The tech was nice but they pad the bill like crazy. there was nothing wrong with my a/c I had just blown a fuse and might have needed a new transformer and they charged over $1400 for a simple repair. steer clear of the scam company. read more

Loving Air came out a couple years ago to clean my system, but sadly they ruined my system. I had to spend a few thousand dollars to have another company come in to fix the damage caused by Loving Air. Whatever the tech used to clean my inside coil completely destroyed the coil and damaged some other parts. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

had an emergency on Saturday morning. I woke up with no heat. someone did come out to check my unit but they were unable to properly diagnose or fix my issue. I was still charged for the emergency services, but I still had no heat. I ended up having to call another company to have my unit properly diagnosed and fixed. the manager did reach out which was nice of him, but I wish they were able to fix it on Saturday while the tech was here. read more

Misdiagnosed the system! "Coils need cleaning" they said, $400+ and "let's get you a service contract, system is not running at the optimum performance" they said... Paid the call fee and declined both. The unit not old at all, we change filters religiously... No way these coils are dirty... Purchased the self rinsing solution anyway, opened the airhandler, and to NO surprise: Spotless coils, literally looked brand new. Applied the solution and rinsed these anyway (and the outdoor unit). "Amazingly" nothing changed, AC was still occasionally not blowing cold air. Called another large local company for a second opinion. In 5 min of the arrival, tech diagnosed the issue, a failing capacitor. Unit is working as new again. Is there anything positive to say about my experience with Loving? Sure, friendly tech and did wear foot covers. Will not recommend this company! read more

I called Loving Air to install a ductless system in my 900 sq ft garage, there is an out door electrical panel on that same wall , and I wanted to put on the same wall an outdoor unit and inside unit, I received a verbal estimate, I did not get an written estimate, for $8000, I received 2 more estimates from $2800 and $3200 , more the 50% over Loving Air. read more

READ BEFORE HIRING!!! They had great reviews from people so i figured id give them a shot. Used them twice and seemed like they were great. First time was for them to find out why my thermostat wasn't working and why it kept blowing the fuse in the control board. Second time they came out to fix that issue but it cost about $700 for them to remove a zoning board and attach wires to the old board. Came to find out later that they charged me almost $200 just for them installing my thermostat even though I had already put the mount for it on the wall and stripped all the wires and hooked them up. All they did was setup the thermostat so they could test it to make sure the board was working correctly. Then a few weeks later they call and say that I'm due for my free heating maintenance as a part of the membership. They came out and tested everything and they couldn't figure out how to test the AUX heat(propane) from the thermostat even though they are the ones who hooked everything up and "tested" it to make sure everything was working properly so they just used a jumper cable to turn it on and test it. They told me I had very high amounts of carbon monoxide leaking into our home due to the heat exchanger being cracked and told me id have to replace the furnace and quoted me for about $6,000 for a new furnace. I read about companies doing this scam(Heat exchanger is cracked and need a new furnace) to new homeowners and people that don't know anything about HVAC stuff. I told them I couldn't afford it a week later they called and said someone has to come out and look at the furnace again because they might have found a way to save me money. They sent out a sales person that was wearing khaki pants and collared shirt and he didn't even go under the house! He just came in and said we can take off another $1000 and I told him I still cant afford it and he basically said "if you don't get a new furnace, you're going have way more issues this winter, like your pipes freezing" basically trying to scare me into buying it. So I Had a second opinion from a different company and they said that the main control board has a bad circuit on it and not getting enough voltage to turn on the AUX heat from the thermostat. New board costed me about $300 as opposed to $6000 furnace. Once I replace the board and the propane heat can be tested from the thermostat we will re evaluate the carbon monoxide. Loving air also told me that they turned off the propane to my furnace and "condemned" it and told me they legally cant turn it back on. So I went down there to turn it back on and found out that they didn't even cut the propane off to the furnace. So if they lied about that, what else were they lying about ??? I also asked that sales guy to have someone show me the crack in the heat exchanger since they know for sure that its cracked but he strayed off topic from that one. I never leave reviews on companies normally. But when a company lies about something like this, I really have no respect for them anymore and don't want this happening to other people that also, cant afford to "buy a new furnace or else" WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Update11/17/2020 Replaced the board myself, found out that there was a w1 wire(Stage 1) connected on the board but not behind the thermostat (which Loving Air installed which they more then likely wont refund...) Board was not bad they didn't even hook up the thermostat correctly and then came out 2 weeks later to do a heating maintenance and told me I had to replace furnace and it was gonna cost $6k to do so (before the discounts they offered after I told them I couldn't afford it) Also had 3 different CO meters after testing and came back with ZERO carbon monoxide detection. It was also tested another way as well by looking at the flame in the furnace to see if there is any roll back (orange flame due to not enough oxygen or improper ratio of oxygen). If the heat exchanger was cracked there would be CO leaking out and causing an improper level of oxygen there was no orange flame. read more

First called for maintenance check up . Guy was trying to find things wrong to fixed. Found couple problems. Added annual maintenance contract. Guy came out on 10/2/22 , First 10 minutes said need new unit . No thanks . I googled what he was suppose to do. He clean dust from unit. On 10/09 /22 I turned heat on . Nothing ! The response time was quick, the company did give a discount but my ac unit wasn't fixed so they had to return to repair/replace another module. So was it really a savings humm! The service guy the second time wasn't very knowledgeable I really don't think that another part need to be replaced. My Ac was not fixed I had to contact another company and they only thing was needed is Freon which I they didn't fill up completely because the unit is doing fine now. I would not recommend this company I felt like I was scammed the second visit when my unit only needed more Freon from replacement the part on the fort visit. read more

Not only do I not love Loving air, I don't like them. I had them install three units and all I can say is I wish I picked another company. Their work is shotty in my opinion and all of these units have had problems. If they work on your units you need to get second opinions. I did and their work proved to be faulty. read more

This company came out first thing in the morning to give me a second opinion because I thought United air temp was incorrect in their diagnosis of my 40 year old system. They discovered the RIGHT issue and fixed it NO CHARGE! Who does that nowadays?? When I replace my ancient system I will absolutely go to them and no one else. The salesman came, for obvious reasons, but no hard sell, just advice. We have used this company a couple times and been satisfied with their work. They were decent. However this last time we had a technician come out just to do an inspection on the system. Who know what he did but it caused our system to behave drastically different which in turn caused our electric bill to go up because we have to keep the air on more for the system to work. We asked them to come and recheck since this was not an issue before they came. When they did they charged us again. Because the technician could not find an obvious issue that he had caused they charged us again. Clearly the technician caused the problem but we got charged twice for them to check for and walk around the second time and tell us it wasn't their issue. That's not integrity. We were a part of their loyalty program where they claim to stand behind their work. Standing behind their work would be coming, rechecking, and staying that there is nothing obvious but for us to keep an eye and let them know. I don't ask for handouts. I am fine with paying when it is a problem we caused or a true issue with our system. But this was not an issue before the tech and now it is. We will not choose to use this company again. read more
