Small restaurant in old strip mall. The dining room seats perhaps 30 people indoors, in a space shared with an open kitchen and a vintage pizza oven. We ordered the bread, which was tasty but undercooked, a puttanesca pasta and a salad. The pasta was okay, but somewhat forgettable. The salad came after the pasta, and even though it was very tasty the vegan feta cheese had a really bad aftertaste, with a whiff of ammonia. In hindsight would have ordered a pizza, they looked really good.

When we looked up this gem and called, we had to pay a mandatory reservation fee for 4 of $85 to secure seating (to be credited to final bill), as it is a very small mom & pop (my favorite types of eatery). We did not mind to pay since there are no current restaurants that charge less than $100 for meals, especially for four guests. The location is exactly across the street of the "Casita Restaurant" on 8th St that I occasionally frequent. For starters, the Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, "Papi", was delicious. All the meals we ordered were exquisite and the Ambiance was cozy. Lastly, the young chef is the owner (I asked ;) and he's got something delightful going on here :)

My last review I didn't get any pics so I wanted to add some!! This place is so good and the service is just as great. The music and vibe make me feel like I was in Italy! If you're thinking about trying it... just go! Make the trip. Your belly will be so happy you did! My husband wanted to get the ravioli but I was unsure bc I don't love olives. But I have never had a dish here I disliked bc the chef is just that good. Well, of course the ravioli was delicious. They just do not miss. I feel like we will ALWAYS get a pizza to share from now on bc it's just that goooood. The stuffed crust?!? Bomb! We cannot wait to try the rest of the menu. Thanks guys.

This place was amazing and vegan. I think you need be ready to wait because everything is freshly cooked there. The place is very small but cozy.

Great vegan spot. Very varied menu. Waitress made good suggestions. Ambiance is chill. Prices are definitely more then before but portions are a good size. I had the poloette sandwich, very flavorful . It did take awhile to get my food-only one waitress and one chef.

Absolutely Amazing. Extremely flavorful food, very nice staff, perfect proportions. Next time I come to Miami, my hotel is gonna be right next-door so I can just continue to eat here

I came for lunch and had a delicious meal. The chef served me himself and suggested the stuffed mushrooms and pasta il forno. Both were phenomenal. The almond ricotta is soft and melts in your mouth. The stuffed mushrooms were bursting with flavor. Everything was beautifully presented. It was a quiet, small location with around 10 tables. The food was made to order and was brought out in a timely manner. The chef was very friendly and his restaurant will be seeing me again!

Amazing food, neat ambience, very authentic yet all plant based Italian. Highly recommended for vegans and non-vegans alike. It was spectacular.

Fantastico! What a wonderful meal. We shared the Stella pizza margarita, pizza Bianca, stuffed mushrooms and pasta and meatballs with red sauce. Everything was delicious. I would absolutely come back and bring friends. Chef Simon and our server were all so friendly. Lots of free parking in the small lot behind the restaurant. Can't wait to come back.

This was a place we were very excited about to try as we are visiting: not often to see an Italian vegan restaurant. The pastas were pre cooked, but the pizzas are made fresh. You can tell the meatballs were microwaved. My partner would give the food 3/5 stars. I give it 3.5 stars. I got the Eggplant rolatini and she got the pasta Alfredo. Felt like the pasta might need a tad more salt and spiciness. I have think the decor is really nice. The restaurant was short staffed with only two people there. I think while the concept is great, the food could be a little better and more original for the the price you pay.

Margarita Calzone. The cashew nut cheese was amazing.

It's essentially a Detroit style square pizza with crunchy caramelized cheese on the crust around the edges. The pepperoni here is first rate--thick cut and crunchy cupped on the pizza. Try to experience the pepperoni if you can. This restaurant is on The Miracle Mile and has limited outdoor seating, but very nice and plentiful indoor seating, as well as a bar area. It's a nice place to eat in. Keep in mind that deep dish pizza just take longer to cook, so it might seem slow to arrive. I would make sure they put the pizza order in as soon as possible and get that ordered first. You will have plenty of time to think about the appetizers and order them.

The setting was actually really nice--quiet, cozy, with a good mix of families and friends. We sat outside and the overall vibe felt promising. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill pretty quickly. As soon as we sat, the waitress greeted us by saying the kitchen was closing at 10 and asked if we already knew what we wanted. It immediately felt rushed and not very welcoming. We ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, which was good--slightly citrusy for my taste, but enjoyable. For food, I had the chicken Caesar salad and my husband ordered the seafood gluten-free pasta. My salad was disappointing--it had more croutons than chicken, which made it feel unbalanced and not worth the price. His pasta was even more underwhelming, with only three shrimp and a few clams. When we brought it up, the manager came over and explained that portions are measured by the restaurant, but offered to add more chicken and shrimp if we wanted. While I appreciate the offer, it felt like something that should have been corrected automatically, not something we had to ask for--especially considering these are full-priced entrées, not side dishes. Overall, the ambiance was nice, but the food and service didn't meet expectations. For the price point, I expected better portions and a more thoughtful response to feedback. Maybe pizza is a safer option here, but based on this experience, I wouldn't return.
