Ordered from their signature menu, I got a Black & White Latte sub almond milk with extra foam. It was delicious probably one of my favorite coffees I've ever had. We got several meals here during our stay in Moab. They have several vegetarian options, but I was so taken by the breakfast burrito and breakfast panini that I just kept ordering those- even for lunch! The breakfast burrito has a lovely sauce in it that is similar to mole, and really make the perfectly roasted potatoes pop. We also got to go breakfast paninis which they packed up to keep us well satiated on our daily adventures around canyon lands. The panini has a tangy green sauce that was really lovey soaked into the salty focaccia. Very impressed by the measures they have in place to keep staff and guests safe during COVID. You order at a window and wait outside for now, but our order was ready quickly and we were able to get a safe and healthy start to our day. read more

THE.BEST. We absolutely loved everything about Moab! This was our last stop while in town and we would have missed one of the best places in Moab if we hadn't stopped. The food was delicious!! This place gets 1 star for being the only place open at 6:30 am on a Sunday. The 2nd star is for their salsa, I was very pleasantly surprised with how fresh and flavorful it was. We ordered two chais with oat milk and a Wescial burrito. The burrito was a decent size for 1 person. If you're hungry you should get your own and not share. I was very excited to try the burrito with Hatch chilies! The wait wasn't bad being that we were the first ones to order as soon as they opened. Our chais came out nice and warm. The chai had good flavor but was a tad too sweet for me. My husband loved it! However, I think it had regular milk instead of oat milk because it upset my stomach pretty soon after I drank it. Unfortunately, I got a burrito that wasn't what I ordered. Nothing worse then being hungry and then not getting the right order and you realize it when it's too late. The burrito I ended up with had eggs, potatoes, onions and spinach. No bacon or hatch chilies in sight I feel bad for whoever ordered this and instead ended up with mine because they were very different. The only thing that saved it and made it edible was their delicious salsa because it was pretty flavorless otherwise. Really wanted to like this place! Hopefully better luck next time. read more

Tuesday morning, stopped by here to get a sandwich to-go for mid-hike cravings. Despite the long line, decided to wait since the full menu was available and the food looked pretty good. About 8 minutes to get to the front of the line; picked out the Rasa Club Sandwich ($9) which comes with a free fruit (or chips). Got to say, the meal held up fairly well into mid afternoon. Non-soggy bread encompassing turkey, bacon, mayo, onion jam, tomato, and greens. Straightforward club sandwich - wished there was more onion jam as that was a differentiating flavor. Filling and not too expensive. If you don't mind the wait here, a solid spot for breakfast or lunch. read more
