It's been a week and my toe still has not healed. I was not given any sort of discount for that so when I asked for one, the owner/manager seemed mad about it and gave me a lousy $10 off. I shouldn't have had to pay at all and I certainly shouldn't have had to ask for one. Poor customer service and rough technicians

The dip nails that I received were pretty bad. The entire process was rushed and the person doing my nails didn't seem to put much effort in. The nails were really poorly shaped. The woman sitting next to me being served by a different person actually asked to stop halfway through and just pay for what had been done so far because her nails were being shaped so poorly. Also I was not given the color that I asked for but didn't realize until it was too late.

I love the people there and the fact that it's clean. The bathroom is very clean. I have walked in without an appointment and been served within 10 minutes. I really should make an appointment but I forget. This time I went with my aunt and my cousin and two of my granddaughters. They were very accommodating although I had called ahead. They fit us in right away and did a beautiful job on our nails. We even got a little discount for the little ones. Nice place and they do a good job.

I know that is not everybody's style, but it is mine. I asked for a simple white and white French tip. The French tips are crooked. The sides of my nails were not filled in, and when I asked for them to be filled in The Nail tech said quotations I don't do that because I file down the sides after and when there's too much polish on the sides, it looks chunky." I then shook my head and said OK knowing that as the customer I want what I want I am definitely not a Karen but when I am paying for service, I would like to be heard and feel like I am getting what I pay for. Onto the attitude, my nail tech was on the phone arguing with her boyfriend at the beginning of the service which again I was respectful, kept my mouth shut, but hoped that it didn't interfere with the service moving forward. It almost felt like she didn't want to do my nails and she just wanted to leave, which is not something a customer ever wants to feel after my service was done. She took her apron off, grabbed her purse and was running out the door, which again made me feel a little uncomfortable as a customer you never want your customers to feel that they're an inconvenience. Walking in the place was beautiful. It seemed very clean. The music was very nice. When I called for the appointment, the man that answered was very polite and super sweet. I will give this 2 stars as I will chalk this up as somebody not having the best day. But even on a bad day, first impressions are everything.

The style of manicure and pedicure is no longer the same, and they do not have the steamer, but I kept going because the owners and the techs were nice and I wanted to support the business. Unfortunately, my last experience left me disappointed. I walked in one day when they were unexpectedly busy. One of the owners asked what I needed done and then asked me to come back in an hour. I said no problem, left, and waited elsewhere. When I came back, they were still busy, so I sat down. Two other people walked in after me, and they were taken ahead of me. It seemed like they had forgotten that I had returned after an hour, as they asked. I waited another 10 minutes, thinking maybe it was just a mistake. Nope. I felt ignored, so I quietly left. No scene. I just never came back. I rarely complain, and I try to support local businesses as much as I can. But being inconvenienced that way, and feeling unimportant as a regular customer, did not sit well with me. I know every person's experience is different, and this may not be yours. But I figured I'd share it just the same, at least to alert the owners to be more attentive to their regulars.

She only lightened some of the it, so there are streaks of the darker color still throughout. It honestly looks pretty terrible. In addition, the haircut I received has this one huge chunk in the front that's 1-2" shorter than the rest, will post pic soon. I've had it in a ponytail every day since I had it done and haven't blown it dry since the process damaged it a good deal, and just blew it dry for the first time and noticed the chunk. They offered to extend root as long as I could make it in within 10 days. Was out of town for work and so couldn't make it in within the 10 day limit, although I did contact them the day after the color was done. They said sorry, they'd let their team know my feedback. Will not return.
