Prices are unmatched!! Best in town period! They are a first come first serve basis. I arrived on a Saturday morning a little after they opened and they already had a few cars ahead of me, so I was worried BUT I had no reason to be. They are professional, efficient, super nice and great quality. They knock out about 4 vehicles at a time which makes their turnaround rate extremely fast. The owner is very helpful and very nice. My daughter left her backpack and there and he called me to let me know they found it and had it in the office. We didn't even know it was missing until he called. GOOD Place til they stole my parts The first time I went there it was an amazing experience. Someone busted my rear windshield and I knew it was going to be expensive because my antenna runs through the glass. A friend suggested Low Price Glass, I Went and received fast friendly service and it didn't cost too much. FIRST PIC IS MY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. Rest of the pics are the results of them "fixing" my window by stealing my parts. My second experience was BULLSHIT!! My friend used my car while I was out of town and accidentally Locked the keys in my truck. So he broke my passenger window and that's how I ended up back at Low Price Glass. Well this time a young guy mechanic told me that he could make my window weather proof and break in proof but it would never be able to work (roll up or down) again. He said there was some glass stuck in the motor and it messed up the cable and that wasn't his area of expertise so he didn't know how to fix it. Needless to say I was disappointed but hey at least I wasn't left without a window for someone to steal or go in my vehicle and I wouldn't have to worry about rain getting inside my truck. And it was a decent price. BUT IT GETS WORSE Few months later I moved to St. Louis and I got tired of not being able to roll my window down during the extreme heat and my passengers being so hot but couldn't find relief due to my non working window. So I took it upon myself to take the door panel off, look in the motor and to take the glass out or either replace the motor, window regulator SOMETHING To get this window fixed. Once I took it apart I was shocked to see that my window regulator, motor, and guiding channel (track) WAS GONE! And a DAMN PIECE OF WOOD was holding my window up. WHAT THE FUCK! Sooo it doesn't take a genius to realize the mechanic lied to me about what was wrong with my window and basically TOOK MY REGULATOR, MOTOR AND GUIDING CHANNEL (track) and either sold them, used them or stocked them. horrible service guy said he was going to call me back. Never call me back. so I call 20 minutes later hear the guy in the background I don't have time to check. Then explain to me how they are busy. 01 ford ranger Rear 3 piece windshield Installed 11/30/16 When the installer began to struggle to remove old windshield he proceeded to attempt to force it off by pulling and bending it causing the 2 unbroken panes to shatter. It's a family owned shop and their Prices, customer service and workmanship is top notch. They have a huge stock of glass in house and are able to get most pieces within hours. Their prices aren't only competitive, they blow the other big name shops out of the water! Big name shops carry the same materials, offer bad or no customer service and charge a lot more just because they know you absolutely need their services. Living in a town with such a high level of vandalism... my friends and I visit this shop quite frequently. Every time we are greeted with a smile and given personalized attention. And I don't think I have ever waited more than 30 minutes for them to finish. Just remember to call ahead and schedule an appointment so they can have the glass ready for you. Don't pay for this terrible service! I was surprised to find out the technician who was so unprepared to service my car was actually the owners son. He showed up 5 hours later than the appointed time and had to come out to my house since he was late. He did not clean out the broken glass from the door panel and left guessing I wouldn't ever hear it rattling around every time I close the door. I had to call back the next day after finding out the job was never completely finished. I was told they would be over to fix the problem that day. They never showed up or even called. Not that this isn't enough to deter you from their "service" but I must continue.. I called a third time and was told the same thing, "they will be by today." A fourth time, same story. It wasn't until I called for the fifth time and threatened to write a bad review the owner actually showed some type of effort. I received a call from the technician to verify the address, but four hours later he never showed up.. I called back frustrated at the situation and asked if I should seek service elsewhere and write a bad review.. I was told "ok!" So here I am giving my honest impression with the hope that you won't have to go through the same experience that I did. I WILL be filling a report with the better business bureau. read more

Good price on glass replacement but horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I came in person to order a glass replacement 1 week before needing it replaced and got the glass ordered. I called to confirm the glass arrival 3 days before coming in and they had no idea what I was talking about so I re ordered the same glass and was told it would be there the next day. Came in to get it replace 2 days later and the glass was not here took them 2 hours to get glass and get it replaced.. Very unhappy read more

Terrible customer service. Low price but lower quality of work. I had to bring two cars back to have the windshield redone. Then, the rep is mad that you brought it back and will make you wait a long time. Pay an extra dollar and get the job done right at another glass replacement shop.
