My experience was ok, but rushed, and my pedicure was streaky (needed another coat for sure). When I went to check the length of the acrylics for my daughter, the tech left them waaaayyyy too long despite my request prior to the service. When I questioned it, she got an attitude like she was going to fight me on the street and started yelling that my daughter had requested it and that it would be a $20 charge to cut them down at the end of it all, she did a terrible job and overcharged me on top of it. Based on my experience with the quality and service this time, I will never go back.

The last time before last however I went and I wanted to get a French manicure but the guy said he couldn't do it without the top of my nail showing, but I wasn't using tips so I wasn't sure why that was, also my nail broke that same day but I went back a few days later and they fixed it for nothing! That is why I think this might be my new salon because they took care of me quickly with no issues and everyone in there seems nice, they start up conversation and I don't feel out of place there. There set up is also quite beautiful so I love going in there because of that as well and they have free wifi! One issue that I could see happenings is they have a small parking lot that's shared with other businesses, but I've never had a problem, so it hasn't bothered me. With a wedding this upcoming weekend, I was in prep mode and desperately needed a pedicure, so I popped in on a Wednesday afternoon at 5:30pm. It's super easy to check in with your phone number, and I did not have to wait before I was seated for my pedicure. There's tons of pedicure chairs and manicure tables, so this would be a great option for a place to take your friends for some communal self-care. After perusing the pedicure menu, I decided on getting a Deluxe pedicure with regular polish in a dark forest green color to match my dress. I always find that gel polish destroys my nails, so I tend to avoid it. My skin is also very dry, so I treat myself to a parrafin foot wax when it's an option. For $60 I felt like the service was outstanding. Where I have felt at other places I'm usually rushed through the service in an hour, my nail tech definitely took great care of me at Revamp. It seemed like the most amount of time anyone has ever spent on massaging my feet and legs. There was also a complimentary drink included if you felt so inclined. On the drink menu, they had all the typical wine options, but they also had a cocktail list which is unusual. I kicked back with a generous pour of white wine and chuckled that it was served in a margarita glass. Another unique thing I wanted to note is that the massage chair didn't have any timer options, which I actually liked. It seemed like it lasted much longer than chairs at other salons that cut off after 30 minutes and have to be turned back on. After my service was done, I put my feet under the drying lights for 10 minutes as instructed. I appreciated that my nail tech told me a specific time because I never know how long is long enough. I could have stayed longer for my toes to dry a little bit more, but I had a tennis match to get to! I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I'm looking for a more relaxed pace for a pedicure.

Once I arrived I was greeted, when I told the lady at the front it was my first time there she showed me the check-in process which was a simple phone number check-in. The woman who did my pedicure sat me down right away. I got their jelly pedicure. I'm not a talker when I get pedicures so I appreciate the quiet comfortable atmosphere of the woman who did my toes. She clipped my toes to a perfect length scrubbed and massaged them my feet feel like heaven now compared to how they were left from the last shop (less than two weeks from my last appointment). I like the vibe of this shop a lot I will probably make an appointment for my nails to test them out but I will definitely be a regular for pedicures here.

When I asked them to remove the remaining nails, they tried to charge me an additional fee, which felt unfair given the situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place due to the lack of accountability and unprofessional customer service.
