The best nail salon I've found in the area! I recently moved here and checked out a few other (disappointing) salons first before finding lovely nails and now I won't go anywhere else! I love their organic manicures where they essentially put a clear coat of no-chip polish directly on the nail and then apply color over the top so they can file off the polish each time instead of soaking off the color. They can easily do nail art/designs and my mania easily last 3 weeks. Everyone is friendly and the salon is super clean. Definitely check them out! read more

I had to go home and reshape the nails, Re-pumice the bottom of feet and clean up not only my cuticles that she left behind, but also the sloppy polishing job that was around the cuticle. The tech rushed me to pick a color before even starting. I asked for a few minutes for my feet to soak. She gave me an attitude and said only one minute. Made me change the color I choose because she said the two didn't match. The French lines are not even nor straight. My nails are mot in a square wide shape. The process was fast! No massage! No removal of dead skin. No scraping, saving, etc! No complimentary anything- not even water. $70 wasted and unhappiness on my birthday. Save your time, money, and hopes! read more

Positive: was able to call ahead and get an appointment so I got seated at my pedicure station right away and had time to soak; massage chairs hit all the right spots Negative: cleanliness of the bathroom left a little to be desired; not exactly spa-like (but to be expected at a nails-only spot); ventilation could be better...lots of fumes; I didn't see them pull out the tools, so I can't be sure, but I wasn't 100% confident they came out of a sanitizer; weak exfoliation...put some muscle into it! read more

The first time I got my nails done here they did an amazing job. They gave me a beautiful acrylic set and a beautiful nail color that I haven't been able to replicate anywhere else. After a couple weeks I wanted to get them filled and the same color for my acrylic set. When I called the lady sounded annoyed and told me that they never do acrylic set. I told her that I was just in two-three weeks ago and got my acrylic set there and she hung up. I then went in and they turned me away because I didn't have an appointment. Had an appointment yesterday for a pedicure. First time trying this place and very sorry I did. First off the older lady that I had was using old equipment from a junkie makeup bag. I should have stopped it there but thought I would give it a chance. Terrible pedicure and she somehow managed to stab me in the side of my ankle with the metal tool used for cuticle removal. She attempted to stop the bleeding and after close to 10 minutes it finally stopped with gauze and band aids. Not one time did she apologize. I could not wait to get out of there and I hope I don't get an infection from this fiasco. Be smart and find someplace that is clean and uses people that are trained! read more

I came here on a whim to get the pedicure. Even though I had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone was available (I didn't make an appointment), I was very happy with the service I received. They were very affordable and included things in their basic manicure that other places would have charged extra for! There were only 2 things I had a problem with: 1. The lady knicked my toe while she was cutting my cuticles and 2. She kept going over a bruise on my shin during the leg massage. Best French manicure I've received. 2/2 now, I got perfectly shaped French manicures from them. Other places I have been to, have the whites uneven and crooked. And even with the no-chip option, I have had the polish bubble up. I have not had that problem at Lovely Nails with the no-chip or regular polish. The technicians were polite to me. On my second visit, I was on a time crunch, and they were very accommodating by having 2 people work on me at the same time. Because of that time crunch, I also ruined my pedicure 3 hours later. I've been getting my nails done for over 3 years. The guy I used to go to no longer works at that previous salon. So I decided to switch. Per my friends recommendation, I decided to try Lovely Nail. And I'm so glad I did! Lovely Nail is extremely clean, friendly employees, and they do great work! I recently went to Henry, he applied my acrylic and no chip. Seriously, I will never go anywhere again. He is the sweetest nail tech. Two of us went for pedicures today. The woman who worked with me did a fair job The young man who worked with my friend did a terrible job. He did one thin coat and a top coat that didn't make it through the evening. He was texting in between anything he did and checking his phone quite often in the short pedicure. For the lower leg "massage" he quickly spread some lotion on the leg. The owners (?) two young kids were there. I felt terrible for them as they had nothing to do and looked like they had been there for quite some time. The young (6 or 7 years) girl had to take care of her 2? year old brother who was absolutely miserable. They sat in the waiting area and every time the boy complained he was reprimanded and then ignored. The children were well behaved for the situation but it was completely inappropriate. Nice place terrible service, the guy cut my toenails all the way to the point he couldn't file them. Painted my toes and when he was done it look like globs of paint on my toes and he didn't even paint my entire toe. I have been to this facility three times to have my no-chip manicure done and I will not be returning. The first time I went I had a great experience the staff was nice and my no-chip lasted 2 weeks as it should. The second time I went my no-chip chipped within the week. I attempted to call them to tell them what happened but every time I tried the phone line was busy and I later found out that it was because they were busy so they disconnected the phone line. I showed up to the salon to get my nails done and the first thing I said to them was that I was here exactly a week ago and my polished chipped. They told me to pick a color and someone began to take off the remainder of the color I had on. I asked THREE different people if they had a 2 week guarantee on their no chip and they could not answer my question. The worst part is that they ignored my question all together until it was time to pay. When I was asked to pay the 35 dollars I asked again do you not have a 2 week no-chip guarantee? They told me that they didn't know and that I should ask the manager. When I spoke to the manager she told me that it's been a week and I should have called them to let them know so I could come in immediately. She proceeded to tell me they do not have any guarantee on their services and that if I'm a returning customer next time if I get a pedicure along with my no-chip she could give me a "discount" I declined her offer, paid the lady and was on my way out the door when she told me next time she would give me 10 dollars off my service. I should have been offered a discount at the time of my service rather than the next one. The no-chip I got that day chipped within the week and needless to say I won't be returning. At the time of my visit I forgot my water bottle there and realized it when I was already halfway home. I returned a week later to pick it up and saw it on the counter where I thought I left it. I told them that I left my water bottle here and I'm pretty sure that the one on the counter is mine. They told me that if I think it's mine I can take it and proceeded to laugh at me. When I got home I emptied the liquid in the bottle to find some sort of yellow tea or other beverage in there that was clearly not mine. They took it upon themselves to use my water bottle as their own in hopes that I wouldn't come back to get it! That's beyond rude to keep someone's things as your when you work at a business. If you are looking for a place to get a no-chip I recommend going somewhere that offers their customers a 2 week guarantee on their services.35 dollars is a lot of money to spend every week because the salon you go to doesn't have quality polish. read more
