This the only place I will take my retired Veteran to get his feet and nails done correctly. He tried many places. now we can both get our nails done without making two different salons appointments. Staff is friendly. Hard working . I have Hyperthyroidism and hypertension which makes my nail bed thin and split. Other place would make my nail bed worst and painful. This place have my nails looking nice and comfortable. I can play in the garden without out gloves again sometimes.

For me personally, this place is exactly what I'm looking for. I like to get in, get my pedicure done, and get out. I'm not really looking to spend a long time at the salon with a bunch of extra services. I just want a good, basic pedicure that gets the job done, and that's exactly what I get here. I also love their prices because they're much more affordable than some of the larger salons. I normally call ahead, and they're usually very accommodating. The salon itself is clean, the staff is very nice, and the pedicure is good. It's a basic pedicure without all the extras--no steam, extended massage, or shoulder massage--but honestly, that's perfectly fine with me. My only complaints are that they don't allow tips to be added to a credit card, so when you pay by card, they'll ask if you have cash for the tip. I always tip, but I don't love being asked because it can feel a little uncomfortable or like an expectation. I also wish the massage portion of the pedicure was a little better. It's more of a quick rub of your feet and legs rather than an actual massage. That said, you're paying less here than you would at many other salons, so I think it's important to set your expectations accordingly. If you're looking for an affordable, clean salon where you can get a basic pedicure without spending a ton of time or money, I definitely recommend it. If you're looking for a luxurious pedicure with a long, relaxing massage and lots of extras, this probably isn't the place for you. But for me, I love being able to get in and out, get the job done, and pay a great price. Overall, a solid four-star experience.

Where do I begin? The owners don't give damn about their patrons. They have illegal and incompetent people working their. It smells when go in of all chemicals they use. They don't clean their instruments. Plus, they speak Vietnamese well working and you realize by facial expressions they're talking about you. I wouldn't send my dog there. Been to several nail salons in the area and have never had such a great experience as I do at Tip Top Nails!!! Staff is very friendly!! Walked in and sat down right away even though it was a little busy but still got the pedicure I needed and done in time. Everyone was nice and it was alright decor with one TV. Would go there again but maybe get an appt ahead of time next time. read more
