There was absolutely no pressure, just ease of communication, and when I fell in love with the Tempur Pedic pillow, she asked if I wanted to try both kinds available, and I did. I asked about the bed frame as I liked the clean lines and look, and Monica showed me how it worked, as it was actually the kind where you can raise both the ends of the mattress up manually (absolutely wonderful). We were laughing together, and I never thought I would say "I had a delightful time purchasing a new mattress, bedframe and pillows". Fantastic service, and great savings, thank you. The first one that he tried (Helix Luxe Twilight) ended up being our favorite and there was a great deal as they were swapping out the floor model for a new one and it was about $400 off. We were in and out in about 20 min. The delivery is free and they will take our old mattress. Such a smooth, easy shopping experience.

He is the main reason I am writing this review I had been putting this off for so long because I expected it to be stressful, overwhelming, and a huge headache. Instead, it ended up being an amazing and genuinely enjoyable experience (which I never thought mattress shopping would be). Ruben was extremely personable, friendly, and even humorous, which immediately made me feel super comfortable! He walked me through everything step-by-step, explained all the ins and outs in a way that was super easy to understand, and provided details and answers to questions I didn't even know I should be asking! His attention to detail was incredible, and when I felt overwhelmed or unsure, he helped guide me through my choices without any pressure. He truly went above and beyond -- giving special care, patience, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process. I left feeling confident, excited, and genuinely happy about my purchase and the setup I chose, and I honestly wouldn't have been able to do it without his help. Ruben made what I thought would be a stressful experience into something positive, smooth, and enjoyable. The overall system they have where you try the bed, get your score, look at the pressure points etc., was all very nicely designed and implemented. Now, we have a 10-day wait for the bed. Would give zero stars if I could!…read more **Long post but if you are considering shopping there, please read and it will save you a major headache** ***This is in regards to the sleep number in Oakridge mall but also to Sleep Number as a whole*** I went into sleep number to look at possibly buying a bed in December. At the end of our visit, we decided it wasn't financially possible at the time and instead decided to purchase two pillows. The salesman was extremely pushy and did not really listen to anything I said about why it's not a good time for me to make this commitment, which really left a bad taste in my mouth. Once he found out we were not going to buy a bed, his whole demeanor changed and he started acting like we were wasting his time. I could already tell they only cared about sales and not about customer service. But regardless, I purchased two pillows that would be shipped to me. Fast forward a few weeks and we receive the pillows, only they are the wrong size. I told told the salesman multiple times I had a full size bed but he ordered me two king pillows that would not fit and cost way more money. Once we received the pillows, I went back in for an exchange for the correct size. There were 3 people working there, all of which, we're just sitting around and for the most part ignored me when I walked in. The same salesman I interacted with before helped me with this but was not happy to see I wanted to do an exchange but him and the manager grumbled through and did it anyways. Fast forward two more weeks and I yet again get the wrong pillows! This is now the second time the same salesman messed up my order. I was so over it at this point and I just wanted my money back. So I went back in yesterday and spoke with a different sales person to find out that they do not do returns on bedding and all she could do is an exchange. I was never once told this before purchasing the pillows. Only after I swiped my credit card and a receipt printed out, on the second page, there was a disclaimer saying I can't return them. Since this information was kept from me until I made the purchase, this is a clear lie of omission. The salesperson gave me a customer service number to call. So I go home and wait on the line for roughly 35 minutes until a woman answers. I tell her that they messed up twice, I never once used the pillows, I was never told they could not be returned, and that I want my money back. She then told me she couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to do an exchange. She essentially said that their two mistakes would just be something I have to deal with. I told her to give me someone above her to speak to. She then put me on hold and 5 minutes later came back and told me she talked to them and they won't do it. At this point, I'm pretty upset because these were their mistakes!! This is awful customer service and they are showing their true colors. I told her that is unacceptable, I need to talk to them directly, and I do not appreciate them being so dismissive of me. She then said that she would transfer me. She transferred me to a number that would never be answered and all I could hear was static. After waiting on the line for roughly another 45 minutes (1 hour and 16 minutes later), the call ended. They never had any intention of actually listening to me, helping me, or correcting their mistake. I learned that all they care about is the sale! I went back into the store after this and yet again the employees are just sitting around in the back of the store. I had to walk up to them and get their attention . I was happy to see that the manager was there. He did not get up from sitting as I proceeded to tell him everything that happened. However, all he said was nope I'm not going to do a return for you, it's or policy. I told him that it was them who messed up twice and that should not be on me! He told me I already got my one free exchange and he won't do anything else for me (even though both the salesperson and the customer service woman both said they could). Notice how he said won't and not can't. He absolutely had the power to do this for me but chose not to. I told him that the reason I came in here was to buy a mattress and a base costing roughly $7,000 but after seeing how they treat their customers, I will never do business here. They lost out of a much larger sale and a potentially for-life customer over $200. They do not care about you or what you want as long as they can make a sale. They willl treat you very well but once your card is swiped, they will treat you like trash. I really hope no one else ever shops here. I wish I could say it was one person but every single person I interacted with (both in the store and on the phone) never had any intention of actually helping me out. I hope I can stop just one person from ever shopping there.

Shelly spend over 45 min with us, I recall, explaining all the different options, styles and colors of the beds. It was a truly personalized and unbiased explanation of how the beds worked; Shelly took a personal interest and made sure we picked the right bed for us. After about 3 months, the bed was custom built for us and delivered. The installation went smoothly, despite the fact that it didn't fit through our front door! The delivery/installation crew (sorry I forget their names) thought of the genius idea of bringing the bed in through a window. This worked, and before we knew it the bed was installed and now looks beautiful!. Thanks again to Shelly and Wallbeds n More for a great product and all around experience.

    After purchasing one of the wall beds and waiting about a month and half we received it the process…read morewas simple and fast but that about it. We notice the quality of the build was nothing compared to what they have in display in the show room. The first day we try the bed out in the show room before purchasing the guy helping us out ERICK he told us to treat it like a normal bed because that's what it was so we did, we got on it like normal and it felt super sturdy, well when we received ours it was nothing like the show room one for starters as soon as I got on it after installation the bed started to make cracking noises like it wanted to break I immediately got of it and then carefully sat on the bed again well the bed still squeaked and cracked. Me and my wife were going to use it daily as a normal bed as we wanted more space in our room. We were able to just sleep one single night on it as every move we made the bed squeaked and cracked keeping us awake the whole night. After one single night we decided it was not for us and wanted to return it as the quality was not there it felt like something from Walmart also when I lifted the mattress to see what was actually holding the whole thing together I was surprised it was just a thin piece of cardboard and a not so sturdy piece of wood had me thinking it was not going to hold for very long. We decided to talk to ERICK again but was told he was on a trip to Europe and was not returning for a month so we waited sleeping on our mattress in the floor for the time being. Finally ERICK reached out and was told he would take the bed but would not be doing any kind of refund as it was a custom bed which is a lie because it was exactly the same as the show room they never asked for any kind of measurements for how tall we wanted it or wide or even about how tall our baseboards where so to us it was not a custom built. The bed cost us $5300 which after reading some of the negative reviews here I feel like I got scammed as I see they purchase the same exact thing for way way less money after my experience NO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE save your money as there are so many other options.
