Justin and Justin were wonderful and were personable, informative and experienced. They came during the Covid-19 pandemic and wore masks and gloves to minimize exposure. They not only cleaned and sanitized the ducts, but also cleaned the outside vents and vacuumed thoroughly before they left. The quote I'd been given by Keith was right on the money, with no hidden extras. I'd called a competitor who was recommended by our HVAC service and this competitor recommended maybe not cleaning the ducts, but just sanitizing for $800, while Duct Cleaning Experts charged only $75 for the sanitization process. The competitor's rate for the full service would have been $900 more than Duct Cleaning Experts. . We saw the before and after photos of our ducts and the amount of debris extracted. My husband and I were both very pleased with the level of service and professionalism we received and would highly recommend Duct Cleaning Experts to anyone.

We had moved furniture out and vacuumed thoroughly before his arrival. Good thing, because he did not. The vacuum on his steamer apparently did not have much sucking power because he left the carpets sopping wet. I even found a peanut deposited in one of the rooms! One of the bathroom tile floors still had dirt and grime in the corners and at the base of the vanity. The solvent he used has a terrible chemical smell. Never again!

In my case the one room they "cleaned" was not cleaned correctly. It was expressed there were pets, in the home, and that was the reason for the cleaning. It was later explained that the carpet should have been raked (for the pet fur), then vacuumed, then cleaned. This however, was not done. Upon further inspection, it was found there were literally clumps of fur, all over the room, especially behind the door. Pictures were taken and this was communicated to the office. Upon review they AGREED the service was not completed to their standard or ours. What we were Not made aware of is apparently they have given themselves 30 days to correct any issues. According to the GM this policy is NOT in writing Not is it provided to customers. The room that was cleaned was in an elderly woman's home. We cleared everything from the room to assist with the cleaning. In the week it took to get resolution, we had to put the items back in the room. My mom was unable to move safely around her home with the clutter. We had to contact another company to complete the cleaning. A week later the office manager Tye arrived to make things right. She agreed to the work but needed a final approval. The GM that was contacted refuse to approve. We cleared a much smaller space, closer to the door, to allow them to rectify this issue. The GM not only refused to give a refund, a partial refund, or to clean the smaller space, but instead offered a 5% discount off a full price cleaning. (again they charge for 2 rooms min even if they only clean 1) THIS HAS BEEN MY MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE SINCE MOVING BACK TO SAVANNAH, TO HELP MY MOTHER. I WILL NEVER USE THIS FRANCHISE BUSINESS AGAIN.

He looked at dryer exterior and bc there was lint around the exterior when he took a picture in it he quoted me at $400. Considered it "clogged" when there was no visible clog. After I declined he went down to $275, so clearly trying to get money from me. Also waited for 4 days for this appointment. Would not recommend.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST - DON'T USE!!…read more Two years ago, we contracted this company to install a $7000 unit for my 1400 square foot home. From a basic standpoint, I would not recommend as they caused damage to my attic door and drug debris and dirt down into my closet from the attic and did not clean it up. There were dirty footsteps and debris from the front door to the closet. But that is MINOR when compared to what happened next. The unit didn't work after it was installed. I had them come back several times and the employees (also family members) mocked me, holding a scanner to the vents saying they were getting a reading and that it was fine. My home was 78 degrees with the unit running at 68. They laughed and joked and tried to insinuate I was being a pain. Over the next several weeks into months, the unit never was installed / fixed to work properly. It got to the point where, when I called, it was difficult to be kind. It was so brazen of these men to gaslight me and tell me the unit was fine and it could take up to 3 days to cool as house my size (tiny two bed room) - We had an additional part of the package that was to be installed but it never was, many excuses but no unit. So we called to see what the issue was and were told that it HAD been installed. Several weeks of fighting over that finally resulted in a refund, but at the cost of our sanity and frustration. One of their employees was caught interacting with our 15 year old daughter - saying things no adult man should be saying. I called the office and they told me he had been fired due to stealing from clients' homes. It was like a comedy of errors but more horrific. We asked for a refund and never wanted to deal with them again. Just a few months back, I put my home on the market and the inspection revealed the unit did not work properly and had not been installed correctly meaning it never could have been working properly. The outside piping was also incorrect and water just poured out of into our lawn, we were told it should have been buried and had obviously been done incorrectly causing further issues. I called Freedom and they blew me off stating I hadn't had a contract with them, so the future owner called and threatened a lawyer and out they came. When the two men arrived, I tried to tell them what the history was, that it never worked. The older man said it a soft pitiful voice like I was harassing him, "I don't know anything about that, I am just a tech." He was n fact the owner and thought, I guess, that I did not know that. I asked why he lied to me and he said he has nothing to do with the business side and only handles the techs. So I asked him why he had sent the predatory man to my home (his son or grandson, I am not sure which) and he said, "We don't have anyone that is the age you say this man is." He must have forgotten they send the name and picture of the folks. I know exactly who it was. Just more gaslighting. After they left, they said they had to come back and do some repairs. I asked for a list of what they had to fix. They refused to give me one and now, a week later, I still don't have any idea what they did and they refuse to tell me. When they came back to fix the things they won't tell me about, they STILL wouldn't tell me. Again, they left saying it was fixed and the house has been hovering around 77 since. I have called and emailed and they will not respond. There are no windows open, no doors and the inspection of the home for sale didn't point out any egregious issues that would lead one to think the air was slipping out a gaping hole in the side of the house. No, the system does not and never did work. These guys are predators and do a awesomely awful job. If you use them, I have no sympathy for the outcome you receive. They came out once told mehey fixed issue guess what, still not working. It works for 1h then stopped. They now refuse to come out. Well they have been paid to do a job and not done correctly and refuse to come out and fix what they were paid to fix. The owner, the owner daughter in law comdy and the owner son have lied to me personally 10times . The owner and daughter in law can not tell the truth.
