Bryan first came out and greeted us, I didn't feel pushed or pressured to do anything but I was curious about a vehicle they had. I got to test drive it and inspect it, guy was honest and laid back. Decided to purchase the vehicle and the financing guy, Logan, was just the same way. Chill, laid back, and didn't try selling me any unnecessary stuff. I was also promised a window replacement for the car and a minor code fix from the engine light. Both were fixed the following week as promised with no extra cost to me, as promised. All in all, good dealership, they kept their promise, and I just wished I got to meet the owner that day to thank him for the great experience. I'm now a proud owner of a mustang GT 5.0. I purchased a used truck that came with a 3 month or 3000 mile warranty, I was close to having 2500…read moremiles on it when I noticed the transmission shifting funny. I called and asked to have it checked out and they said no problem. I dropped it off and the next day they said nothing was wrong with it that they could find. When I arrived to pick up my truck I saw that the ground under my truck was wet with some fluid. I ask the service people did they do or add anything to my truck and they said NO we didn't touch nothing just test drove it! I checked under the truck and the transmission pan was covered in fluid and after opening the hood I found fluid was spilled on the air box and bumper. I asked them again and this time the service guy stumbled and said they didn't see anything that looked bad when it was in the shop. So I asked did you service the transmission? Was that the reason for the fluid to be everywhere? He said no WE DIDNT TOUCH ANYTHING. After checking my truck the pan bolts were loose and the fluid was leaking from it. The truck wasn't like that when it was dropped off, looks like they drained the fluid and put fresh fluid in it trying to avoid working on it. Because it worked, not three weeks later the transmission is slipping when it shifts. Now the truck is out of warranty and nothing I can do about it. This was the worse experience I have had with a car dealer and I have owned many vehicles.

I tried finding out everything about the truck before hand bc it was a pretty good drive for me to get this truck. The younger guy that was initially selling me the truck helped to an extent and did do a few things i asked of him but he left out several things wrong with the truck. Was never in the ad, and when asked was the ANYTHING else wrong or broken on the truck, i was told there wasnt. Fast forward, i made the drive on a Friday evening bc this was the only day i could have done the deal. i kept in contact with them and let them know i was going to be late. Now i was already driving that way bc i was committed to the truck. The closer i got the less and less was said. Neither one if them was able to stay and wait on me. So i ended up purchasing the truck sight unseen over the phone and sending payment electronically. When i got there, i wasnt not happy at all. Busted mirror, back glass and sun roof was inoperable, they had supposedly replaced/resurfaced rotors with new pads, but when i took it on a test drive the entire truck shook when stopping. AND they removed the 5th wheel hitch from the bed even though it was in the ad with the truck and since that day, the kid that was supposed to be head of this sale has yet to contact me even after me trying to reach out multiple times about the 5th wheel hitch. I have screenshots to prove it. Im beyond pissed with the younger salesman. Sloppy work and devious intent. the truck itself is awesome. But i will NEVER do business with this establishment ever again. The younger salesman couldnt care less about whats going on. Or what you as a buyer says.

Fast forward it is4/9/2025, I still don't have the title to my truck that I bought 100% outright in cash. They have told me multiple times, it's out of our hands and they are still waiting. Why would you sell a vehicle in which you are unable to provide documentation for it. I have bought many vehicles from multiple dealerships and never had to wait over 3 weeks. This is unprofessional and just plain incompetent. I'm still waiting on title and it's still on HOLD awaiting there documents. I did everything on my side day 1. So before you buy from them. Just go somewhere else and find a better deal... along side honesty. My truck also had issues they failed to mention anywhere and wouldn't budget a dollar. I bought it just for the truck and that's it. Also your deposit is useless, 2 days hold but they don't tell you that till after you place it. I had to drive all the way out on a weekday at 8pm...
