I bought 2 rugs from Lowe's Naples on Naples Blvd. They looked up on the computer and said that there was 2 more but they were in Estero. I wanted the 2x4 rug to match the other two that I bought. 2 days later I drove 22 miles to Estero to get the rug. When I got there they looked up on the computer and said there is 3 in the inventory. 20 minutes later and them looking for it and said it is not here. They told me I had to go back to the Naples one and get them to order it from the manufacturer in Dubai. read more

I requested a quote from Lowes for a full house replacement of Hurricane Impact windows plus 4 Sliders, one was over 24 feet wide. I was at Lowes this morning and had over $320.00 of items at checkout. I tried to use a 10% off bar code coupon from Home Depot but was denied. The cashier called the manager and was told they don't honor Home Depot coupons. I've lived in many states and this was the first time I encountered this at Lowes. As commenter, the one star is generous! Contracted in the fall for new Silestone kit. countertop. Still not complete. Have made 9 phone calls to their service dept. and each time assured their stone contractor, Discover, will get back to me. The counter itself was okay but they won't do the caulking where the backsplash meets the top of the counter properly. So that it's all been chipping out. We only paid the extra $$s more than going to a private contractor because we wanted to be sure the job was done. And here we pay the extra for the "backing"? of Lowe's and they drop the ball too! Now we are going to have to hire someone to do the caulking for us! I purchased vertical shilloute blinds Jan 2017. They took forever to install them. The blinds had a portion that broke. It is now Feb 2018 and I'm still waiting for that broken piece. If I could give this store a negative star, I would. We ordered a John Deere riding mower on Saturday, November 25th and their website stated that it was available for pick up that day. We stood in line for 20 minutes just to find out they didn't have a riding mower assembled and it needed to be assembled by someone who was John Deere certified. We were told to come back Wednesday and it would be ready, and we can call first if we wanted. I called Wednesday and NO ONE answers their phone EVER! My husband went and stood in line for 40 minutes just to find out that no one scheduled the assembly. I got a call today that it would be another week. When I asked to cancel my order, she transferred me to their return department and as usual, no one answered the phone! The Lowes in N. Naples, Florida management and employees have been lying to the customers about the lack of plywood during the incoming hurricane Irma. After being told by a cashier a pond entering the store this morning at 6:00 am that the shipment of plywood that was suppose to be delivered to the Naples store was diverted to Miami who needed it more then Naples. I completely agreed and continued to walk the store to see if I could use any of the items left on the now empty shelves. In my walk through I found plywood that was deliberately hidden from customers. I loaded the found plywood on a cart and proceeded to the cashier for purchase. The cashier asked me where I had found the plywood and said she would have to call the ass't manager and store manager, to which I found strange. Why would the cashier have to do that and not just ring up the purchase ? Both managers asked me where I had found the plywood to which I showed them. Both managers made up a story that first, the plywood was pre-purchased by a contractor and changed the story that it was for the employees. Mind you, the plywood was not labeled as such or trapped together. The store manager (Miller) said he could not sell it to me without a valid reason. Then I found two palettes of plywood in the "bullpen" as management is telling customers that no plywood is available. Managers Miller and Melodie both out and out lied to all customers today about the supply of plywood as customers where frantically looking to protect their property from the impending hurricane. Poor management with no concern for their customers ! I for one, will not support that store and all future purchases will be from HomeDepot for my contracting business and personal use. I tried to call Lowes corporate office all day without any success in someone answering the phone ! POOR management must start at the top !! LOWES SUCKS !! read more

I am so upset : I placed an order for a refrigerator on December 13, 2018, it is still not delivered today January 12, 2019. The delivery has been rescheduled 3 times without even a phone call to let us know. The only excuse they found : it is another company making the deliveries, we don't control it. But they took the money from the credit card right away! I am so disappointed, I thought it was a reliable company. I will never buy an appliance at Lowes and I heard I am not the only one to have had problems with Lowes, this kind of companies desserve to go bankrupt. When I went to the store : the appliances department told me that the delivery company had rescheduled all the deliveries because of the holidays... when I asked the see the store manager, the story was : no it is not a delivery problem, but we don't have yet the fridge...! I believe I will go to the store this morning, cancel the purchase, get a refund and go place the order somewhere else. Zero customer service I don't know what happened to this store over the last five years but it has changed and has gotten to be the worst. There was a time that I didn't care even if their prices were a little more I still wanted to spend my money at this store just because they would work with you and really take care of you as a person. Today I went in needing to buy a fridge there were two scratched and dented fridges the same make and model the same discounted price. I was waiting for someone to come to help me for a while so I checked out the new models as well. I noticed they had the same fridge with a newer model on display for $50 more then the scratched and dented older models they had. Both prices were a little out of my price range I asked the associate why this was and he said he didn't know and that didn't make sense to him either when I asked if they could do anything about it he said he couldn't but a manager could. Also, keep in mind I have rental property and I have bought several appliances from this store and was planning on continuing to do so. The manager comes out I asked if he could do something about he says no I asked what the reasoning why the newer model off the shelf is only $50 more then the older model that was scratched and dented. He very shortly answered he didn't know but there is nothing he could do about it. I told him that I have purchased several appliances in the past he informed me that previous managers would work deals but new management will not. I left and went and bought a fridge from Home Depo in less than 30 mins there was a manager there who wanted to get rid of what he could before the end of the month and was willing to talk to me. I will not be going back to this store until they get back to the customer service level they used to be at with there previous management. read more

I I am giving it a one star even though lowes doesn't deserve one star! I bought a Generac Inverter generator about five moths ago, now it is broke, I called Lowe's in Naples, where I purchased it before and they provided me with a few phone numbers for warranty service. I went to the place that could help me, the owner was really nice and tried to help me, he kept the generator for a month, he call Generac many times However they could not fix my generator. I took it to Lowe's and the employee in costumer service called her manager and told him about my situation, she also did this because she remembered our conversation by phone The Costumer Service manager couldn't help me, he said, " I understand" so many times. This just showed me he was full of it. I told him I understand about the rules, the Lowe's policy, but I'm too small to afford more losses, I was trying to make them take the broke generator back and buy another one, like a Honda, something really worthy. It didn't work. I was so angry I just walked out the store and left the generator in costumer the service department. I came from a communist country and for some reasons big corporations remind me of the government I left behind, they don't care about anything but they are too big to fall. read more

We had a frustrating experience with carpet. Buying the carpet was not the issue. Lowes never coordinated the install of the carpet with the installers. I called 7 days ago to the install dept and was told lowes would call the installer and have them call me. No call. Called again today and the install customer rep said she would call the installers today. That was 8 am and at 400 pm, called lowes again and got the number for installers. The install people were not called until today, two weeks after the carpet had been delivered. Poor coordination between lowes and the installers. Had we not called to follow up on the status of the install, it is possible we would be waiting into 2019. read more

Lowes Naples FL does not trust retired military. It is a requirement to register. I'm in a hurry today and the "line" is 10 deep as usual. Pay full price which is ok since it's the last time coming here. They said Delta warranties for life-maybe. Lowes will not take care of problem of one year old expensive faucet. Felt WILL NOT answer you. At this Lowes if you want to buy a refrigerator, wait 20 minutes and then go to customer service to get service. Also if you want to buy a new dishwasher you have to go to plumbing department to get help. To get it installed (4 days before Christmas) the installer calls you to say Lowes cannot find it. A week later it is found. The installer is great though. I intend to spend at least $1000 in the next six months but not at thi Lowes. Home Depot and Sunshine Ace. I'm tired of Lowes poor service and disregard for veterans and retired military. read more

I went to this Lowes today looking for chaise lounge cushions. An employee told us we would find them outside in Lawn and Garden. We were not outside for long when we realized that Aisle 1, 2 and 3 are invested with RATS. Not one, not two but 26 RATS were counted between myself and my husband as they ran in front of us, climbed the fixtures and jumped from shelf to shelf. Let me repeat these where not mice, they where RATS, some were over a foot long. There were more than this but they were eating holes in boxes and crawling in and out, burrowing into seed and fertilizer bags and inside merchandise. Another customer picked up an enclosed, box style garden hose reel and after it was loaded on his cart with his young daughter sitting on it, out popped a RAT. I picked up a roll of weed control fabric and out of the tube crawled a smaller one. There are dropping everywhere which leads me to believe anything you touch is contaminated. Needless to say we bought nothing and reported this situation to employees. The front end manager told us they already knew of the problem and would call the extermination company and a second Assistant Manager could not be reached. An employee whom was working inside in the seasonal department said that the employees continue to complain to management but nothing much is being done, they are only assured that there are traps outside. The same associate said that if we think they are bad in the day, we should see them at night. She said they took out over 30 in one day but they continue to multiply. This place needs to be heavily exterminated. The traps we saw were dirty and located in areas of cobwebs, droppings, dead leaves etc. telling me they have not been serviced lately. Buyers beware before touching or loading up anything to bring home. You could find yourself with an uninvited pet or two. This is a terrible health risk for not only the shoppers but the entire team of employees. read more

Spent $1300 on a new dishwasher which includes delivery and install. Scheduled for Monday March 26th between 0900-1100 so I'm taking the day off work. Lowes installation person (Prestige Plumbing) calls me at 1100 to tell me he picked up the dishwasher from Lowes but won't be making delivery because he doesn't have a second person to help him. I offered to help but he refused and said i would have to reschedule. Prestige Plumbing called me the following day to reschedule which i did for Saturday between 0900-1100. Lowes called me Friday to ask how my installation went earlier in the week, I did not return his call as i had another installation scheduled for following day. Prestige Plumbing from Lowes called at about 0930 to tell me he was heading to Lowes to pick up the dishwasher for install and he would be at my house shortly. Lower called me at 1045 to tell me the installer from Prestige Plumbing had left without the dishwasher because they could not locate the unit but they found it and the installer from Prestige Plumbing would return, pick up, deliver and install. Prestige Plumbing called me at 1245 to tell me that he had waited at Lowes for two hours and they could not locate the dishwasher, his entire day had been disrupted by Lowes and I would have to reschedule. I told him he was lying, that he told me Monday he already had the dishwasher but couldn't install because he was alone, and he was at Lowes for 30 minutes per the Lowes rep i had just spoken with. He became belligerent and started yelling at me. Told him don't bother rescheduling. Called Lowes and had them refund the purchase after two missed installs taking two days off work, and getting yelled at by the installer. Lowes could care less about their own screw ups and their poor installation representatives hired out they charge very steep prices. Advice, buy from a local not big box company and hire your own plumber to pick up and install.........I will never set foot in another Lowes anywhere, selling my Lowes stock, and will shop at True Value. Any appliances needed will be from a local store, , not these clowns and their even bigger clowns they call service reps. I will be buying all new kitchen appliances but not from Lowes. read more

ONE STAR IS BEING GENEROUS!!! They deserve ZERO! The absolute worst customer service I've EVER experienced. I was supposed to get a grill delivered yesterday. They were supposed to call me with my delivery time at 8:00am. It was black Friday and I had a lot of stuff I needed to do but didn't want to miss the delivery as we have a BBQ planned tonight. At 4:00pm I called to see what was going on. They said the grill would be here between 6:00-8:00. Ok, couldn't leave home then. As my entire day off was wasting away, we called again as our dinner reservations were approaching, we called at 7:55pm. They said the delivery would be here in 15 minutes. At 9:40pm, we gave up and obviously missed our dinner. The store manager said there wasn't anything he could do. It's now Saturday and I called the store again, the manager was HORRIBLE. He was extremely irritated and rude! I told him he needed to do something to make this right and that I could not wait home another entire day. I explained to him that they promised me something that they didn't deliver and he said he couldn't do anything. I told him he could if he wanted. He argued with me and said, "You'll get your grill sometime today but I can't tell you when." and hung up. I've never dealt with such a rude store manager. I'll tell you what though, next time GO TO HOME DEPOT!!! read more

This is the worst most unorganized Lowes. We have remodeled houses up and down the coast. Never had any problems. This is the most unorganized Lowes. We ordered kitchen cabinets months ago. The first set of cabinets was loaded on an open lumber truck. Half the load was dangling off--smashed--cabinet doors gone n the wind. The belts to hold it down crushed the rest. Just showed up one day as they were suppose to deliver 3 days prior and never called or showed up. The entire load {what was left of it} sent back---weeks latter sent wrong. Why should customer have to request cabinets be put in a closed truck to protect the load? Does anyone think or care there? NO!!!Three major component cabinets like the pantry missing next load. Try to call--left on merry-go-round calling system for 40 minutes. Finally an assistant-Kyle promised he would take care of it. Yeah--right. It's been months now--no word--no cabinets--no returning our calls. The time we've spent on trying to get this straightened out is ridiculous while they sit on our money. Stay clear of this store unless you enjoy antacids! read more
