Thank you so much for my beautiful and tasty cupcakes!!! EVERYONE was complimenting them all night!

Long overdue review after many, many awesome cookies from LoveCakes! It all started about four years ago when I stumbled upon a both LoveCakes hosted at an event... OMG, so good I had to go back for more! Since then, I've been blessed to have these amazing cookies at about three events since. Whether for a birthday or just a fun reunion with friends, these baked goods are always a good call! Thank you!

WOW! I have been in communication with Angie the owner here for a custom two-tiered baby shower cake for my daughter for over a week! I just got knocked off the order list because a customer decided to come back and place a wedding cake order. I guess money takes over great customer service with this lady! Not professional at all very bad customer service I'm so glad I didn't go through with her and there are things called (Yelp) to blast bad service! Proof in the emails attached!

Updated review since I recently got another cake. AMAZING! My dreams came true when getting this cake for my boss' birthday. I am sooooo incredibly happy with how it turned out! My boss was super surprised and loved that it looked like a burger. I plan on getting my parents a cake soon because I know how much they love LoveCakes. Simply Devine!

Angie never disappoints. From baptism and now to my baby's 2nd bday, she always makes the best looking and best tasting cakes! We had the funfetti flavor this time. We had chocolate and red velvet before, and all flavors were heavenly! Also this time, Angie went the extra mile by delivering my cake on time even though he has her own personal appointment.. i really appreciate it Angie.. thank you Lovecakes! Till our next celebration!

Angie made the most beautiful gorgeous graduation cake for my daughter. It was almost too adorable to cut into. lol. The cake was delicious. Thank you. We will definitely come back.

I'm blown away. We found LoveCakes on Yelp and decided to order for our small wedding. We ordered coconut, lemon, and chocolate chocolate cupcakes with a six inch coconut cake. DELICIOUS. I ate four cupcakes at my wedding (wheeee!) and I'm now obsessed with Angie's coconut cake recipe. It's divine. Our guests devoured the cupcakes and kept raving about them. They were gone by the end of the night! A week after our wedding I ordered a birthday cake for my niece and nephew. Again, coconut, since it was everyone's favorite. Angie did not disappoint. The decoration was adorable with real balloons sticking out of the cake. Colorful, cute, and of course, delicious. LoveCakes is now my go-to for special order cakes and cupcakes. Honestly, I'm now looking for excuses to order more cakes and cupcakes from Angie!

I ordered individually boxed chocolate and red velvet cupcakes from LoveCakes and they were so delicious! I had no trouble with ordering and Angie provides great customer service. I will definitely be trying out all the other options on the menu!

Thank you, Angie! Thank you for making my design come true! Your magic hands bought me& my boyfriend a lot of joys. He is the type of person who does not like to express his emotions, but today, I looked at his eyes- I know he feels touching and got all surprised! Thank you so much! I will recommend friends and family to try your bakery! Highly recommended! Angie is an awesome person, & she gets talent!

I've been lucky enough to enjoy several sweets from LoveCakes as they are the go to bakery for my friends. Their cakes and cupcakes are all delicious, plus Angie is very creative with cake decorating. Be sure to check out LoveCakes Instagram too. Also I love the brownies from this bakery.

Elephant theme office Baby Shower
Bri B.

I needed a cake for an office baby shower that had an elephant theme. I ordered this cake semilast-minute, with just one week notice. Not only was it adorable but it was also delicious and all gone by the end of the party! The owner even offers a very affordable delivery to local areas. We will no doubt be using her again for more office parties.

I was planning a baby shower for my daughter in LA. I live in Maine. What a challenge. I searched the web looking for a baker who could make special cupcakes for the event. I found LoveCakes and the owner Angie. What luck. She worked so hard to make it easy to select beautiful cupcakes specially designed for a baby shower. They looked beautiful and tasted amazing. I can't thank her enough and give her this highest endorsement possible!

It's more than enough time to run next door and grab your treats. I ordered a slice of the lemon loaf, a gluten-free cookie, and the classic chocolate chip cookie. The lemon loaf slice is huge, I'd say it's the equivalent of two slices, so it's definitely big enough to share. As for the cookies, Levain is known for making them thick and rich. A small piece goes a long way, making them perfect for savoring over a couple of days (if you have that much self-control!). The moment you walk inside, you're greeted by the incredible aroma of freshly baked pastries, and the service was warm and welcoming. I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. My total was $15.25 and I paid cash, but I was given $4.75 in change. When I said it should be $5, she seemed confused and asked what I meant. I told her I literally gave you a quarter right now, and she questioned it before eventually giving me the correct change. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a mistake. I understand times are hard, but charging more for products that clearly had corners cut doesn't sit right with me. It just comes across like there's no integrity. Clearly the quality and portions are going downhill. I wasn't even planning on writing this review. I was going to stay quiet, but the chocopie really ticked me off. I'm not going to pay for food that skims on ingredients and shortchanges customers by charging more for less, so this will be my last visit.
