    Without a doubt, some of the worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with. From the front desk to the back office

    I have only used Lowe's for my Home Improvement projects, but now I'm super disappointed. I am now 1.5 years of having rotted flooring and black mold in my basement and Lowe's admitted to being responsible and still nothing has been done. They gave me over to Sedgwick who handles their claims but I don't think Sedgwick exists. Christopher Godfrey never answers his phone. I have called over 70 times and left over 30 messages and no one has called me back since December of 2023. I have tried to be patient. When I went directly into the Lowe's store, the assistant manager chastised me for waiting so long to do anything about this situation. That was over month ago. When I go into the store, they try to call Sedgwick and no answer. How can they direct their claims to a company that is just using their money and not handle the claims. I need help. My fridge is still not in its space because the floor is rotten. Can someone please help me!!

    Unfortunately, customer service was very rude and apparently didn't appreciate having people call them. Yikes!

    I wish they had self checkout lanes like home depot. Other than that the place is great. Very organized and always clean.

    Stopped by with my children today after driving past it everyday for a week and reminding myself…read morethat I needed to look inside! Met the sweetest women upfront after telling her we found a baby kitten running around out back, she took the time to talk to me and my children and really made them smile. Absolutely loved everything in the store and was surprised how fairly priced it all was. Even found something virtually identical from hobbylobby and the price difference was insane. We have purchase furniture, paint and other household items over the years for our home. I received an email this past week indicating "You'll find dozens of items marked 50% to 70% off this Friday and Saturday only. (Watch our social media Thursday evening, and I might give you a sneak preview!)" I didn't see any high-lighted items in the Facebook posting. What was the dozen of items included a rack with Easter items; Easter was almost 2 months ago. Both my husband and I found the ad to be very misleading. I graduated from college back in the 70's with a degree in retailing and worked in the industry for a number of years. While the woman behind the counter made light of our complaints I remember this type of advertising being labeled as "bait and switch" We did purchase a couple of items and when we got home they charged a service fee on our purchase for using a credit card. It would have been nice if like other retail establishments and restaurants you indicated there would be a service charge for using a card. Well folks you lost our future business. The owner responded to my review . There was no sign indicating a charge for Credit card purchases on the counter at the point of sale as she indicated in her response. And I copied and pasted the exact wording in quotes in my review via the email we received regarding the sale.. I have viewed Instagram videos over the years and the owner cashed me out. If you look at another review on this site they also indicated prices had gone drastically up. The one true statement is no one pressured us to buy anything,
