The Verde. Great breakfast plate. I'm allergic to eggs so it's hard to find substantial breakfast foods beyond bacon, sausage, and hash browns. In town for mountain biking, found this on Yelp and decided to try. Amazing. Two of us had breakfast burritos and a third had an omelette and they were just awesome. I was visiting moab this weekend and ate here twice! It feels like a place I could find in LA - I was pleasantly surprised! We tried the farmer's omelet, wescial burrito, warm quinoa, strawberry muffin, fresh squeezed oj, and ordered the chipotle turkey sandwich and fresh veg sandwich to go for our hikes. The highlight was definitely the farmer's omlet. The seasonal produce, in this case spinach, mushroom, and feta, were soooo fresh and delicious. You don't need additional sauces or ketchup. Don't skip the farmer's omlet! The strawberry muffin was also delicious! The chipotle turkey sandwich was okay... you can skip that. I will definitely come back for more delicious eats next time I'm in town. read more

Muffin & tea for me! Blueberry muffins are freakin' amazing here. Hint of lemon really makes this so delicious! I've been there a few times but they've always been out of that one. They don't carry English Breakfast tea, but the Assam was a good substitute. No cup sleeves for hot beverages but they will give you a second cup to slip it into. Cute little spot on Main Street. A friend and I visited Moab UT for a week in October for the first time ever, and I insisted on breakfast every morning before being forced to climb mountains. We stopped into Love Muffin three times that week because our first impression was THAT good. The first day I had the New Mexico burrito (amazing), then a bacon panini with a muffin, and finally back to that New Mexico burrito. All three times it was delicious. Portions were okay (imo the panini is a little small to justify the price, would be great if it had a side), but the burrito was a great value at $7. The coffee wasn't my favourite blend, but delicious nonetheless. I wish we had a chance to try the lunch, the breakfast was one of my most memorable meals in town. Amazingly friendly staff! The coffee is awesome, there are dairy-free and gluten free options, the jam that came with the toast is amazing, and the people watching was pretty stellar. Ate two meals here: Breakfast: had two pannis - sausage and provolone, and ham, cheddar and spinach. Quite good, but nothing else with them. The Peruvian coffee was very good (we bought a pound). Lunch: the next day we got the turkey chipotle panni for a picnic lunch on the way to Telluride. The turkey was a real surprise - real turkey, not deli meat! That was good. The chipotle mayo was way too light with chipotle. Much better option than Ecklicaf. read more

It's always a toss up between the banana creme and the breakfast muffin (bacon, blueberry, and maple syrup!) They also have tasty breakfast burritos especially the bombero. We ate at Love Muffin a couple times for breakfast while in Moab. The service was very quick and the food was tasty. I went down to four stars due to the roll on my breakfast sandwich being a little stale and the water glasses being sooooo small! I drink a lot of water in the morning and had to have 4-5 to feel hydrated. I would, and did, return though. I had the burrito one morning and the breakfast sandwich the next. Great sausage gravy on the BFG, my son loved the Eggs, Potatoes and Toast. The black and white latte was good and the hot chocolate was great. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and were not very engaging. My son asked for some butter and the waitress pointed in the general direction of the counter and said there's some over there. Rationale for 5: This is a coffee shop, by category, but beats most coffee shops in the following respects--It's located in busy Moab, and opens at 6:30am (one of very few early breakfast places.) The options are SO much better than most. What we ordered, 2 days in a row (because it was really good,) was warm quinoa w/fruit and almond milk, granola w/fruit and yogurt, and a Shaka bowl, which combined 2 poached eggs on a base of quinoa, along with warm cooked spinach, onions, and butternut squash, w/a side of cashew salsa. They had some nice looking latte options, although we stuck with black coffee. Also, a case full of yummy muffins, one of which was gluten free. I happen to love the artwork on the walls also. read more

I didn't see a love muffin for sale at the Love Muffin, but thankfully I brought my own. My love muffin ordered a sausage panini where the freshness from the sliced tomato really helped balance the pleasantly mild sausage. The loads of aioli provided too much moisture. I liked the panini more than the La Poutine with potatas bravas (brave potatoes that died to feed me). On the spicy side, I liked the green from the spinach, the accent from the cheese, and the nicely runny eggs. read more

We are visiting in town and this place made us feel welcome. The line was about a 10-15 min wait, though. I got the farmers breakfast omelette and it blew me away. The toast was so dense and moist and perfect. The coffee latte was perfect. Last, but not least, I started getting an awful migraine, and the gentleman who worked there gave me an ice pack for my head, Lashawn, I believe (can't recall for sure because migraines make it all a blur).
