Their soup was salted just right #NotTooSalty And they even customized their pork-bun sandwich for us, because we're pescatarian and don't consume mammal meat; they conveniently substituted the meat with tofu. Wow!! This is going to be my new obsession if they continue to make such amazing ramen!!!! Tonkatsu Ramen - Good. Broth was okay. Flavor was okay. Not the best I've had. ***BEWARE*** If I can give this place negative stars I would! Beware they will add on tips to the transaction and serve you unseasoned food. The chicken ramen had unseasoned boiled chicken and frozen wontons. The broth was bland. I was charged $72 for 4 people and was not happy with the service nor the food but I still gave a 3 dollar tip. Later that day I notice there was an increase to my charge. They added $10 increase to the tip! I called and tried to figure out why they would do something like this. They didn't want to transfer me to the manager. The service was AMAZING the hostess was perfect the crew collective came and checked on my daughter and I. The place was cute as heck and smelled amazing. Good music playing in the background and comfy seats. Ok now the down side, the ramen which is the focal point was very lack luster and a big let down. Tonight was the worst experince I have ever had a Resturant. We ordered tofu and it was given to us burnt. I gave it back to the kitchen and asked for them to make it again. The Ramen was tasteless. We asked 2x for utinsels to eat our food that was brought first. There is no reason we should ask twice. We were told that we were "entitled" for asking for the food to be boxed. Solid ramen place. I order the tonkotsu and add spicy bamboo sprouts, extra corn, scallion and shrimp dumpling. The dumplings have a great sesame oil flavor and the soup is filling. I live in NY and can be a bit of a snob when it comes to ramen places, but this one is worth it. I've only done delivery and each time they separate the contents from the broth so it's not soggy upon arrival. Definitely give it a go if you're feening for ramen noodle soup. read more

Horrible experience. Ordered edamame. We asked for plates to put the trash in and we never received any. Had to use napkins. Our dumpling or potstickers were cold. Also, I told the lady I would tip in cash when I signed the receipt, since I paid with my debit card. and as I went to the front counter to ask for boxes I heard another server say omg no tip. My ramen was tasteless and bland. Meat was dry, the seasoned ramen egg was over hard. The takoyaki wasn't fresh, you can tell it was frozen. We asked for Japanese mayo and was given regular mayo. Told the waitstaff the ramen was bland, they offered to give us salt... I mean really? I wanted you to take it back and fix it and your quick fix was salt?? I barely touched my ramen. It was cold and I wasn't feeling well so I thought, what's better than Ramen, and oh I was wrong. Based on the awesome reviews this place had, I thought I found my next favorite Ramen place. The place is in the middle of a plaza with plenty of self parking. The inside is pretty nice, plenty of seating. Walked in and stood for 5 min before someone paid attention and sat me. I got seated in a spot facing the entry door, and it was pretty cold so every time someone walked in, I felt like I'm in Alaska so I asked to get re seated, the waitress was super nice and sat me down in a different spot which was for 4 people. They had plenty of smaller tables for 1 person but she sat me there and then by the time I left, there were people waiting for bigger tables and couldn't get seated. It took a water about 10 min to stop by then as soon as he was taking the order, I waitress cut him off and said I'm taking the order. I ordered an appetizer ( Grilled Squid) and a shrimp ramen (without Eggs), the ramen showed up first, it had eggs, and the soup was just warm enough to eat. I took a bite of the shrimp it was cold and under cooked, so I put the shrimp and eggs on the side. By the time I had done with my noodles. The appetizer showed up. It had a good flavor it tasted more like a ceviche than how a grilled squid should be. It was spicy and under cooked. I left it and got up to pay my check. The waitress asked me if everything was good and I said the food was undercooked, she smiled and said thanks for coming. I might've been there on the wrong night, they seemed super busy, but I would not go back again. Being busy is not an excuse for bad quality. read more

Noticed a new business opened up on the East side and we had to try it. We decide to try The Chicken Won Ton Ramen and Thai Tea. The Ramen is served in a huge bowl. The won tons were so delicious and the chicken so tender. My favorite part was the broth. We also had the Pork Gyoza. So yummy!!! The dipping sauce was so good. Will definitely order again. The owner came to our table and introduced herself. Turns out she was the previous owner of our other favorite restaurant Dragon Palace. She asked us to please give her our honest opinion and where she could improve. We had nothing but good stuff to say. Nice clean environment. Friendly fast service and great food. Ordered the chicken teriyaki. Awful. No teriyaki and chicken was that packaged rubbery stuff. I didn't know what the ramen is like. I took it back and was confronted by a snotty young woman who wanted a fight. I just want my 10 bucks back I didn't eat it. She said NO. And acted as if she would rather die then give me my money back or a new dish. She was young and had a chip on her shoulder. I called corporate and got my money back. They were very nice.
