I do have a yearly maintenance agreement with them so that probably helped speed things up a little bit. The technician said I needed a new fan/blower motor but they would have to order the part. They called by 9 am the next morning and said they had the part and would be over by 9:30. By 10 my AC was humming and cold air was pouring out. All within 24 hours. You can't beat that. I can't recommend them enough. Everyone in the office and the technicians too are very cordial and helpful. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. I've been with them for 20 years and have never been disappointed. My advice is to get their yearly maintenance agreement. It has helped me have peace of mind when something goes wrong. Worth every penny.

Well, Seabreeze stuck to the facts and did not try to upsell us into something we didn't need (like some of the other companies). They were extremely responsive and to top that off, they had the best price!! I kept reading that installation was key to a unit of any make lasting for a long time.
