I love this nail salon in Seekonk MA. This place is very clean and sanitary. It is conveniently located on fall River Avenue, right where merges with Highland Avenue in the five Guys Plaza. They normally are very well staffed and can take walkins. I sometimes make an appointment but I have been pleased with walking in. I always get a pedicure with a 10 minute massage or a 15 minute massage and a gel manicure. The average cost for me is between 95 and $105. The price is not very low in the opinions of some but I think it is well priced because the services are very consistent and you almost always get a great massage.... Massage (in my opinion)are a very personal part of the service. Some people like more pressure, others like less. I personally like a massage with a lot of pressure and normally the random technician that I get gives me a very satisfactory foot massage. Booking appointments is available because I hear the receptionist taking appointments on the phone quite often. I am a hair salon owner and I am very particular when choosing to get services anywhere else. This is my go to place for a few years for a reason. read more

Showed them my nails and they looked HORRIFIED..like i had chopped off my fingers or something..They filed and cut my nails to different lengths for each hand/finger. Some fingers are the same length, some are totally off. Not sure who was doing my nails but he was very rough and filed some of my skin off. I went to Tiffany Nail Salon today for a pedicure since my regular salon has closed. I had read reviews on Yelp and Nora was mentioned as being particularly great. Nora more than lived up to that compliment! I was very impressed with the salon itself and very pleased with Nora's work. The salon is just beautiful and so clean. No blaring music or loud tvs. They did have some very nice, large tvs, showing the Olympics live. Close captioning was on. The price for a basic pedicure was $37 and included a 5 minute leg massage right before Nora put on the polish and then a 2 minute warm neck and back massage while your nails are drying. I need to ask for her next time I make an appointment. She scrubbed my feet so well, although I was squirming in my chair, it was much needed. I unusually choose Tiffany's when I want to splurge a little and get a nice pedi and mani. My appointment was for 3pm I got taken right in, I was sat at the pedicure chair and a young man began to start my pedicure. It took an hour and he did not once use any kind of scrubs lotions or hot towel. I literally sat their for an hour for him to file and paint my toes. After that extremely underwhelming experience I was over it and of course the same young boy is the one to now do my nails. I used Lincoln park after dark for my toes, I think one of the most popular and known polish's for fall. My nails I pointed to the polish I just used but asked for gel. He brings back plain black. After going back and forth I said forget it black it is. This is where things went from bad to worse. He literally filed my cuticles off, which is extremely painful. I said ow that hurts twice and he just continued. My nails are cut to my skin, my finger nails are raw and red and bloody around the edges. He filed my nails and my cuticles off and with all the nail dust on my just painted right over it.. Really?! after it was painted he let me dry final time for 30 seconds told me to wash my hands and then said " your all set". I payed $30 for that?! Seriously?? Not to mention I finally finished at 5pm. TWO HOURD FOR THAT?! $60+ tip down the tubes. If he is too new or not ready to take customers yet he shouldn't. I have been to so many salons over time and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. Never ever again. Save your money people. read more

I have a normal place that took me forever to find but they couldn't get me in for a last minute pedicure because it was Valentine's Day and they were booked, but luckily Tiffany's had great reviews and could get me in for the time I was looking for. They were extremely clean and everyone working was very pleasant. I would call this an upper class spa catered more to relaxing appointments than a quick walk in mani. The prices reflect thAt also, which is why I give 4 stars over 5. They are very expensive. I usually expect to pay more because I tend to get luxury pedis but this place was a good 10 dollars more than my normal place for the same quality pedi. I also have to say I don't like having a Rollie chair for the drying station because when she gave me a massage my shins kept getting rolled into the wood and I had to try really hard not to fall off the chair or mess up my nails. Overall I would recommend this as it's totally my vibe and calm and serene. read more

Awful. They can't even get a manicure right. They don't soak your nails, hardly spent any time cleaning my cuticles, then the cherry on top was the paint. Completely streaky, needed a third coat and didn't clean any spill around the nail bed. I just wanted out and was sick of complaining so I just accepted this would be the worst manicure I've ever had , and just get the heck out of there. I have never been more upset thank today when getting my nails done here. I usually go to Tiffany's if I desperately need to get my nails redone cause they usually do an amazing job, welp not today. I called and made an appt and when I got in the man doing my nails was super aggressive and didn't do half the stuff you'd usually do with a dip manicure. Not only did my manicure come out horrible but I was given an attitude when wanting my pedicure as well, which I also made an appt for. He was rushing me the whole time with my pedicure and instead of tapping my foot to go in the water he just pushes my leg. I was also charged $110 for a gel pedicure and dip manicure (without tips). I did the math and he had over charged me and then was questioning why I didn't leave a tip. I will never go here again! read more

The past few times I've been, it's just been OK. They provide the service that I pay for, the gel lasts an average of two weeks. Nothing more, nothing less. But after this past time, I think I'll be looking for a new place. They usually play soothing piano music, but this time they were playing obnoxious pop. And the only thing I had to distract myself from Ed Sheeran was... drumroll... a slideshow of badly renovated children's bedrooms. That's right: badly photographed, badly renovated/decorated children's bedrooms. And when I tried to tell my technician that I'd rather watch what was on the TV behind me, she ignored me. Twice. She also made me feel very funny about my color selection. Maybe she was just making sure that I was happy with it, but I felt like she was kind of incredulous about my decision, waiting for me to pick something else. read more

If I could give it less than one star I would. The worst gel manicure I have ever had. I'm pretty sure a five-year-old could do better. Almost every single nail has a bubble in it. He painted the sides of my fingers and over the cuticles on every single one. I didn't have my glasses on I didn't realize how bad it was until I left. They don't soak your nails before cutting your cuticles. He was literally pinching and ripping the cuticles off with such force that it was flinging all over his shirt. They used a grinder to take off my old polish rather than soaking and scraping them. read more

Usually I get a great manicure when I'm here. But I decided to try a gel manicure. It was awful. The male technician made a comment when I showed him the design that I couldn't understand. But said he could do it. The design is supposed to be clear straight lines that he didn't measure or try to match at all. He just eyeballed it and asked if it was okay. I tried to say no but he continued on anyway. It's a mess and uneven on both hands. Also he made me keep my hands under the UV lights for too long and my nails still sting hours after I got my manicure. He made my cuticle bleed on the left ring finger and didn't address it at all. He didn't seal the nail polish either and decided to use nail polish remover at the end of my manicure?? I have no idea why he would do that but up close you can see unevenness in the color coverage and feathering in the black lines. I'm irritated that I paid an extra $5 for a service that was not performed, annoyed that my nails are causing me pain and that even the basic gel manicure process was not followed! If you're doing a standard manicure with basic polish and no design you should be fine. But don't go for gels or designs at this place. It's not worth it. read more

I called ahead asking how much a mani pedi was and they told me $45. I made the appointment. I arrived on time picked my color and was taken to the pedicure chair by a gentleman. He puts my feet in cold water, hands me a pedicure list and asks me what type of pedicure I want. They have names like pina colada, ginger smoothie ect. I think to myself "oh this is kinda nice. You can pick the scent you like" the regular polish pedicure takes about 15 minutes, aFter which he moves me to a manicure station. I tell him I have gel polish on my nails currently and that they are super thin and fragile naturally. He takes out a drill with a metal bit and starts grinding through the old polish hitting my natural nail multiple times!! I must have said "ow!!" and pulled my hand away 6 or 7 times. He wraps my nails up in foil with nail polish remover for about 3 minutes and when the remaining polish won't scrape off he grabs the drill again. I should have walked out at this point but I had a dinner I was going to and didn't want to show up with half peeled polish. So same thing again with the drill hitting my natural nail and each time it hurts like hell. Finally the polish is off and he paints them like new. Phew I can run out of there and get to dinner, but I go to pay and she tells me is $78!! Um what? I was quoted $45 on the phone. She shrugs and says "it $78!" I paid and got out of there. Over the next few weeks as my nails grew they started breaking on the sides going across the nail about half way up each nail from all the weak spots he created by almost drilling through my nail with that drill. It took me 6 months off band aids on every other finger to grow out that nightmare! Stay away. read more

I've gone here a few times and had good results. This last time I had a pedicure and my feet are still rough, my feet hardly soaked in the water... I felt absolutely rushed not relaxed. My nails are all different lengths/shapes, AND the paint on my toes chipped in 2 days...all for the cost of 75 bucks BEFORE tip!! I first went to Tiffany Nails shortly after the business opened. I received the best mani/pedi experience I've ever had and the experience and service is replicated each time I return. I've become a regular client and I don't want to go anywhere else. Ashley is a really good nail tech. Her manis & pedis are so thorough with clean quality results but she's not the only one. What a disappointment. I've been coming here since it opened and always had wonderful service. Not today. Helen was less than cordial. Normally once they soak my feet they'll ask what type of pedi I want. She never asked. I wanted a hot stone pedi but within 10 minutes of sitting she was already doing my legs. My heels needed attention and she probably touched on them with the scrubber for 10 seconds each. Only one coat of polish and they look terrible. I proceed to the register and tell who I think is the owner, about my disappointment. She tells me I should have said something and told Helen that I wanted the hot stone. Explained that in all the time I've been there they've always asked after they do the initial soak and clean. I never had a chance because as fast as she started she was done! I told her that from start to finish I was in chair for 19 minutes and actually never had the opportunity to ask. Helen was in a total rush and never spoke a single word to me. The manager/owner (not sure which) then charged me $30 and just said "sorry". If she tried to rectify the situation or offered to take money off, I would have chalked it up to a poor worker but wouldn't take it out on the establishment. But she offered nothing. Very poor customer service. Shame on them. I don't see a way to post a pic of how bad my feet look and wish I could. Dry skin everywhere and a bad painting job! I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my mom and sister. I'm leaving for a trip on Monday and came in for a pedi and decided last minute on a gel mani too. When I first walked into this place I was super impressed. The place was immaculate. I liked that they used liners in the foot spas and all of their tools were sealed or one time use. The pedi was good although I would have preferred more of a soak. It felt a little rushed despite 3 customers in the salon total. It still was a good experiences an employee walking by even offered me water. Ken was the technician that did my pedi and he did not talk at all and grunted at me when I asked him please not to scrub the middle of my foot. I was very polite with my requests. It all went down hill when I requested a simple white polka dot design on my ring finger. He attempted it twice free hand and it look as though my 4 year old daughter had done it. On the third try when I politely expressed my dissatisfaction he stood up aggressively and stood over me yelling in a different language. A woman came over and could see I was visibly upset. She apologized for his behavior and finished the service perfectly. The end result of being screamed at by a crazy nail tech was they didn't charge me for the $5 nail art. I tipped the woman that finished my service and left upset. I rarely treat myself or have kid free alone time. I was really looking forward to it and I was highly disappointed. read more
