So I'm very sorry to hear about some of my fellow yelpers experience at this Lowes. But coming from New York(Long Island) I have to say this Lowes is far better than the one back home. After purchasing a second home here in Naples I found myself coming to Lowes and HD a lot. I have to say that every time it has been a pleasant experience. Its very organized and pretty clean. Customer service has always been pretty good. I wont lie sometimes you might find help when you need it, but I think it depends on the time of day. But for those who have a bad experience and you don't receive any satisfaction in the store, call the corporate office. In November I ordered cabinets (86,000 dollars) they finally delivered in February of 2023. Wrong sizes, wrong styles and 2 were broken. No apologies, just reorder the broken ones AND PAY FOR THEM. Then they will issue a credit???? Ok, so we do. 4 weeks later, still no kitchen sink or correct door replacements but pantry cabinets are here at store if you can have someone pick up. So I hire someone to pick up cabinets when he arrives Lowes fork lift driver drops pallet in store and breaks Cabinets.... Everyone (manager and sales person) sees this and still sends them out to me. Doesn't check anything or alert me. I call 4 times to speak with manager only to sit on hold for over an hour no one answers. I come to the store to speak with someone no managers are available. They're all in a meeting so I come back the next day and the day after that only to receive no help!! Horrible front end customer service by front end management ! Sign in store read Christmas 75% off. No exclusions listed. All Christmas in one area. They said no it is not all Christmas just some .... um that is not what sign says no exclusions listed . Store assistant manager yelled and argued with me over the phone that a Christmas rolling tree bag was excluded .. as a customer and the sign stated I should be in the right. If your sign is incorrect then you should fulfill the sale to the customer and change the sign. This store will not be getting my business and I hope others read this they are horrific no customer service or putting the customer first. read more

We purchased our appliances online and called the Naples store. We ordered all 4 GE appliances refrigerator/freezer electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The lightbulb in the oven was not working repair man had to be called out. finally after two weeks the bulb came and the repair man had to come out to replace or put the Bob And. The dishwasher repair man had a come out twice for that. The mother board was not working. And also the rubber around the dish washer which we had a buy had to be removed because it would not closing. It's been two months since the installed and so far everything is working. I do fine the stove top which is glass hard to clean because there was a spill or boil over. read more

I'm starting to like this Lowe's better than the one in Estero. It may be bigger. It's just as hard to find someone to help you though. Lowe's has to realize that the only reason we go to Lowe's is because we would like someone to help us with a purchase. Amazon.com has better prices and it's a lot easier. You don't have to hunt for a parking space at Amazon.com. If Lowe's can't provide exceptional customer service there is no reason to shop in the store. They really need to work on this. read more

This is the absolute worst Lowes for customer service I have ever experienced. Just try to get a live person on the phone. They keep rolling you onto hold until you give up. I have tried for days. I tried to call the national number and chose call back because it was an hour wait. They finally called late in the evening and I had even forgot. They told me I needed to talk to the store. Yeah, that would be nice. Told me someone would contact me in 24 hours. Crickets. So here I am trying to get someone on the line again today. I am going to have to drive there to find out what happened to the dishwasher that I waited 7 hours to be delivered last weekend. They brought a garbage disposal????? So ridiculous. Lowe's lost a sale yesterday, my wife and I needed to replace our range, we had purchased other appliances from the store including a top-of-the-line Samsung Front-loading WASHER/DRYER combo. Yesterday we chose Lowe's again, a big mistake! We stood and walked around the Appliance Department for twenty minutes without seeing a Salesperson, several other customers were also wandering around. My wife finally spotted a guy in another dept. Who finally agreed to call for assistance, but said that Appliances wasn't his department. Another twenty minutes before anyone showed up, it was a young man, clearly not trained, who tried to help me but didn't know how to sign on to the store computer! Another Salesperson showed up and was immediately swamped and finally got the young man logged in to the system. He shrugged his shoulders, and said that the unit we chose was no longer in stock and was a discontinued model. He offered no alternative, did not direct us to some other choices or ask us any questions. By this time, the young lady had left the area, so we told the young man that we would just go back home and make the purchase on-line. On our way out of the store, my wife said, "there's that new appliance store across the street, let's go there." There turned out to be "Good Deals Appliances" where we were greeted at the door, introduced to a sales tech who asked how he could help and what features we were looking for. He (Trevor Travis) was the perfect sales rep. Showed us a few ranges with our specifications and explained the difference between each one! I will write and post another review regarding our experience with Good Deals, this one is about how not to do business, and Lowe's was very disappointing! I have ordered windows back in August of 2020, and paid over $12.000.00, they were not installed until beginning of November. A week later they passed city inspection. It's been over a month since I have try to have someone come and finish the treat and provide us with a completed certificate. Lowe's is very irresponsible and does not follow up on calls or email. Ounce they have sold you the windows they wash theirs off of you. I have called, email, and went back to the store several times to no avail. I first researched carpeting in the East Naples store. I arranged for someone to measure, as well as measuring the room myself (I had previously sold carpet for a major retailer). This person did not tell me of a (redeemable upon purchase) charge for someone to come out and measure. He continued to direct me to inferior, cheaper carpet. The estimate by Lowe's Central was incorrect and overstated. This person who was not a good communicator and was not helpful. Next day, I went to that NORTH Naples store and spoke of the problems I've had with East Naples store. Staci explained the process well and told me what to expect, as well as the timeframe and possible installation date. She explained the differences from the padding, pile height, quality of carpet, and communicated the delivery and installation process. She accurately noted all the SKU numbers for colors and level to my satisfaction. She spent much time having the estimate correctly adjusted, and kept in touch with me about a back order, (which did not affect my timeframe). Staci Is absolutely professional, pleasant, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. She quite literally saved this sale for Lowe's. I got my military discount and I am most pleased with the carpet in all 3 areas. Staci's customer service and work ethic exceeded my expectations. read more

I'm waiting for a delivery was given a window between 12-4 never heard from them. Now I have to go down to the store and demand a refund. My husband and I were in this location on Saturday, April 18th after 7pm and spoke to a gentleman in Hardware about putting hook system in our garage for our many items to include two kayaks. This gentlemen I wish I could remember his name) spent about 10-15 minutes showing the several different options available! He was so helpful, understanding and listened to exactly what we needed. Definitely needs improvement. Finding an employee seems to be impossible. Waiting in long checkout lines with 1 cashier but 7 employees chatting with each other at the service desk is frustrating. Not a good store, Naples Lowes the people are not helpful, they do not know where anything is, and worst of all they do not honor veterans discount. Florida drivers license now have a V for veterans on the license, you must show honorable discharge paperwork at the DMV to get the symbol. Not good enough for this Lowes, I guess they want to see your Purple Heart. DO NOT buy appliances here. The sales help in Appliances just print out spec sheets, they really do not know their products. We were promised our range in three to five days to the store and three to five days after that for delivery. After waiting a week we called to find out that the range is a special order, three to four WEEKS delivery. We were told that we would receive a call indicating delivery date and a call the night before with delivery time window. We never received either call. Just a call from the driver saying he would be here in 20 minutes. After installation we discovered the range had interior damage.
