Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor. Clean facility. I did have a 35-minute wait before being called to the back/to be seen. It was visible they were either understaffed or had several patients which backed them up. People need to understand these FastMed facilities are not designed to work up complicated diagnostic care. These facilities are for minor sicknesses/routine testing. My primary care physician wasn't able to see me until 3-week out. This was just a pitstop to try and get some answers until my primary care could see me, which I appreciate. Great team.

They X-Rayed my knee, read the X-Ray and called the orthopedic surgeon that put in my metal knee. She gave me a shot for inflammation and told me to return if needed. We were on the way home before 9am. Exactly what I want from urgent care. Tracy had my orthopedic surgeon's private cell phone number and called him on Saturday morning! Above and beyond. The staff was great and very courteous. I highly recommend Hometown Urgent Care and Tracy

It was an easy process to register online and they brought me back immediately to get the usual vitals. Shortly afterwards, the nurse administered the test, I waited in the exam room for the results, and fifteen minutes later, I was on my way home. The nurses here were quite confident and knowledgeable about everything the were doing. Definitely a good place to go if you can't make it to your regular doctor.

The only other option was the ER, where the wait would have been hours. Not to mention all the airborne illness she's exposed to while waiting for care. This is completely unacceptable! This area could benefit from a stand alone ER center open 24 hours a day, which would help alleviate the cases over at First Health's ER and hopefully shorten wait times. I would have given this place zero stars if I could because we received zero service!
