1. Request a matte brown burgundy color, they put on a purple ish color ... and told me this is the right color. I left unhappily with it. Hating the color till now 2. They have this eyelashes extensions for $20. I was surprised bc normally it costs $100. Girls! DO NOT DO IT!! The whole process was painful. Yet, its super heavy and itchy. After 2 weeks, the middle part felt out, i look like a joke. Now, all the lashes felt out, my REAL lashes ARE GONE TOO!! Which never happen to me before. I have no lashes now! Maggie is the most racist nail tech I've ever come across. For many years I've been going to her to do my nails. And all I ask for is a gentle service. Meaning please be easy on my hands. She is rough, the shop is filthy, the chairs for the pedicure are ripped to shreds... you have to be careful that you don't get electrocuted while using the remote to give you a lower and back massage.They use the same gloves over and over. The bathroom is tight and dirty, they refuse to service black people. I've been going to this place for a while now, several months. The acrylics I get here usually fall off in a week unless you fill them in. And they say "come back in two weeks" their prices are reasonable and the staff is the usual. Cheap prices = not so good attitude and service. The worst thing here is the wait they tell you to have patience for. They say "two minutes" it means ten. Ten minutes mean thirty minutes. If you're looking for a place to quickly et your nails done super fast and good this isn't the best place. They have an okay variety of nail color choices and they do gel for $10 extra. French for $5 more and matte top coat for $3. Other than that, this place is recommended and is cleaner than most of the nail salons in Chinatown. I decided to give this place a try again since I really wanted a manicure. I got gel this time and the worker definitely tried harder. She was nice and spoke with me which was a positive. However, they did not do a good job removing the gel I already had on my nail. There was clearly still a layer on. Secondly, they did a really bad job filing them. I feel like the lady was focused more on looking professional and finishing each nail with the same motions rather than trying to get them even and nicely shaped. Lastly, the gel was alright. The cuticles were round and the polish was fairly even with some imperfections here and there. For 20$ this is probably the service I should expect. Super cheap manicure ($8) so I didn't expect anything amazing. But it was really a lot worse than I could've imagined. My manicure was rushed and she seemed to have no idea what she was doing! She honestly was having trouble properly using a nail file. She kept commenting on how short my nails were, as though that was an excuse for her lack of ability. This place's gel polish ruined my nails. I walked in wanting a regular manicure and was talked into getting gel manicure by the lady who was doing my nails. The white/beige color I used was #26 and it came out very spotty and no one was able to fix it. So I asked the lady to take the gel off so I can go back to getting a regular manicure. Soaking could not get the clear and white layers she already put on my hand. She went ahead and started filing them off. She already filed a good amount in the beginning of the manicure that as she's filing it hard for the second time you can almost see my skin! I left at that point and refused to let her or anyone in the nail place touch my nails. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to get the spotty clear and white gel polish off myself. Came here I believe last weekend - this is a no frills salon , you come get the service and you leave . Don't expect any extravagant service . I had Lin and she does my acrylic just the way I like it, and she's fast. This is my 3rd time coming here, everytime they do a good job. The first time I came here I got a gel manicure also, I also picked a light pink as my color, the thing with light colors is that you have to apply more layers than a darker tone. I've been to many nail salons and this is the only one so far that apply 3 layers to light colors without having me to ask, they automatically do it or they ask you which is a plus because some salons do not do that. This place does such a nice job and they last longer compared to other nail salons I went to, my gel lasted for over 2 weeks, my nails grew but it still didn't chip or turn color and the price is cheap $20 for great quality! Other places charge up to $30 for mediocre work. This is my go to place from now on. read more

Think twice before you go there. I was trying to do true match the first color I picked they did not have the matching toe color. Once I decided on a color we started the process. 10 mins walking out the nail salon I notice my pink nails had a lot of blue streaks. I went back and they had the nerve to say that I picked the color and they was not changing it or repainting it. Really I believe in customer service and all the had to do was just change the color. I usually get my nails done here and the service is mediocre at best. Although the prices are very affordable you get what you pay for. Each time I come there has been an issue with the customer service but the last time I went was the last straw. The woman doing my nails kept rushing me to pick a color and when I told her I wasn't done she sucked he teeth. She cut my cuticle way too deep and failed to notice that I was bleeding. This is the worst place ever. I've been coming here for months and today was my last straw. I came in here with my daughter and niece who mind you are little girls between the ages of 4 and 5. My friend then met up with my later on to get a mani and pedi. When I paid I paid 66 plus tax which was 71.50. I gave the girl a 10 dollar tip to split it with the other two girls who did my kids nails. When I came to pay for my friends nails she was charging her for her plus another child which was ridiculous. They were charging me regular price for the kids manis and pedi and their is no correct price list in their establishment. I told them it was absurd and wasn't giving them more money because it didn't make any sense at all to charge kids regular price. They won't be having my business whatsoever and I will be writing a letter to consumer affairs about how disgusting their customer service was and the fact that they are not sanitary at all.
