This place has a great selection of vegan dishes with plenty of flavorful options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and it's nice to see so many plant-based choices on the menu. A great spot for anyone looking for delicious vegan food!

While I miss their dinner offerings, Lovin Spoonfuls remains a don't-miss for the vegan or veggie-leaning crew for their extensive menu of breakfast options (burritos, pancakes, scrambles) as well as salads and lunch sandwiches. We tried their falafel salad, gyro sandwich and potato tofu breakfast burrito. Portions are generous and food was served quickly. Staff are kind and manage the steady stream of customers well. Even if I am just stopping by, I will always be entranced by their vegan desserts, many of them gluten free, too! We tried a lemon curd cupcake which was the perfect sweet ending to a fresh but hearty meal.

A staple for vegans & even NON vegans in Tucson. You'll find fantastic bakery items , monthly networking mixers , great staff , holiday specials and events , you can special order cakes and pies for special occasions , and some yummy tummy loving comfort food ! A regular stop for me . I often come for early AM breakfast , something hard to find as a vegan .

Wait... it's vegan?! Yes- it really is! A yelp event brought us here, the incredible food and smiling staff keep bringing us back! The southwest burrito is so good- green chilies in it are perfect! Or get it as a bowl and snag a pancake or toast on the side! The chicken and waffles have you questioning everything they are an easy swap for the "real thing". The strawberry cheesecake pancakes are downright glorious and we somehow always make room for some! The mango smoothie with chamoy is so fun and refreshing too! Staff are always so nice- Melody always has an infectious smile on when we come in! The overall vibe is chill and perfect for a weekend brunch!

I really like vegan restaurants because the food tends to receive a lot of attention and loving care, and this was no exception. I've visited several times over the years, but it had been a while, and I'm happy to see that they're still going strong! My selection was the southwest bowl. Grand slam - delicious. The tofu scramble was masterfully seasoned, and while it isn't exactly like eggs, it's darn good and not too far off. The sourdough toast was a bit thin (which is fine with me), but otherwise, what a great brunch. I'll be back for more!

Some of the best vegan food you'll find anywhere! We had the chicken dinner and it was fabulous. Their prices are excellent and they have such a great variety of dishes. Ambiance not so great though. I do think they really need to update their dining area as it's looking pretty run down.

This place has all the classics but vegan. There breakfast potatoes are some of the best in town and when available the banana bread French toast is sublime. Staff is always welcoming and the atmosphere is classic diner style.

Lovin' Spoonfuls is our go-to spot every year when we come to Tucson for the gem show, and it's absolutely worth the trip from California. As vegans, it's such a relief to find food that's not only plant-based but also delicious and high quality. The chicken Alfredo is my favorite and the texture is shockingly close to real chicken. We also love the battered cauliflower wings and the hummus with za'atar grilled flatbread, which is a must-order appetizer. We always end up ordering way too much because everything is so good. On top of the amazing food, the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. It's one of those places that just feels good to come back to. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Been here 2 times now. Loved the food the first time, came back to try their chicken & waffles. Looks unwhelming but turned out tasty. Very casual, order at the counter, self serve water. Plenty of tables. Friendly service. Highly recommend if in Tucson for yummy vegan foods!

Cauliflower "Buffalo Wings" That Hit the Spot! I wasn't sure what to expect when I swapped out traditional Buffalo wings for a vegan version made with cauliflower, but wow--these were a game-changer. The cauliflower had the perfect texture: crispy on the outside, tender in the middle, and surprisingly satisfying. What really made them stand out, though, was the sauce. The vegan Buffalo-style sauce was sweet with just the right kick of spice--it didn't overpower, but it definitely had a little fire to it. The sweetness balanced it out beautifully, giving it that addictive flavor that keeps you going back for more. Paired with a side of cool vegan ranch or a simple celery stick, this dish is easily one of the best meat-free appetizers I've had in a while. Whether you're vegan, curious, or just trying to eat more plants, these cauliflower wings are absolutely worth a try. Vegan Philly Cheesesteak That Almost Had Me Fooled Tried a vegan take on the classic Philly cheesesteak, and while it didn't totally hit the mark, it still had its charms. The "steak" was made from soy, and the texture was a bit on the soft side--would've loved a bit more crisp or sear to give it that fried bite. That said, it looked and smelled just like the real thing, which was pretty impressive. The flavors were all there--savory, cheesy, and satisfying enough that I ended up finishing the whole thing. Paired with some solid French fries, it made for a comforting, casual meal. Not perfect, but definitely worth trying if you're craving a plant-based version of the classic. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself was super clean and inviting. The vibe was relaxed, and the service was awesome--friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. You can tell they really care about the experience. I'll definitely be back to try more!

Absolutely Worth the Drive!…read more We were visiting from West Phoenix and decided to try Falora Pizza, and I'm so glad we did! This place is definitely worth the drive. It's a smaller restaurant, but it's beautiful inside and has such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The music was lovely, and the whole place had a really nice vibe. We ordered the Margherita pizza, Bianca pizza, Gnocchi, Piastra zucchini noodles, two sodas, and a Prosecco. Everything we tried was so good! The pizza crust was one of my favorite parts. It was cooked perfectly and had that nice little crunch without being too hard. The Margherita was delicious, and the Bianca was just as good. The Piastra zucchini noodles with house-made pesto, heirloom cherry tomatoes and spinach were AMAZING! I'm honestly still thinking about them. The Gnocchi with shiitake mushrooms, vegetable broth and ginger glaze was also delicious and something a little different. We had four dishes, drinks and Prosecco, and our total was under $99, which I thought was a great price for everything we enjoyed. I also thought it was really cool that when you check out, there's an option to claim a neighborhood reward through Cash App that can be used with participating local businesses or toward coming back to Falora. I love seeing ways to support local businesses and the neighborhood. Overall, we had such a great experience. Both of these were topped with fresh basil and the crust was perfect perfectly crispy. Like all woodfired pizza, it does have a little bit of a char to it, but I love that. Overall, the service here was great and I would definitely come back. It also looks like you can order pizza to go and take it to the cocktail lounge next door.
