I called to get a price quote for a cracked windshield and Maria was very friendly and helpful. The price was right and I was able to get into their shop early Saturday morning and get it replaced. Maria let me at the counter and took my information and told me about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I don't even think I was in there for 45 minutes. They were busy too. I saw at least 7 other vehicles in there so they are hard working and really quick. After paying and getting some basic after care instructions from Maria I was on my way with a safe, legal new windshield. Thank you Low Cost Auto Glass for your hood work and customer service. The tech offered me a front windshield for a much better price since there was one the manufacturer shipped but had VERY minor scratches on it; scratches I couldn't see or care about since it wouldn't disrupt my field of vision. I received price quotes from four different glass companies. Low cost auto was by far the cheapest quote. They are first come first serve, so I arrived right at opening. The lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. They honored the same quote I was originally given. When the tech took my vehicle into the service bay, we went over preexisting damage on my vehicle. Once that was complete, it took about 1hr 15min to replace the windshield. Once the windshield was complete, I checked my vehicle and I did not see any new damage. The tech did a great job replacing the windshield and I am happy with the results. For me, it was worth the cheaper price to drive to their location than pay $70+ more for a mobile company to come out. read more

Well it says you like when customers leave reviews. I'm sure you won't be too happy with mine, but it was just my experience. I've been here several times before for my car and I've always had great service. I've always been loyal with them. I come here for all my windshield needs. I even refer my friends. I called other places to get the price for my BF's windshield. Here it cost $259, i called another place and it was was $220 installed. On their website it says they price match. So I was like ok I'll remain loyal to them and come back to them. We came in, asked if they price matched she said yes. Per their website "Auto Glass Repair and Windshield replacement at the lowest prices (we will meet and beat any competitor) in Modesto, CA!" (See picture I included). I told her the price. The guy in the office went to look something on the computer and she goes the lowest we can do is $239. THAT IS NOT A PRICE MATCH. You may want to change your website because that is false advertisement. The guy in the office was super friendly. The lady not so much, she was kind of rude. On a happier note, the windshield looks great, they told us it would take 1-1.5 hours, but it was done in 30 minutes so that was a plus. read more

Subaru outback 2020. I got a huge rock thrown and thought I was going to have to replace the windshield. They were able to fix in 1/2 and hour by filling it and saving me a lot of money. Why 4 stars not 5? They quoted me 50$. Wanted to charge me 59$. I had to remind them of the original quote which they honored. For windshield replacement they wanted 650$. They insisted eyesight had to be recalibrated. While this is recommended, it is not required - eyesight is not connected to windshield, for these vehicles, not all eyesight tech is mounted on the windshield. Unless their windshields have manufacturing issues it will not affect the eyesight. I know this because I've replaced it before. For 350$ and no calibration. Twice. I would never replace a windshield here however, I would recommend chip repair. read more

Low cost glass was great, I called Maria to get me a new passenger glass for my g37 convertible. At first the order was suppose to be delivered, for some reason the vendor back out, so I was left with car that needed a passenger window. Maria came to the rescue, she called a around and found one in Fresno, which of the staff when to pick up. Maria called with good news and bad news, she found the glass, but it was going to cost me a little more then expected, I said yes I be there in a 1/2 hour. Came with my doggie Maggie, (the staff love her) and install my glass in no less than an hour. What service, huh. My advice is get your glass at low cost glass.
