My grandma gave me 14 weeks of Pish Posh Diaper Co service for my baby shower. We hadn't really planned on cloth diapering but we were excited to give it a try. It took a while to get the first delivery set up since it seems the phones are non-operational (there was a vacation responder voicemail saying they were taking a break in August...I called in February). I then emailed and finally got set up for my first delivery when my son was 2 weeks old. I think this was a really great, stress-free option for an intro to cloth diapering and I loved it. The diapers were always delivered on time which was awesome and there was even one weekend we forgot to set our dirty ones out but they still gave us a fresh set. My main complaint is the communication, they need to be more responsive via email and phone as this is an essential to a well-run business and makes customers feel like they matter. I usually had to send two emails to get a response. All in all I would use this service again in hopes that there are some improvements by the time I have another baby. read more

If there was a way to submit zero stars, this would be the rating. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do NOT purchase this service! The product does not work plain and simple. It's advertised to fit infants between 4 & 12 pounds. Our child was at 8 pounds...directly in the middle of the suggested range. When we put it on her, the top came up nearly to her armpits and the gap on the bottom didn't come remotely close to producing a seal. Needless to say, there was no chance this was fitting. We decided this service was not for us and began the journey of trying to get a refund. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a small business owner in my entire life. I received one response indicating "prepaid service is non refundable. when placing your order online you agreed to those terms at check out. It's just like renting a car if the car is in your possession no one else can utilize it so the expectation is is that you're going to pay for it." First off, the website doesn't allow you to do anything but agree to the terms and conditions. There is only one option...to agree. Second, those terms are nowhere to be found on the site. As for the car rental analogy. Pretty sure if I rent a car and it doesn't work, the rental car company would refund me due to a defective product/service. The owner refunded a portion, but not all of it. Claimed the remaining balance of $130 was for one drop off of and one pick up. So in essence I got charged a $130 delivery fee for a product that doesn't work and we never used one. This owner is unethical and a thief. It's hard enough being a brand new parent not knowing what to do. It's another thing to be taken advantage of and stolen from for a product that doesn't work. Shame on this company. Will never recommend this service to anyone and will now go out of my way to ensure other people don't either. Do NOT purchase this service!! read more

I had too many issues with this service and I'm really sad I had to end service because as a mother who chooses to cloth diaper their child I was forced to look into other options. I had service for 4 weeks and was not impressed. I must add I was a previous Luludew customer and they set the bar very high thus forming my likes and dislikes with service. Here are my issues Pros & Cons. Cons: 1. No Diaper Pail with service (diapers have to go somewhere and they sell a pail for $30, why can't I rent it with service like many other companies. Bought mine from Luludew for half the price) 2. They only provide 2 pail liners in rotation (this is a huge issue, you only have 1 liner at a time, so when the diapers need to be set out my pail had no liner. The time from setting them out to setting up new diapers there is no wiggle room. Momma needs wiggle room! Most companies have 3 in rotation. So busy mom's don't have to trash bag line the pail until new ones are delivered. I emailed Tanya about this and the response was I get 2. Why are customers putting up with this? It's a simple inexpensive solution) 3. Diaper size inconsistent. ( I understand cloth diapers shrink, but the size difference was sooo vast some were too small for my baby so I couldn't use them, waste of money) 4. Drop off range too large (on your delivery day you can get diapers between 9am-3ish. That is a major problem if I only have 1 pail liner. Baby will soil the diaper during this time waiting for delivery. 5. Drop off could be set to next day because of traffic ( this only happened once but how often could it happen) 6. Wipes too small and color was not same the week before ( these wipes were so small that in my prince lion wipe warmer they floated. I have "small Chucky doll hands" and I had to use two wipes at a time just to cover my hand from getting baby poop on them ) My wipes also came in ivory one week and in beige the next. I thought I got the same ones every week. I also didn't even get any wipes for a while week of service that I paid for. Tanya also promised to refund me for the wipes. I'm still waiting on that refund. Still waiting... 7. Prefolds not as absorbing (this will very per child and mine is in the 7-9 month heavy wetter phase. But she urinated through the diaper, cover, her clothes and my clothes THREE times in one day. How? Why? What? Yes. That's when I got mad the first time. I emailed about this, Tayna said they don't come more absorbing. Luludew manufacturer their own and they are more absorbing to me. 8. All in one not as absorbing (urinated all the way thru to the bed sheets and had to bathe her at 5am . That was rough. So I stop using the night diapers at night. 9. Covers are horrible (they provide covers and I like Thirsty's, but they give you Flip and Rumparooz which have huge Velcro strips not comfortable for baby at all. Flip is worst and I got 3 of those and 1 Rumparooz that was Velcro) 10. Communication ( Tayna will get back to you.... Eventually... Maybe, but I don't like how when you call you have to leave a message. Another customer complained about communication issues. I should have listened. 11. No demo offered before you start service. 12. Shipping fee ($5, whatever) Pros: 1. You can pay via PayPal 2. Tayna offered for me to try all in one at no extra cost ( nice gesture, but I paid the price) 3. Services Inland Empire Area ( but there is another option! Squeak Cheeky) 4. No start up fee/ No contract ( but they get that money in other ways) I really didn't want to write this review, I really wanted to put this behind me but I had spent $120+ based on reviews and I wasted my money. I asked a ton of questions before I started service and this was not anticipate at all. After 1 week of service I regretted signing up. Had I gotten my money back for the wipes as promised I would have moved. But now I went from a unhappy customer to a frustrated former customer. Now I'm giving Squeak Cheeky a 4 week try! They use Luludew prefolds and wipes. And so far so good, how I feel about them will be in their own review after 4 weeks are completed. Update: I posted this review on 1/19/17. Pish Posh FINALLY refunded me for the wipes on 1/24/17. I'm confident this review influenced them to keep their word, but its unfortunate it had to come to that. read more

I got this diaper service as a baby shower gift and when I first got the diapers they were a bit big on my little guy especially in the legs. I called Tayna and explained my concerns ( skinny legs). She was great and suggested she pick up the diapers and wait till he was a little bigger at least 10lbs and then for me to call and let her know when to start up again. Well I called last week and got the diapers delivered today. I am so glad I waited because now they fit perfect.. My husband isn't to sure about cloth but so far I love it.. Hoping I can win him over with the ease of this service and the AIO diapers that we got.. Thank you so much. I forgot to add, the pic is when he was smaller and they didn't fit.. First off I've never in my life written a review & although there's hardly any reviews for this company, even more so the last one was over 2 years ago, I feel the need to share my experience with anyone considering pishposh & how their service is as of recent. A few months ago before my son was born, I contacted a few diaper services to use for the newborn stage. I was inclined to use pishposh because of their prices in comparison to other services. I called them & spoke to Tanya, who I assume is the owner based of their company website. She seemed lovely & told me that unfortunately my request to have an in home demo could not be established until the following month since they were already booked. I completely understood & since I still had time, I gave her my info so that she could contact me once she had a date where someone could come to us. Well, that was the end of it. I tried NUMEROUS times to get ahold of her or anyone from this company. I called several times, had my husband call, wrote emails, texts, even filled out there "contact us" online but I never got a response. I tried so many times because of their prices but in the end I'd much rather overpay for better service. I could only imagine what service would have been like with them. So unprofessional; if they were too busy or maybe had something going on the least they could have done was respond to any of my outreaches. In the end I went with Simple Diaper Service and I'm so happy that I did. They have great customer service, super convenient, & actually respond to you! read more
