    General Tso"s Chicken
    Michael G.

First off, the beef had excellent flavor. Was expecting a warm dish but it was served cold and for the hot weather, this was a better option. The General Tsao Chicken was crunchy but it was average. If something could be done better, wish the chilies were toasted or fried. They were very chewy the way they came. Egg fried rice was average but was a better option than plain white rice. Had to use google translate with the server and everything or service was great. Was the only customer there for lunch so it was nice and quiet and could hear my thoughts.

Came to eat here and there was mold in the dumplings we ordered. Tried getting it off my bill but the man kept going back and fourth with me and brought us a plate of cream cheese wontons in which i declined multiple times as i was extremely grossed out. Unfortunately, we were told we still had to cover the bill. I am not sure how they passed their health inspection. There was also white stuff in the water so not sure what that was. While we were there, another group of girls were complaining that the pork dumplings were still raw and refused to eat them as well but they were also forced to pay the bill. Please be careful when you eat here, i have been to all other locations and I have never had this issue. Not one to complain but this is a severe health issue.

Charming little noodle/dumpling house. The exterior is unassuming, nestled in a tiny strip mall. The interior is decorated pretty modern with pictures of the food on the wall and classic Asian decorations (lanterns, good luck symbols, etc). The service was friendly and very attentive! We ordered bbq pork steamed bao which were fresh, hot and filled with delicious Chinese flavored bbq pork. We also ordered the chive pancakes, nothing to phone in about, but light, airy and very flaky. My husband got the steamed pork and scallion dumplings. Those were very tasty! You can tell they're handmade because they're not particularly uniform. The filling was juicy and delicious with a slightly spicy dipping sauce. I ordered Kung Pao tofu over the hand pulled noodles. The tofu was crispy and delightful. The sauce was a little spicy with fresh, slightly crispy vegetables. The hand pulled noodles were the perfect vehicle for the sauce of the Kung Pao!! The noodles were the star of the show! They bouncy, chewy and soaked up all that flavor! Tips: it's BYOB if you'd like to drink with your meal. I always find the place charming when you can hear the kitchen staff's banter. It just adds a "homey" feel to a restaurant.

Came here for lunch with my husband with high hopes but was disappointed. The inside is small and not a lot of seating but that wasn't an issue for us. We ordered the cream cheese Rangoon's to start. The flavor was good but the filling was sparse and needed more. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and was not a fan. The noodles are homemade. I was not a fan of the texture. The portions were gracious but I couldn't get into it. My husband ordered the house fried rice and that was lackluster. Barely seasoned and did not reflect traditional fried rice in my opinion. Our waitress was nice and patient and the service was good.

The food was the BEST Asian food I've had in a long time. The general tsao was actually a little spicy! I absolutely loved it. (Usually most places barely have any spice to it) the service was super friendly, and fast! The place was really cute too. Only thing I'd recommend them do, is to dust the rope design lights they have.

If you're looking for authentic Asian food, this is not it. Everything was too salty. Service was okay. Just your typical restaurant vibe.

Authentic Chinese food. Delicious. A very hole-in-the-wall vibe considering it's apparently a chain restaurant.

As of yet, no response back to my email.** We came here on 7/25 and the inside seemed nice and clean. It took our waitress more than 10mins to get our drink order and the place wasn't even busy. Other customers were actually getting up and asking the busboy for their drinks. The buffet seemed pretty well stocked which was nice. As we served ourselves and ate, I must say the food wasn't great. The shrimp and fried fish were very mushy and the chicken entrees were extremely salty and seasoned bad. I served myself twice being that they brought out "fresh food" but it was just as bad. The almond cookies, which I've had at other Chinese restaurants are usually crispy. These seemed as if they were left out and stale. Overall, it was a bad experience and will not return. It definitely wasn't worth the $42.00 for 2 people.

Their egg drop soup was my absolute favorite dish anywhere, which is why I truly hate writing this review--but it needs to be said. My family and I visited this location around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, and everything from start to finish was surprisingly disappointing. Even though there were only a few parties in the restaurant, it took quite a while for our server to arrive for drinks. I ordered a pot of green tea and a gluten-free lettuce wrap appetizer. The server was polite and even brought honey for my tea (a nice touch), but the water was lukewarm at best--no steam, and cool enough to hold the pot. By the time the tea steeped, it was cool. We had finished our lettuce wraps before the server returned to take our meal orders. My young kids were getting restless, so we ordered quickly: a Buddha's Feast (stir-fried veggies and rice) for our toddler, chicken lo mein for her brother, and for me, a cup of egg drop soup and the gluten-free Singapore Street Noodles. My husband ordered the chicken fried rice. A quick restroom stop revealed something unsettling: drops of dried blood on a toilet seat. I immediately told a staff member, who did go address it right away--so credit where it's due--but it was still a gross and preventable discovery. When the food arrived, I initially appreciated that all gluten-free dishes came in distinct red and black stoneware, which helps reassure diners like me. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Every dish was noticeably off from what we'd had at other locations. My toddler's Buddha's Feast was swimming in sauce--overcooked slivered carrots and snap peas in a mushy, soupy mix she refused to eat. My son thought the noodles in his chicken lo mein were "the best ever," but the chicken was a different story: dry, curry-coated, crunchy bits that seemed like an afterthought. He picked them out and just ate the noodles. My husband's fried rice was dark, dry, and overloaded with those same curry-dusted chicken chunks--it was inedible to him. Then my turn came, and this is where my heart broke. The egg drop soup, usually rich with vegetables and balanced flavor, had none of that. No carrots, no green onions, and instead of a savory soy base, it tasted like plain salt water--so salty it stung my tongue. The street noodles were no better: dry, dusty vermicelli covered in curry powder with no sauce whatsoever. I suspect this location didn't have gluten-free soy sauce, and they just omitted it. The dish also included more of those crunchy curry chicken pieces and several grape tomatoes that were clearly past their prime--soft, sour, and unpleasant. By now, my toddler was bored, hungry, and trying to wander off, so my husband took her outside to the parking lot. My son and I stayed to finish up, asked for to-go boxes, and waited... and waited. Although the server remained polite, it took nearly 30 minutes for him to return with our check because he was also tending bar. During that wait, I caught his eye multiple times as he made drinks for other tables. By the time we paid, my husband and daughter had returned, both ready to leave. For the first time ever at a P.F. Chang's, I left almost all my food behind. I even did something I almost never do--I tipped exactly 15%. We usually start at 20% or higher, but between the poor pacing, unappetizing food, and general sense that something was very wrong in the kitchen that night, that felt generous. I've since read that P.F. Chang's might have changed some recipes, but these changes were drastic and not reflected anywhere online. I honestly don't know if the chicken was supposed to be dry and curry-dusted, or if the stir-fried veggies were meant to be mushy and served like soup. I don't know if the soy sauce in the egg drop soup was intentionally swapped for salt, or if this was just an unfortunate, chaotic night in one location's kitchen. What I do know is that I'm heartbroken. P.F. Chang's used to be a safe, dependable, and enjoyable place for my family. Now I don't think I'm brave enough to find out if this was a one-time fluke or the new normal. I truly loved this restaurant--and this visit shattered that.

Great decor inside and out. 2. It is located in a shopping area which offers plenty of parking. 3. The service was nice. Our waiter, who was also the bartender, was very attentive. Cool guy. Even was entertained by my friend and I fighting over who was going to pay. Usual shenanigans. Cons 1. The waiter didn't mention the up charges. In his favor, the menu noted that some items were an additional charge. 2. We sat off from the bar and dealt with some flies. Not many, but one fly is just as annoying. Multiple flies are annoying and frustrating. I definitely should have had a better understanding of the $17.99 and up (starts at 17.99) three course deal. The bill was about $100 for two people. Depending on what you order, there are up charges. I wasn't expecting a $100 bill for $17.99 per person - 3 course meal. A posted copy of the bill. Overall, my experience wasn't bad. The food and service were good. My one recommendation is to read and understand the menu with the promotions. I will take accountability for my lack of inquiries.
