That being said, the shrimp and lobster wrap is amazing. Very succulent and the secret sauce puts it over the top. The banana pudding was delicious and fresh. The fat flush drink was pretty good. First off let me start by saying that I have been going to Healthy Lifestyle Cuisine since they have been LovelysOnTheGo, and they're good is really the bomb. It is cooked to order, fresh, and will definitely have you coming back for me. The service definitely needs some work however. When I call the phone rings over and over, and I get a voicemail. You may have to call more than once. In addition to this, they are not really all that clear on what they serve, and they expect the customer to know all their menu options (goes back to service), when they do not have a FULL menu of what they serve. Lastly, most of the time my order is not correct, and I end up eating whatever they made (lol all of their food is good though). It is annoying, so PLEASE stress your order, or it is likely that it will be messed up. All in all, if you are in the Miami Gardens area, please try one of their salads, wraps, or other food options. I told the woman the money was taken from my account already, she then told me l had to call GrubHub and have them refund the money. I've only been here a few times, but the curry shrimp and lobster has never disappointed me. What did disappoint, and I deducted 1 star for, is the time it took to make my meal. I don't know if they had to go and actually catch the shrimp but I swear they fed the entire neighborhood by the time my meal was done. I was supposed to meet a friend there but she got lost so I decided to buy two and deliver one to her, keeping one for myself. The "lobster" was more than fifty percent breading and covered with some kind of gloppy orange sauce. The french fries were underdone: I actually heated a pot of oil and re-fried them. The price of $21 seems very excessive for what amounted to a breaded sandwich; Maybe taking it home was a bad idea but I don't see how eating it in the small restaurant would have changed anything. I've been to this establishment quite a few times. I've even suggested this place to my staff when ordering lunch for work. But im sad to say that although I support black owned businesses , I will not be coming back to this restaurant. My son and my friend and I went in today around 3pm to order some food. While we were waiting for the food to come out, all of a sudden this lady comes out from the back with an apron on and proceeds to start yelling at my son saying " I see you. I just want you to know that we can see you" in the most loud, disrespectful, and accusatory tone. I proceeded​ to ask her what did he do as I was sitting right there. She said that he was touching or moving the the tip jar. As if he was preparing to steal some change from an almost empty tip jar. I then let her know that my son is no thief and that he had no intention to take anything from there. Rest assured he does not need to steal money from a tip jar. He is well taken care of by two parents. I'm not sure what type of patrons she is used for serving but surely my son is raised right and knows what would happen if he ever did something like that. My son had a magnet in his hand. The tip jar was metal. He placed the magnet under the counter top and was moving the metal tip jar around. He is fascinated with the concept of magnetism and is always trying to get things to attract to his magnet. That is all he did. At no time was his hand entering the jar. Furthermore he is not even tall enough to reach up and stick his hand in there. This lack of etiquette and totally uncouth behavior from the staff of Lovelys was totally uncalled for. They could have said something in different manner. But they chose the most disgusting route. I honestly felt like leaving the food there. My son felt really bad and embarrassed and because of this I will not return. Please teach your staff the rules of business an proper customer service. I'll take my money elsewhere. hello Today September 29 , 2018 around 4:15pm. It was my first time ordering from Lovely's. I went to the restaurant and ordered two lobster burgers. Their menu indicates that the burger is served "steamed or fried on a Kaiser roll with a tangy sauce and fries." I paid $42 for the burgers. When I got home, I open up the plates, the lobsters were fried and a bit hard. The bread they gave was sliced Dandee white bread, not Kaiser roll. The sweet potato fries where a bit soggy. it would have been more professionally if the server/cook told me that they were out of Kaiser roll instead of her making the selection for me.
