The manager forgot about my nail appointment, and tried to blame it on us. We booked it days in advance, well my boyfriend did trying to surprise me for valentines, and when we walked in the day of our apt, the manager was the only one there. She told us that we booked a "polish change" when in reality, she told my boyfriend on the phone that I could just tell her what I want there, because he didn't know what I wanted. It was supposed to be a surprise. There was another lady that was there a couple minutes before us, so she had to wait for us to finish. The lady who did my nails (the manager) literally told her "They have an appointment and I forgot about it". I wanted a full set, and I didn't know if it was called gel or acrylic because I don't really get my nails done (I mentioned this to her and showed pictures). She rushed through my manicure and only gave me gel, made fun of how short my nails were, and how "small" my nails were. She said things like "don't worry they'll grow! Ha ha!" Mind you I am not a regular, so this is not my friend! I am already pissed because she forgot about my apt, and proceeded to not give me what I asked for. At the end I was crying because I told her it wasn't what I wanted, and she just kept saying we booked for a polish change, she had another customer waiting (like that was my fault), that a full set would've taken an hour, and that she only had us down for 30min polish change. Also, why would I walk into the nail salon with short nails wanting to get them painted lol, I can do that at home. I knew she was just making excuses. My boyfriend doesn't even know what a polish change is!! I don't even know what that is!? When I went back the next day to get them fixed, she still kept saying it was my boyfriend's fault, even though she told him on the phone we could tell her what we wanted there. He didn't just make that up lol. It was obviously a mistake on her, but she still fixed my nails for 20, and I tipped her 20 because I'm not a horrible person!

Ladies professionalism was great but it's very obvious that not everyone there is licensed and when I asked, THEY AGREED. So they're practicing without licenses.... Originally I came in just to soak off my nails because I had work within a couple hours but they assured me I could be done within 2hrs or less so I obliged. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. The lady that did my toes, Monica, didn't have a clue in the world how to do a pedicure and their pedicure menu isn't a true menu. I don't know a single salon that if you're paying $60+ on a pedicure where you don't get hot stones and paraffin wax. She didn't get my callouses off, was scraping my dry skin with a pumice stone, and cut me real bad with a drill. When she started fixing a nail, it was so messed up, I told her gone on a head and stop right there cause I do not have time for the bs. Plus I noticed that the tools she was using weren't packaged. So who's to say if they were sterile or not. Tatiana was very sweet and attentive but these nails are terrible. They're lumpy uneven. Today is day 3 with these nails and one already chipped at the base. Ultimately I felt like I shouldn't have paid a dime but I went ahead and paid $80 + $20 tip but honestly, for over 4 hrs and terrible service, $100 was not worth it. And to think they were gonna try to get me to pay full price. Now my hands and feet hurt and I pray I don't have a serious issue. SMH, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!
