I came in for the first time and asked for a gel manicure with an oval shape. The nail tech was clearly shaping my nails in an almond shape, which was not what I requested, and she kept shaping them wrong even though I was explaining that I wanted a round shape. So I asked for another nail tech to take over. This woman rushed through the service and acted annoyed at every comment I made. My experience at this salon was horrible. About a month or two later, I decided to give them a second chance. I called the store to book another manicure appointment, but when I arrived, I was treated condescendingly by the hostess and rudely by the nail tech, who said she didn't want to do my nails because she thought I was too difficult the last time. I made it clear that this behavior was unacceptable, and in response, I was kicked out by the hostess. She claimed I was being rude to the entire staff -- mind you, I had only spoken to two people, including her -- and told me I was blocked from ever booking again for being "difficult." This is by far the dumbest, most absurd, and most disgusting treatment I've ever received at any establishment. I wasn't planning on going back to this horrible place anyway, and I've warned all my friends to avoid it. A note to the owners: Please make sure that your staff has at least a basic understanding of English before criticizing customers or bossing them around. Expecting clients to accommodate your staff in any way is completely unacceptable. read more

We were completely spoiled during our complimentary pedicures and included mini facial. The imaging equipment to assess our scalps before and after treatment was a fun addition! A short time after had my manicure and a hand massage. My nails were buffed to a natural, perfect shine. I felt calm and at ease during my visit. I went here for the first time and the two ladies were very nice. I got the dip powder with the tips added on and also a pedicure. The pedicure was great and looks great but the tips that were out on are crooked and some of the nails are rough while some are smooth. This place is small but not crowded or noisy. The attendants do a beautiful job. I have been elsewhere where the service is hit or miss and unpredictable despite high prices and the waits are long. I usually end up with hangnails and quickly chipping polish...Not here! Exceptional quality for the price, clean tools, a great assortment of services from gel to dazzle dry to cat eye to powder. No wait because they work by appointment. I always walk out delighted and am amazed at how long the polish lasts without a chip. I'm also grateful for no hangnails because of great technique. I called for a walk-in and they were accommodating for a last minute call. I needed an acrylic fill, trim, and two nail repairs along with a pedi. Gel polish for both. Im guessing it was rushed because I was probably the last call for the day. My acrylics were lumpy and uneven. I could've done a better job on my hands myself, and my toes were a bit lumpy and patchy near the cuticles. I'm assuming the gel polish I picked was hard to work with. The staff were friendly, and the salon is hygienic and small. Overall experience, 3 stars because they're clean, and they're respectful. I wouldn't come again for acrylics but I wouldn't mind coming back for a pedi, if any other salons were closed or booked first. read more

Recently went there for the first time based on a neighbor's recommendation. I called and made an appointment and a very pleasant gentleman helped me on the phone. Upon my arrival, it was pretty busy and there were only two nail techs working as someone was out with an illness. After I chose a color, the gentleman took me to a chair and prepared the water for my feet to soak while I waited. Both techs were very polite, attentive and calm as they worked with the customers who preceded me. When my turn came, the tech was very good, very careful, very thorough a d very gentle. She expertly applied the polish and did a really nice job. The place was clean, the employees were kind and pleasant and I would go back. I wanted just a simple pedicure and that's what I got. I went to this particular nail salon to get a manicure and pedicure. I was pleased with level on detail that was provided with my manicure. I wanted a clear polish, which a pale color was suggested that I really liked. My nail tech was very personable and very knowledgeable. However, I was displeased with my pedicure because (1) the nail tech working my pedicure did not know any English, (2) did not take the care and time with my pedicure as did the nail tech with my manicure. There was no new tools used as she was conducting my pedicure. My pedicure was subpar and looked as if nothing had been done. The shop itself was small, cozy, and clean. Parking can be quite difficult being that parking is only available on the street. The shop can be missed because it is so small. read more

If you've never been here before and you're looking for somewhere new to get your nails done here is a brutally honest review. The pedicures are great with 2 down sides. Depending on who's doing your feet they can be pretty aggressive and hurt you and they use the same dirty smelly hot towel on everyone to wipe you're feet at the end. They don't use the plastic cover while your feet soak just an fyi. I gave this place 2 starts because of the woman who did my nails. 3 times I had to tell her to shorten my nails and make them more narrow. The tech kept telling me that it won't look good and I kept telling her that it's what I WANT that matter. By the 3rd time the both of us were soo annoyed that we both had to take a break. I should have left but I stayed smh and my nails came out uneven and still not shaped the way I want. Needless to say I will NEVER come back. And the total price for a regular pedicure and acrylic with gel polish $80. Waist of my hard earned money. No thank you. read more

I went here as a walk in with my mom a week postpartum (I didn't tell them) for a pedicure. They really pampered me when I needed it, took a long time scrubbing, asked me if I liked the color, and there was a massage included, not sure how many minutes but it was longer than the usual drive-by I am used to. My mom couldn't be taken care of I immediately because there were several other customers, but they encouraged her to do a color change and it still looks good a week later. We were visiting the area for a few days and called about an appointment last minute for two manicures and three pedicures, they were able to get us in within half an hour the same night. The ladies who worked on us were very nice, accommodating and thorough. Nancy also made a lovely suggestion for my toes color to complement the dip color I chose for my nails. Both turned out polished and beautiful, exactly how I wanted. The salon is in a very cute location, get there a bit early to make sure you're able to find parking.
