This place did a really excellent job on my gender reveal cake. It's a small little bakery, but they have a wide variety of baked goods besides cake if your heart desires. They had made the cake I picked before, but they seem very ready to ale anything you wish. The cake itself was very good, moist and tasteful. Delectable, baked perfectly, beautifully presented. The consistency, texture, and sugar levels were all spot on. The cake was devoured. We had two cakes (technically 3) and Cakery Bakery was by far the superior cake. It was moist, not dry, and full of flavor. Marjan was lovely and delivered the cake to our location in downtown. Great service! I will be continuing to recommend Cakery Bakery to my future clients. The two tiered cake plus sheet cake for 123 guests was more than enough with leftovers, which were happily taken home to-go. Our CU is hosting our 90th Annual Meeting and needed a cake for our event. I knew about this bakery from awhile back and decided to contact them. The owner Marjan is very nice and helpful. We have been going back and forth with the details and some of my team went there for cake sample tasting. We ended up getting 2 cakes: white cake with fresh strawberry cream and a marble cake with chocolate chip. Both cakes were not sweet and moist. A few people asked us where we got the cakes from. I've been wanting to write this review for a while but I'm finally getting around to doing so. I've used this bakery twice. Once for my gender reveal cake last year and again for my SIL's gender reveal cake. I spoke to one of the ladies on the phone and explained what I wanted and she rushed me on the phone and didn't care to listen to what I was asking for. I even emailed them what I wanted written on my cake and they still managed to spell the month June wrong. When I went to pick up my cake, they wrote Jun instead of June. When I told her, she said I could fix it with a sharpie!? Excuse me? I said no you need to re print it for me because it was edible paper as I wanted a burn cake. She reluctantly went to the back and re printed it for me. For my sister in law, again I spoke to one of the ladies on the phone and explained in detail what I wanted and even wrote it in the email. When my SIL went to pick up the cake, they forgot to add the pearls on it. I even paid extra for the pearls. So she had to wait while they added that. And they didn't care enough to write " it's a boy" , they just wrote "boy". Who does that? I had written in writing to write it's a boy. Also, somehow my cake was $80 and my SIL cake was $180 only 6 months later and both were for 10-12 people. Their cakes are really delicious I must say. The blue Bavarian was delicious. However, they're very unprofessional when speaking on the phone and clearly they can't follow instructions nor can they spell a simple word correctly. I considered using them again for my son's first bday next month but not worth it to constantly worry if my cake is going to be correct or if something is going to go wrong again . OMG! What an amazing bakery! I did a Too Good To Go $9.99 thing and they gave me a whole chocolate cake and 3 mini cupcakes for a cast party, it was out of this world yummy! The women who helped me was wonderful. She listened to every thing I wanted and needed for the cake. The best part about the whole thing, was that she packed my cake so that I could transport it to Palm Desert so that I would never worry if it would slide around, or get too warm.
