Moving forward, woooweeeee, that's amazing customer service he provided 8D damn he was so helpful I was going to return my bed topper I had that was ruining my back the same day BUUUT i ended up fixing my problem (turns out two bed toppers isn't good lol only one is fine), I no longer needed a bed anymore. However, the bed topper they showed us was super comfy and forgiving for curves and side sleepers, I would have bought that instead of the current one I had if I didn't buy one already. We ended up buying a pillow for a good price to let us off on good spirit, and to hopefully help my god mother's feel more comfortable after her back surgery. TLDR: I'd recommend stopping by here and giving them a shot, you won't be disappointed! I had a really great experience buying a mattress and base from Purple. I had seen one of their…read moremattresses at Living Spaces and the person there told me to check the store at Valley Fair to see a larger selection. I went and looked in person to see what they had, and I liked the most expensive one there that was about $7K. I couldn't really justify buying that, so I did a bit more research and took their quiz online for recommendations, and I ended up selecting the Restore Plus Hybrid which was about half of that price! I also saw they were having Presidents' Day deals when I signed up on their website. When I went back, knowing more about what I wanted, I ended up talking to Daryl, who is one of the best service employees I've met in a LONG time. I saw a lot of other reviews here mentioning him, and I hope his manager knows what a gem he is. Daryl helped me in getting a quote for the mattress and frame I wanted and emailed it to me. I asked him a question via email and he got back to me, offering me a bit more of a discount. When I was ready to buy, I came into the store and waited until he was available to help me complete the transaction. He helped me to not only get the best price but that I should check if my credit card had cash-back deals, saving me even more money! I felt like he was very genuine and looking out for me. My mattress and base were delivered in about a week; I paid the extra to get it set up. Looking forward to sleeping on it!

UPDATE So after several text messages explaining how to…read morebuild the table and chairs without the screwheads showing two phone calls and a half an hour FaceTime in them, they were able to finally satisfy my concerns and the uneven poorly screwed in deck screwheads that were showing throughout the exterior are now done from the inside and not showing ultimately providing a better quality product. The owner seems to believe that because he has responded to my concerns and ultimately fixed them that all is well. Though I appreciate very much is willingness to address my concerns and ultimately produce a quality product after much of my time being spent, it would've been far better for them just to produce a finished product to begin with. I will say that the final product after my many revisions is worth double what we paid. I hope the owner of the company realizes that having good quality control in a nice finished looked has tremendous value. If he were to produce what he finally produced after the several text messages and phone calls to begin with we would've happily paid double. The concept and overall design of their products is excellent. It is the quality control that is lacking. They should not be relying on their customers to educate them on how to make a quality finished product. Brian seems very satisfied that he responded to the customers concerns and rectified them. Generally speaking I would agree. It is my hope that Brian takes these critiques and changes the way he does things so he doesn't have to worry about responding to customers complaints. UPDATE-- After several texts, a 30 minute visit with a FaceTime call to go over HOW to put the furniture together without the screw heads showing from the outside, they were able to achieve a finished quality look!! 1.did they work really hard to give us a final product we found acceptable and that looks like finished furniture? Yes they did.. 2.Should the customer have had to give them a 20 minute tutorial on how to put their product together so it looked like a finished product? No. 3. Is the finished product that they finally produced in response to our complaints of high-quality? Yes. And in fact had they produced this from the beginning and had good quality control they easily could've charged $50 more per stool and $100 more for the table. Ultimately the company did respond to our concerns and did work very hard to achieve what we were looking for. However it should not have had to come to that. I think that this Business needs to put more effort into their quality control and the overall look of their final product. The design of their furniture is really nice and with additional quality control and attention to detail these furnishings could sell for double what they're currently charging. We are ultimately happy with the finished product, but not very happy that we had to put so much effort into getting this company to achieve what should have been their standard. They have an opportunity to become a leader in this custom furnishing area if they focus more on quality control and finished look. I stand by the earlier pictures and earlier comments that what they initially produced they were supposedly proud of with the screwheads being uneven deck screws that were not flush mounted. I have added photos of the final product with all the revisions we requested and the furniture looks fantastic. Having said that I cannot recommend doing business with this company without the caveat of do your own quality control because they have none in place. Our overall experience with the company was not one that left us feeling comfortable enough to recommend them to friends and family Without the warning of doing your own quality control and making sure that their quality of work is satisfactory to what you're looking for. It is my fervent hope that the finished product they produced for us will become their standard and if that is the case the biggest problem this company is going to have is not having enough workers or barrels to produce all the furniture they will have orders for. I will revise my one star review to a generous three stars. As I do appreciate their willingness to continue to try and make the customer happy, but again have they paid closer attention to quality control and finished look of this would have been a five star review from the beginning. Please take the time to look at the original pictures of the original product that they were very proud of, and the pictures of the revised product which looks excellent.
