My boyfriend and I came in search of a couch, and they had so many options that were decently priced too. They had a double discount of 20% off then another 20%, which was generous! They had couches of all sizes, colors, and materials. We really wanted a couch with a chaise, but they only had couches with it on the left side, which I would say is the only downside of this outlet. Also, all of the employees are SO nice. The lady that helped us was amazing. I really wish I got her name! She was talking to us about the couch we originally wanted, but she showed us different options, gave us moving websites to get the couch delivered, and helped us figure out to my boyfriend's Crate & Barrel card on his phone because he didn't have it in person. They have a huge selection of appliances in the store and in the warehouse. A great place. It makes me excited to move out! I know where I'll be coming to get a new couch.

I had another chair recovered in velvet at Calico Corners in Wilmette and it does not attract dust and lint at all so it is not necessarily a function of all velvets. You were not nearly as helpful as you sound here on yelp when I had these complaints after the sofa was done. You' were completely unresponsive and refused to assist any further. At minimum, the sofa should've been comfortable and you definitely did mislead me on your product.

Donna was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She gave practical advice, and spent a long time looking through upholstery samples with us. We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces. All the work was done in approx two weeks, and all correspondence was answered promptly. We are over the moon with the results. The colors are stunning, and great care was taken to line up the complex pattern of the upholstery with the tufting. Excellent service and excellent results. We will be back with future products. This is a screenshot of my timestamped email sent at 950am the next day 10 mins before the store opened. I entered the store at 10:03am and my shoes were on the sales rack marked at $30. These people are wild and their own cameras and my time stamped evidence prove it. These con artists really took my shoes, made me leave the store barefoot. Offered me a $20 store credit after I called and complained and then had the AUDACITY to have my shoes on the sale rack for $30 Even when presented with evidence that these were my shoes they tried to argue that they weren't because they were in like new condition. The woman who did all of this was the assistant manager Ellen. Mind you, I asked multiple times to see their cameras and to fill out an incident report before I left the store barefoot which they REFUSED. When I called the police Ellen REFUSED to give me the store address and kept telling me to hang up the phone.
