This the only place I will take my retired Veteran to get his feet and nails done correctly. He tried many places. now we can both get our nails done without making two different salons appointments. Staff is friendly. Hard working . I have Hyperthyroidism and hypertension which makes my nail bed thin and split. Other place would make my nail bed worst and painful. This place have my nails looking nice and comfortable. I can play in the garden without out gloves again sometimes.

I also love their prices because they're much more affordable than some of the larger salons. I normally call ahead, and they're usually very accommodating. The salon itself is clean, the staff is very nice, and the pedicure is good. It's a basic pedicure without all the extras--no steam, extended massage, or shoulder massage--but honestly, that's perfectly fine with me. My only complaints are that they don't allow tips to be added to a credit card, so when you pay by card, they'll ask if you have cash for the tip. I always tip, but I don't love being asked because it can feel a little uncomfortable or like an expectation. I also wish the massage portion of the pedicure was a little better. It's more of a quick rub of your feet and legs rather than an actual massage. That said, you're paying less here than you would at many other salons, so I think it's important to set your expectations accordingly. If you're looking for an affordable, clean salon where you can get a basic pedicure without spending a ton of time or money, I definitely recommend it. If you're looking for a luxurious pedicure with a long, relaxing massage and lots of extras, this probably isn't the place for you. She asked if I had an appointment and I responded yes but she then proceeded to ask me several more times. I strongly suspect that it was my off-day attire that included a hoodie, baseball cap and mask that guided her non-stop barrage of questions. Understandably, I was extremely underdressed but so what, we're at a nail salon, am I required to wear my Sunday best? I can't understand the oddness of both the employees and customers of this salon. After sitting down awaiting my appointment, the customer that was being attended to by the "question asking" employee stared at me intensely. I noted that before embarking on her uncomfortable stare down, she was whispering with the employee. Of course I don't know what was said but whatever it was most certainly prompted the stare down. When my nail technician did finally appear, I guess he had overheard what transpired but elected not to chime in, informing his over zealous colleague that I did indeed have an appointment and I wasn't just sitting there awaiting the right moment to rob the place. In retrospect, I feel that if he had simply spoke up, that uncomfortable situation could have been avoided. Once he started doing my nails, he launched into this extremely awkward dialogue about how his colleague didn't recognize me and thought I was someone who wandered in off the street without an appointment. He also mentioned my attire and how they aren't accustomed to seeing me dressed that way. REALLY!!! It took me a while to fully grasp what I believe took place. I think this nail salon to be a place where only a certain type of people are welcome and anyone deemed different is not welcome and as if the staff were not unwelcoming enough, even the impolite customers who sit and stare unceasingly are odd and impolite. This is an unfriendly and unwelcoming place and I am not okay with their behavior. Not once during my handful of appointments was I even greeted when I walked in the door. On top of all of the above, they really aren't that skillful in the business of nails.

The area was clean and very organized. The massage specialist was friendly and walked me through each step of the treatment.
