I like the model of the HassleLess Mattress business. There's no one there. Literally no…read moresalesperson walking around to answer questions. You walk around at your own convenience and try the mattresses. They have a roll of paper that you can use to put on the pillows before you lay down. It's really wild. The only issue is that if you have problems with the mattress when it's in your house, their customer service is unhelpful and unkind. We let them know that the "queen-sized" bed was smaller than we thought. The person actually asked us to measure it and send photo evidence. They said that there could be a size discrepancy of 2 inches and that either way, we would have to pay fees to have it picked up, even if we exchanged it for a bigger size! It feels manipulative, because they could have kept the mattress in its cover when they brought it in, but they took the cover off after they left, so we had no choice. They mention that there's a 90-day "free" trial, which is obviously misleading. We feel like we just have to settle with this smaller sized bed, because they are unwilling to negotiate with us. That will probably be the result and we'll just have to eat the cost this time. It's still here, we'll take pictures and add soon. Maybe it is better to have a salesman around.
