However Sunday my feet began to peel on the bottom really bad. No matter how much Vaseline or moisturizer I put on them they are peeling bad. I've never ever experienced this. When I called the lady was telling me to put oil on them I explained to her that i have been and that this looks horrible. She asked me to come in and let her look at them like I was lying. I told her that it was something they used or the stuff isn't being sanitized.

The employee then asked if I would let her do my nails instead. I agreed, and she told me it would only be about a 20-minute wait. However, I ended up sitting there until 2:55 without being seen. I finally told her I had to leave because I had a doctor's appointment in Charlotte at 4:00 p.m. and I live in Gastonia, so I needed time to get there. At that point, she said, "I'm ready for you now," but by then it was too late. I had booked an appointment for a reason, and my time wasn't respected. This was the first time I was seated immediately and serviced. Tin is professional, engaging and friendly. He respected my requests for the length and shape of my nails which I appreciated and he was accommodating as I searched for the right nail shade. I was extremely pleased with how he cared for my nails and polished them (yes polish...unfortunately, not all technicians are good at polishing). I will request him as often as I can. The spa's atmosphere is always relaxing and everyone is friendly. There's plenty of parking too. I recommend this nail salon for sure!
