My son was diagnosed with a tongue tip and lip tie, which affected his ability to breastfeed. Based on our lactation consultant's recommendation, and after an unimpressive consult with an ENT, we scheduled an appointment here to get my son evaluated and have his ties released. Dr. Jae is amazing! The clinic is super cute, clean, and inviting. The staff have phenomenal communication (I got texts beforehand regarding insurance and intake paperwork that streamlined our initial visit). I love that they have texting capabilities! It made the whole process, and follow up, so much easier. After Dr. Jae evaluated our son, she advised that he did need both releases. So, she performed them that day! My son was about three weeks old. She uses a CO2 laser so there wasn't blood. He also healed very nicely. The releases were effective and we couldn't be more pleased! They do take insurance. I had an issue with mine initially (my work took forever getting him added to my dental plan). They worked with me and kept checking in about that. Then, they submitted a claim to my insurance. I'm still waiting on the status of that but I'm very appreciative that they take the initiative to do so because many pediatric dentists that I researched did not take insurance at all. 10/10 would recommend! read more

We recently moved to the area and thanks to her good reviews, decided to schedule a consult with Lovebee for our almost two year old who unfortunately already had many cavities. Dr. Jae put our nerves at ease by walking us through the treatment plan with our son's best interest in mind. The treatment included porcelain crowns, fillings, and laser for lip/tongue tie, all with anesthesia provided by Dr. Tran. The treatment went smoothly and my son's teeth look amazing! I'd like to shout out Mayra and the front desk team as well for their diligence in terms of scheduling, follow up and exceptional service. As you can imagine, this can be a very tough experience for such a young child and so I was concerned about what the follow-up appointment might entail. However, my son and I were so excited to see his favorite show (blues clues and you) already playing for him in the exam room. I took my son in who'd just turned 3 for his first dental appointment. I waited until he was 3 because he's had severe white coat syndrome/anxiety ever since he was 1. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the office is spotless, and everything was set up for kids. There was a small play kitchen and books along with a small table built for children. The bathroom had a stepstool in front of the sink, and a DiaperGenie type bin. In addition, Lovebee Dental did a phenomenal job with him. He did so well staying calm and cooperative for the entire appointment. He watched his favorite movie on a TV installed on the ceiling. He wore sunglasses while the hygienist cleaned his teeth. I noticed all the scary sounds of the tools they used were turned down very low, so my son was unfazed by the noises. He even let them take x-rays which was a pleasant surprise. At the end, they rewarded him with one of those balloon dogs that are normally found overpriced at the mall lol, along with other fun little toys. My son had an infection on his tooth that would make his cheek swell up and we took him to his previous dentist and they did nothing asked up to wait it out till November if possible. They didn't give us anything to help him either. I called around different pediatric dentist and I landed at this one. Dr. Jae and her team are amazing. I called they took him in the next day and they scheduled emergency treatment to be done within the following two weeks. Because he needed to be put under. And she also gave my son antibiotics that was needed and it helped him as well. It was a long process with insurance included and they were communicative the whole time helping us out.
