We have an older Camry that needed its windshield replaced due to a huge crack and multiple chips. Because it's old, i wasn't looking to spend too much money on a new windshield. Called this place up and they quoted me "$230" with no appointment needed. I showed up the next day and the manager/owner told me it would be $200 flat! Woooo!!! They replaced the windshield right away and the mechanic was super friendly and considerate! Before he started, he showed me previous damage on the car from it being old. I appreciated that a lot as that means they are responsible for their actions and mishaps that may happen when replacing a windshield. It took about 45 minutes and I was on the road again! I came in A week ago to ask about their pricing for a windshield and maria the front receptionist told me 160. i called them a week later once I was ready to change it and she said that the pricing was $75 and that i was able to go in as long as it was before 5. I drove 40 minutes away and I got there at 4:30 for the guy to tell me that they could not do it bc it was late and gave me a price of 200 Not 160. He didn't even bother checking or asking for my car type he just gave me a rate. I then came back the next day and was charged 220 for a front windshield of an older car. Waited almost 2 hours and 3 people had come and left before me. Horrible service I will never come here again. They ordered glass for my 2015 Rav4 vent window on November 23 andI told them it needed the rubber for around the window as well. They said it would be there the next day. My schedule is tough and I was finally able to make it I on December 2. I called when they opened to make sure they had it because we live in Jamestown, an hour away and we didn't want to drive down unless they had it. We arrived and they didn't have the rubber gasket. Their tech looked at the gasket and confirmed that it needed to be replaced and said sorry he couldn't replace the window. What a waste of my time. Can't recommend this place. read more
