I really like the food. I have a few favorites grilled salmon, lobster burger and fusion rice.

This place was close to our Airbnb and also right on the way while we were exploring, so we stopped here once for a quick lunch. They serve more Caribbean-style fusion food. It was a casual spot with just a few tables for seating. We ordered: * Chicken Fusion Fried Rice * Shrimp Fusion Fried Rice * They offer both half and full portions. In my opinion, the half portion is enough for one person, while the full portion felt like too much. The food was good and definitely not your typical fried rice, which was a nice change. Let me give you this reveal, this food was so unseasoned and nasty. It was ridiculous. The cooking in the back came out front, smoking a cigarette, and didn't even wash her damn hands when she went back inside I ordered a half a pound of crack, Conch and chicken fried rice. So I got a drink from here and pasta from this place and I'm sorry this was not a good experience at all the pasta sauce was broken. Which mean the sauce had separated, so it was very oily because it wasn't prep prepared properly the pasta was overly salty and the shrimp and the chicken taste like it was overcooked or it was probably reheated into the pasta for to long so I'm sorry but my theory was true Instagram food reviewers really don't give you a genuine review because of the fact that they're getting paid. The person who took my order was very polite and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I ordered the conch balls (which come with fries) and a Caesar salad topped with seafood salad. I waited exactly 36 minutes for my food. The conch balls were tender, and the conch itself was well-cooked. However, the batter could have used more seasoning to enhance the overall flavor. The Caesar salad was just okay--I was hoping the seafood salad on top would include more variety, but it was imitation crab, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a decent experience with good service, but there's definitely room for improvement with the seasoning and seafood quality. read more

Visited this place based on highly recommendation by Darius Cooks (YouTube). We ordered fried conch w/fries, chicken wings w/Lovely sauce and shrimp fried rice, fried shrimp w/shrimp fried rice. The way Darius raved about the food we thought we were going to experience some down to earth delicious soul food cooking. The best way to describe this experience without being too harsh is to say the food was mediocre at best. The conch and fries tasted pre-cooked with the conch being too salty. How do you screw up French fries? They tasted as if the fries were under a heat lamp to stay warm. The shrimp were just okay, however the shrimp fried rice was horrible. It had absolutely no flavor, the rice was hard and it had very few shrimp. The wings and the sauce were fair (2.5 out of 5). Staff was so amazing and friendly. We were coming from MIA hungry, and needed food. One of our family members has a shell fish allergy and has some dietary restrictions so we wanted to eat food that all of us could enjoy. The ladies were friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Made sure to cook her food separately and away from any shell fish. It's a local place and worth the short drive off I-95. It's tiny but cute and clean. Digital menu board was easy to read with some pictures and vids so you know what to expect food wise. FYI no public restroom. Every time I come here I get the Not Your Average Seafood Salad $10.95. The salad is fresh and they give you a decent amount. I also had the rainbow lemonade (large) $5 and a slice of the rainbow cake $3.50. The cake honestly taste a little spoiled and smelled funny too once I opened it. Maybe it sat out too long and needed to be refrigerated. I have had their cake before so I know it's not supposed to taste the way it did but other than that the food and drink was good. I found out about this place online looking for a quick bite that's as healthy as well This is my third time visiting and although I live in plantation I make the drive because it's sooooo good. Not only their ingredients are super fresh but the flavor mixed in with special sauce makes it light and savory at the same time. My favorite wrap and what I had today is the founders favorite. It's a mix of chicken salad with veggies and croutons, think about a delicious salad but on the go! To drink I recommend the iced tea with infused lemonade which is amazing. Parking is easy as it's located in a plaza, wait time was non to order and about 10 minutes to get food. You can order ahead. They offer delivery through Uber eats too. The chicken fried rice was ok, it lacked flavor and very little chicken inside. I will not order again. The chicken stir fry well the vegetables inside were good, but again the chicken was flavorless. I reseasoned the stir fry and it tasted a bit better. I will reseason the rice later. The conch fritters were seasoned pretty good, but they were lacking conch inside. I'm glad I tried this restaurant, will I try it again, probably not, but the presentation was great. read more

I loved this place The food was fresh, healthy,hot and the proportions were very reasonable for the price. The prices were reasonable as well, and the smoothies were so refreshing, you just had to have one to complete your meal. When I ordered on doordash, they also were pretty good with the timing but not so much in person. I will say somethings like the fish are cooked to order so a longer wait time is required. But overall, I enjoyed each dish that I did try which was quite a few, their selection is truly amazing read more

I really like the food is very tasty. However, the service not so much. Whenever I order from this restaurant, my food never seems to be the same quality each time. If I order the fusion rice, the sauce is not on the rice or the hibachi sauce is not included in the bag. Whenever I order sweet potato fries they always give me regular fries and when you try to call the restaurant to speak with someone regarding the challenges, it's always difficult to speak with someone. I mistakenly turned into their parking lot at the location on 62nd street and 16th Avenue; thinking it was the corner stores parking lot. When I noticed it wasnt I proceeded to make a U-turn to leave the premises to go around to the store. But as im turning a truck pulled up some i backed up and waited to let him pass. Instead of passing, he pulled next to me, wrote his window down and started screaming. Out of curiosity I rolled my window down to see what was going on and it was the "owner" ( old black guy ) driving the Lovelyz catering food truck telling me to get the F*** off of his property. I honestly gave this restaurant two stars but now after being attacked by the owner on MY opinion it's has been updated and dropped down to one star because that the only option I have. The women that served me was very pleasant and upfront with letting me know that they really didn't have the greens to provide the smoothie but would try for me. Honestly I didn't like the taste. I think I'll most likely try to go back and retired and see if with all the right fruits to veggies it taste better. It was very bitter. Food is delicious but I always get the same thing so I can not tell you how their other meals are. Every time I go I order the fried shrimp, with the fried rice, and salmon. My only complaint is that they put the sauce on top of your food (the sauce is in a small container). I've only eaten a single entree/sandwich in four visits. The extremely delicious LOBSTER BURGER! It's not really a burger, it's delicately Fried lobster meat on a hamburger bun. The sandwich includes lettuce, tomato, onion and a tangy sauce. I only live a half mile from Lovely's so I've used the LOBSTER BURGER as my default fast food for the past month. I strongly advise to call and placed your order ahead because the Lobster Burger is only prepared & cooked to order. Give yourself fifteen to twenty minutes till pick up. On occasion the credit card machine is down so you may have to pay in cash. But that Lobster Burger is so good, I'll pay in gold bullion if needed! Most strongly recommended! read more

Great concept but lacks flavor. I had the grilled tilapia and shrimp with veggie rice. The fish seemed fresh and was not over cooked. Good size portion. The veggie rice was just brown rice with steamed veggies. It was VERY bland. I understand they are pushing healthy eating but that doesn't mean flavorless. Thank goodness for Yelp and helping me find this spot! It is a little hidden but well worth the effort to find! I had the lobster wrap and it was packed with fresh veggies and fried lobster bites. The only bummer was they forgot the "secret sauce" for the wrap and I was excited to try that. I've been here a few times and each time the wraps are great. Nice, quick, simple options on the healthier side that's cooked to order.

First and foremost, they take about 20 minutes to put your order together. Also, there are no tables, as this is a takeout only establishment. So, if you are working nearby and only have an hour for lunch, call 30 minutes before you're ready to pick it up. Lastly, there are no restrooms. That being said, the shrimp and lobster wrap is amazing. Very succulent and the secret sauce puts it over the top. The banana pudding was delicious and fresh. The fat flush drink was pretty good. It is not for everyone though. They do honor the Yelp discount. So, don't forget to use it. FYI A friend of mine ordered the chicken wrap, but was not exactly impressed. She chose this because she felt "scared" of the shrimp and lobster wrap. However, another friend of mine and I had the shrimp and lobster wrap and we are still here!!! :-) I can't wait to come back!!!! read more
