Throughout these few months, there was little to NO communication about what was happening with the car, what parts needed to be fixed and ordered, any sort of timeline, and what it would cost. Anytime we called the shop, texted the mechanic, or even visited the shop, no one was there or would answer. It became very sketchy and frustrating. Once we finally got law enforcement involved, they gave us a pick up time... just to get there and find out the subwoofer was stolen... they claim it was never there in the first place ( we have pictures, text/phone logs and receipts to back all of this up...) would NOT recommend and extremely disappointed in how all of this was handled...

First of all , when I called on Monday, I explained what was going on with the car and that we have a very urgent need for the vehicle but my mechanic is too covered up to complete the job. And second he was rude and told me me my mechanic, who I trust completely, didn't know what he was doing. Then he told me he didn't go behind anyone's back and it was clear someone had worked on it so he wouldn't touch it. My son was a very good mechanic before he passed away so I know this isn't the case. I feel he just didn't want to do the work. My car stalled on the road and I was flooded and could not get help until several hours after the incident. Eventually I had to get my car towed to my place but I was without a car. At the time, I had no major obligations that required me to get around but nonetheless, I was without a car for a while.
