Luckily, after some digging, they found that Flowers was open until midnight, and scheduled a tow truck to drop off there. Two hours later, however, the tow company still hadn't even started a trip out, and the number provided for them simply went to a voicemail that was misconfigured. I called Flowers directly instead, hoping to just confirm that they were in fact open until midnight (which was quickly approaching), and that's where things turned around. Not only were they still open, but he said that he'd wait until we got there -- even if it was after midnight -- and to call him back if the tow company still wasn't en route and he'd make arrangements to come out instead. And he did exactly that, driving out and picking us up, dropping the rest of the family off at a hotel, mounting and balancing a replacement tire on the wheel, and then driving back out and installing the tire, getting me back on the road just before 2 AM. To top it off, he did all this with the focus on getting the problem fixed before worrying about how he was going to get paid. If that's not the definition of excellent service, I don't know what is.

We called all the large chain stores and no one could get us a tire. We then found Gossett Garage and they were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. My Windshield trim on the passenger side came loose while on a trip to Colorado. I was able to…read morestabilize the trim that was flapping in the wind with a bungy cord until I could acquire some duct tape that did the job. I bought this RV from a guy who had the windshield replaced by Rodfathers just before I bought it in April 2023. Since the trim was adhered to the body of the RV by Rodfathers after they replaced the windshield. After returning from Colorado, I took my RV to Rodfathers to have them to reattach the piece of trim on the passenger side in the same manner as the trim on the drivers side was attached. I was told that the warranty was not transferrable from one owner to the next and that it did not apply to me since the previous owner was the one that had the windshield replaced. The warranty should apply to the vehicle not the owner, unless they use this to get out of standing behind their workmanship. From the day the windshield was replaced to the day that the trim came loose was 90 days exactly. Any repair service that cannot stand behind their workmanship for 90 days is not a repair facility that I care to do any business with in the future. I related to them that I would not use them for any future repairs or services. I also will not recommend them to others for repair or services. Bill D.

First of all , when I called on Monday, I explained what was going on with the car and that we have a very urgent need for the vehicle but my mechanic is too covered up to complete the job. And second he was rude and told me me my mechanic, who I trust completely, didn't know what he was doing. Then he told me he didn't go behind anyone's back and it was clear someone had worked on it so he wouldn't touch it. My son was a very good mechanic before he passed away so I know this isn't the case. I feel he just didn't want to do the work. I will never use this business again and recommend anyone that does to be careful! Theyre NOT professional or dependable.

Now we have to look for another mechanic to see what it is because they didn't resolve our problem. The thing that irritates me is lack of communication when we were trying to contact them that my car is not fixed.
