They missed part of the issue (popped tire) causing delays in getting the right items to fix the issue. The Ugly: big storm came and further delayed the parts they ordered. Their bike techs only worked part-time. They did not communicate status with me. The Good: after a month, they did fix it nice. They actually did a better job than I expected, going above and beyond to make it right. They did not charge me for the parts or the repair. They earned themselves a customer, and I ended-up buying a pair of shoes from them. Overall, I give them 4 stars for fixing my bike and making the situation right. But they lose a star for lack of communication.

I tried on a pair of the compression style athletic pants/work out pants and the material was very thin, I felt like every square inch of my body was on display, they were comfortable but the material was not what I was looking for, a female sales agent advised me that this particular fabric was new, and she guided me over to the fabric that was a bit thicker, more modest and ultimately more flattering. It was a few dollars more expensive but well worth it. The store was very neatly organized and though I had to seek out assistance, when looking for a dressing room, and when looking for another style of pants, the staff was professional and met my needs. I would return because I really liked some of the styles, colors and fabrics.

On every visit, they have repaired the problem and have never tried to upsell me on some other aspect of the bike. The last visit has given me a reason to take the next step and write a comment as their customer service was outstanding. Through a mutual miscommunication, the wrong replacement tire was ordered and placed on my bike. I only noticed this about five weeks later, and went in hoping they might switch for the desired tire with some discount for the replacement. Dan, the owner of the shop apologized and went much further than I had expected in ensuring my satisfaction in the overall experience. In 2026, to have this kind of old school (i.e., proper) customer service is rather exceptional. This kind of service requires customer loyalty in response. I will always come to Dan for repairs and future purchases. I heartily recommend that anyone who needs bicycle repairs do the same.

The range was well arranged, well lit & the lanes were roomy. The digital target controls were great as was the selection of targets to use! We were afforded the opportunity to shoot a variety of guns; a Glock 17 in 9mm, a Staccato in 9mm, a S&W revolver in .38 Spl, a 1911 in .45 ACP, as well as a variety of AR platforms in 7.62x39, .308 & 5.56 NATO. Great fun! On the second visit, our hosts worked some magic & found an AK-47 in 7.62x39 to shoot too! My son was super-stoked about that! Such firearms are unavailable for use these days back home, so it was great fun & educational to have the opportunity to use them. This PSA is decent as far as a PSA goes, they don't have a shooting range which is unfortunate. The usual PSA selection, and one thing I appreciate about them is their extensive selection of small parts and holsters at very good prices. Number 1 issue is that a gun purchase takes 30 minutes to process the paperwork, even with a CWP, which is a 5 minute process at every non-PSA gun store in SC. J.Ja
