You guys need to know who you hire to deal with customers because the last person I dealt with was one of the most disrespectful person I've ever met. She will go and have an attitude with me over scallions. The only thing I said was "maybe you misunderstood " and her demeanor changed drastically. The crazier part was her yelling at me and not expecting me to say something. You guys have nice people there but that particular one is wasn't taught right. read more

Ordered take out on a Saturday evening and it went smoothly. Easy to order online. The menu has a variety of appetizers and entrees. Was able to park easily outside the restaurant and my order was ready one time. It was prepared pretty quickly in ~15-20 minutes. The inside is cute and has a nice dining in space. I ordered the crab Rangoons and chicken basil pad krapow. I thought the prices were fair ~$25 for both. I enjoyed the Rangoons but I wish they were a little crispier but maybe that was because I did take out. The basil pad krapow was yummy and I was able to get multiple meals out of it. Stopped by for a quick snack and boba for the ride home. The pictures on Yelp do not seem to represent the actual restaurant as the space is much smaller than what has been posted. The Google photos are more accurate. Smaller, cozier space with fun and colorful decor (and a pet fish named mango boba!). Street parking available in front of the restaurant. Thai Nachos {4/5} (~$18): No cheese, so not sure if actually considered nachos... but it was tasty! Fried wontons with sriracha mayo, flavorful ground chicken, peppers, and Thai basil. HUGE portion! Boba station: Lots of topping and flavor options. $7.50 with boba and $5.50 without boba. One size. I got the passionfruit green tea with crystal boba, it was okay! Great customer service, the server/host/bartender did an excellent job wearing the many hats and being attentive to each and every customer. I truly- sincerely enjoyed my Thai iced coffee with boba pearls - right texture for the boba and the mix of the coffee was on point! The wings were fried perfectly, not rubbery, dry, it was also done well. Pad see ew with beef. I was happy with this, I only wished they used bok choy for this instead of broccoli but that's just my preference. I liked that they used fresh noodle and not the boiled dry version. Overall the flavor profile was great, they do have sriracha that you can request for, if you like it spicy like me. Very cool ambiance, a lot to look at for a tiny space. We ordered takeout. Pad Thai, huge portion, lots of chicken and great flavor. Menu says spicy. It is not at all spicy. Which was fine for us. Chicken Sate was not dried out like some places and the peanut sauce was thick and flavorful. I ordered the steamed vegetables which included fresh crisp pea pods, broccoli, green beans, and cabbage. The serving was huge and only $5. I also ordered an extra peanut sauce for only $1 and put some on my vegetables. My daughter had the Crab Rangoon. She said they were mostly cream cheese. I don't know why I waited so long to try this restaurant! What a cool little place, in an unassuming location. I was greeted with a friendly smile by a young lady at the counter. I ordered take out (though there is ample seating inside with decorative decor). I had the drunken noodles along with chicken satay. All food was freshly prepared and delicious. And they were spot on, right down to my spice specification. They nailed it! I highly recommend this local dining experience and will definitely be back again, soon! read more

This place is legit! My coworker and I stopped by to pick up lunch and not gonna lie, we were a bit concerned when we saw the outside of the building, which was quite dilapidated to say the least. Thankfully, the interior was normal looking. I would recommend ordering ahead, because it took a bit for our food to be prepared. It was during the lunch rush, so it wasn't their fault at all. That being said, everything was absolutely delicious and flavorful! I liked how they had some unique options like the Tamarind Duck. Their location is on the smaller side, but please don't let that fool you. Food and service are phenomenal. They have parking out front, the restaurant and restrooms are handicapped accessible. They are very accommodating to both allergies and large groups! Just call ahead before you visit with either. I wish I could share a photo of my food, but it was delicious and I ate it before thinking of taking a photo. I guess you'll just have to visit in person to see. read more

I love Thai by Thai. My favorite thing is the Pineapple Rice. I love the chicken, and the Shrimp. You can add either to the rice. I got the Thai Sampler which lets you try a variety of dumpling, chicken, spring rolls, salad etc etc. (see photo). The 6 Thai chicken wings are delicious. Everything is seasoned very well. Their crab Rangoon is utterly mouth watering. You get a spicy duck sauce with it, but not too spicy. The rice has pineapple, and cashews, and tonight I added vegetables. Thai by Thai has become my favorite restaurant introduced to me by my Son. The shrimp was delicious in the rice. Whenever I pick up, the girls are very friendly and personable. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Kudos to the cook. I haven't gotten one thing that I didn't love. read more

We ordered take out, food was ready on time. We each ordered different curry dishes and split crab Rangoon for an appetizer. I got the green curry with eggplant and chicken. The food was loaded with veggies but lacked the curry broth, making the dish over rice a bit dry. The curry was tasteful and I found it tasted even better left over for the next day. My boyfriend got the massaman curry and he had the opposite experience as me, more curry broth and less veggies/meat. The crab rangoons were mostly just cream cheese and that's pretty much all it tasted like, we each had 1.5 and didn't finish the rest. read more

Cute little spot - on street parking - stopped in after visiting Wicked Tulips in Preston. Popular take out spot as there was a steady stream of customers for take out orders. 3 of us all had a lunch special which is a bargain - app, salad and main for $13.99. I had the red curry which was very tasty. They do all sorts of teas and bobas - I had the Thai iced tea which was delicious. Something delicious. Result: Thai by Thai. Please don't judge the restaurant by the exterior. Inside is cozy, our server was delightful & the food was outstanding! We started with a couple of Thai beers: Chang & Singha. Both were in a pilsner-style & ice cold. For an appetizer, we selected chicken skewers with a peanut dipping sauce. Chicken was succulent & large pieces, we added some hot sauce to the peanut dipping sauce. I am a sucker for Thai spicy green papaya salad & this version was everything that I desire in this dish. I ordered spicy basil with chicken and she ordered sweet and sour with tofu. The inside was nicely decorated and very clean. I drove by here thinking the place was an abandoned building. Once I walked in, the world of Love Thai by Thai opened itself up to me! The decor is incredibly charming and the staff were welcoming and friendly upon entering the establishment. My friend and I ordered the Thai Salad and Chicken appetizer. The salad is made with green papaya. Unbelievably delicious and flavorful. I could have stopped right there and eaten an entree of the stuff! My friend ordered the Green Curry entree with chicken, and I ordered the Red Curry entree with chicken. The first time I tried this place was two weeks ago. Don't be turned off by the location or the outside of this establishment; it has genuine Thai food and the inside is clean, stylish and modern. I ordered the green curry dish and edamame for take out lunch. The guy at the front counter was super helpful and friendly. The Thai dish was as expected: spicy, somewhat sweet, flavorful, and tangy! Wasn't too sure what to expect from the run down paint peeling and trash outside but once inside I found this to be a dive bar more than a restaurant. Tables were sticky and there was no real service since you order at the bar. However, the food was very good and the portions were enough for two adults. The food was hot and presented well and it was very flavorful. This would be a great place to order from Door Dash or other delivery but not sitting at down unless you're into dive bars. read more
