We had the Humnus (tasty and fresh but a bit too creamy for two out of the three us at the tabel) with Laffa (served hot, it was yummy), Morrocan Cigars (yummy and good for at least two people), the Chicken Shawarma (which is dark meat and is seasoned perfectly) with grilled veggies (that tasted just a little bit too smoky), and the Harissa Honey Salmon with Greek Lemon Potatoes (they were super lemony but thats been par for the course at all of the Greek places I've ever been to). All of the food was well made and tasted delectable. We saw some delicious looking platters pass our table. The Crispy Chicken Shnitzel is on my radar for the next time I visit.

We tried the Chicken Shawarma Pita Pocket, and it clearly is better than any other sandwich option. The soft pita wraps around warm, creamy hummus (honestly one of the best in the city), pickled red cabbage, Mediterranean pickles, and that well-seasoned chicken shawarma. The mix of lemon tahini, mango aioli, a touch of spicy relish, caramelized plantains, and roasted red pepper sauce gives it a really layered flavor without feeling heavy. Everything works together, and nothing competes. We also had the Cilantro Falafel Bowl, which comes with a base of hummus and lemon cabbage salad. The falafel with lemon tahini is crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the bowl is packed with roasted cabbage, cherry tomatoes, English cucumbers, chickpeas, pickles, pickled red cabbage, and pita wedges. It's simple, very fresh, and filling in a clean way. One thing that stands out at Happeas is the personalized attention, you actually feel taken care of, and there's a good chance you'll meet the owner while you're there. The vibe is relaxed, not rushed, and they've thought about small details, like having a self-serve water machine with still and sparkling options, which is a nice touch. Overall, Happeas delivers honest, well-made food with flavors that feel intentional but not overdone. Great spot for a quick lunch that doesn't taste like a compromise.
