He had his manager come over, and I told him what happened, and he honored the price from the sale that ended on July 9,2025. Demetrio (Mgr) and Erin went out of their way to satisfy a customer. I didn't think friendly, helpful employees existed at Lowe's -- or any home improvement store for that matter -- but this location changed my mind. Arriving on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't busy at all and the store seemed well kept and clean. Unfortunately, WiFi service stinks in the entire area so I my Lowe's app with a store map was useless and I was unsure which aisle I needed to find auto accessories. Looking as confused as can be, 2 employees approached and asked if I needed help finding something. Gasp, doth mine ears deceiveth me? "Why yes, yes I do." They told me which aisle I was looking for and I was on my merry way. Ordinarily, I'd be wandering the store for at least 10 more minutes before either giving up or finding someone to help me since at the typical home improvement store, floor staff is few and far between. Ok, I'm done with Lowe's. Came to return vanity light fixtures. They won't take them - longer than 90 days. No store credit, no nothing. Time to dump these tight A's. Remodeling a bathroom - my second one in my current place. I'm a DIY-er. Over the years I've split my business between Home Depot and Lowe's. Tens of thousands of dollars to each. She couldn't update it so sales floor manager Jonathan gets called and he has a terrible attitude and tells me some of my information might be sent to that email and that I have to call a number there's nothing he can do and and I walk away and say there's nothing you can do and he says "what did you say? And proceeded to talk under his breath" very rude and unprofessional. First time I have a unpleasant experience at a Lowe's. Hire better people. They are incompetent. read more

As a side business I own and run a property management company in addition to a handful of investment properties in Denver. 1) I placed the order. 2) I never received a time window for when they were supposed to arrive. Fortunately tenants were there and allow delivery 3) I get a call saying the washer lines are corroded. He can't install. What he's saying doesn't make sense. Delivery guy is downright rude. Guys name was hector with whatever third party delivery system that lowes uses (104th Northglenn) 4) I visit the property. I removed the "corroded" lines. They were not corroded. I took videos and photos of this. I left the old washer in place as they put the new washer in the garage and I didn't want to move the washers around solo as this was a service I'd paid for so I called them back out 5) lowes at 104th Northglenn does not pick up their phones for deliveries. They hung up one me twice and I was on the phone for thirty mins trying to call back and reschedule 6) guy comes back out. He says the water shutoff valves are leaking and he can't install the washer for that reason. I disconnected the lines. I checked the valves. I had a plumber check the valves and he said they were fine. He doesn't take the old disconnected washer with him but leaves it behind nor does he move the new washer to the place where it should go 7) I again revisit the property and at this point carry the washer up some stairs myself and install it. Installing a washer is not difficult. It is extremely inconvenient to even have visited the property once much less twice 8) I then call again. Lowes picks up this time. Manager named Brendan. He gives me a 25% discount. Fine. Reschedules pickup of old washer. We talk about what address it needs to go to and the whole situation 9) get a call saying they're at the property. Manager sent them to the wrong property 10) call back again. Hung up on three times. Takes another 20 mins to reschedule. This is where I'm at now. I will no longer be using lowes as a delivery service and I'd suggest you also do not. read more

Awful! I purchased a storm door, in store on May 6th. The door didn't get installed until July 22nd & this was not due to a shortage of materials or delays. It was simply due to the lack of communication, poor customer service, no followup, etc. I understand that businesses are having a hard time right now but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I'll give some of the highlights. After the measure, I was told that I needed a custom size door. I went into the store to get more info & was told that it was close enough & didn't need to be a custom door. I chose my door & the installer called me a day or two later to schedule. The morning of the install, I get a call that the door that was pulled/sold was a 32" door & not a 36" and that either way, they wouldn't install due to the need for a custom size door. From there, it just got worse. * No call backs * No follow-ups * Nobody answers the phone in the Millwork & Doors Department, EVER * Nobody works in that dept; I waited over an hour for someone who could help to come back from lunch because nobody answers the phone * The install company, Premier, who Lowe's contracts with actually subcontracts to another company, so you're working with three diff companies * Premier never showed up for my second install because someone scheduled their sub & wasn't supposed to, nor do they answer their phones I wouldn't have a door if it weren't for my persistence & constant calling several times a week for 6 weeks. That entire dept, including the customer service desk, is chaos & I will take my business to the orange store. P.S. The actual installer was wonderful! That company gets kudos if I only knew the name! read more

Walked in. Asked joe at returns for an item he said oh ok go talk to joe on 55-65 no 50-60 no no 60-69 I said oh ok joe. Walked to joe and ask hey so I'm hanging a tv..., OHHHHHH YUP joe interrupting, you want a tv mount and pulls out the joe phone and walks away so I go further down the hole on my own. I see another joe and tell him i need (In other words) a drill. joe leads me on a journey for a DRILL BIT ??? At this point I walked out. Buyer beware: DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES IF IT REQUIRES DELIVERY/INSTALLATION. Lowes works with the worst delivery company. Why are they the worst? Let me explain our two-week debacle: we bought a fridge that was in-store and could be delivered and installed in two days. We also paid extra to have them take an old dish washer we had sitting in our garage. They show up and complain about the extra work (in total they were working for less than 10min) and would only plug in our fridge, but not connect the water for the ice maker. Partly because they forgot the ice maker. No big deal. So, we call Lowes the next day to set up another delivery for our ice maker. We get another date set up (delivery times are anywhere from 7am-8pm so my husband has now taken two days off of work at this point). The company doesn't show. We go through this process three more times (about 11 calls into Lowes) before we tell them we want a refund and to get these clowns from the third party delivery company to come take our fridge back. We spoke to countless managers in this process and found out Jen was the only one w the authority to call the GM of this third party company who assured her they were coming to our house next. Not surprising, they never showed up. While most of this poor review is based on the delivery company, the Lowes team did a poor job of following up or even calling us back each and every time we called. We just kept getting passed around to the next manager who made assurances they couldn't deliver. All any of them could do was "make a note in our file that we called and are dissatisfied." In total, this company was scheduled NINE different days (for the ice maker they forgot or to take back our fridge) with us and either no-call, no-showed or worse, called giving us a "be there in 20-30 min" and still never showed up. 9 failed attempts, 27 phone calls/being put on hold, and $100s lost due to taking days off of work. Incorrigible behavior and attitude. Ultimately, another Lowes manager, Zane, was able to get a truck and take the fridge back to the store. He explained, as did the countless other managers we talked to over the past two weeks, that it was a corporate decision and they lose a lot of business because of this third party company. Seems like a pretty shitty business plan to me... fat cat CEOs not giving a rip about customer service so they can save a few bucks...shameful. Our story ends with a happy conclusion: we bought the same fridge from Home Depot and had it installed without any hassle. read more

Bought a product online which was on clearance (60%off). Paid online, got email confirmation that was ready and I went to pick it up a few days later. I went directly to customer service, 1 minute wait, and they asked for my confirmation number. They located the product and gave it to me with a cart (was 65 pounds). Easy and efficient process!! Also, I went with my wife to take a look to the roller shades and the customer service was excellent. They gave us indications and showed us the book with designs. read more

So I decide to go there and see if it's just on shelves, nowhere to be found. When I asked one of the workers there where it would be and he told me it was in a spot that it clearly wasn't, then told me "well if it's not over there we're probably out" even though where he told me it was there were other products instead. DO NOT BUY COUNTERTOPS FROM HERE! We chose to order our new countertops through Lowe's out of brand loyalty and a belief in their ability to deliver high-quality products and services. However, they have selected not to do the work, it is sub-contracted out under their brand and the program is poorly executed. There is complete disjointedness between the stores, corporate, and the vendors. We placed the order online, a gentleman came out to measure, and then our order was made. Two months later, the installer arrives with countertops that have been improperly cut and no sink, though on the work order. The proposed solution was for the installer to use a jigsaw to cut the counters to size but they "could not guarantee it would be straight," which is unacceptable for a multi-thousand dollar project. They then offered to cut the countertops correctly that evening and return the next day with the sink, promising to be done by 8 AM the next morning so we could have the plumber come and reinstall the sink. (Yep! You have to get your own plumber and arrange for all of the water and appliances to be removed. Not a complaint, just an acknowledgment, because it DEFINITELY adds complexity to the overall experience.) The installer did not show. Then, when we called, they said they would not be coming back. I have spent the morning on the phone with the manufacturer, the installer, and Lowe's with no solutions in site. In fact, Lowe's cannot even find my order, despite access to a work order number. Thus, we are left with half-installed countertops and no sink (see picture), as a result of choosing Lowe's. Do not make the same mistake. read more

I expected to pay more because I wasn't at a discount store, but didn't. :) The sales woman we worked with was incredibly kind and listened to what we needed since we live in an older home. She helped us were find the perfect model at a great price and arranged for delivery the next day. George and Anthony were my delivery team and were quite simply awesome. They communicated their timing with me throughout the day. When they arrived at my home, they were both friendly, fast, and careful to protect my home and new appliance during the installation. The shed our neighbor wanted was "out of stock" and our neighbor doesn't/didn't have the time to wait for "special ordering," so John sent us to a different location saying that they had the one she wanted in stock! BTW, all the sheds said they were "in stock," if something is OUT OF STOCK it would be nice to know about BEFORE trying to buy it! Oh, and the sheds sitting outside at both locations this one and the one on Sheridan and 88th had bottles of urine, trash, and empty beer cans and bottles in them!!! Terrible customer support. Placed an online order, and called their customer service line to get a status. Was told that they would pull the product, and it would be ready for pickup the following morning. Never received an email, so I called back the following morning...was told that it still hadn't been pulled, and to call back in a few hours. Tried calling back a few hours later and could not get anyone on the phone. Called customer service dozens of times with no answer. Finally got a hold of someone by calling the flooring department and having them walk the phone to customer service...the customer service rep said that they were understaffed and not able to answer phones. I get the staffing issue, but at some point you think at least one of my calls would have been answered. The customer service rep said that she would make sure the item got pulled before closing and that it would be available for pickup the following morning...Guess what? Yeah.... So ordered form lowes.com for in store pickup from a they Arvada location, I don't want to be hunting the maze of a store during a pandemic. Apparently 87 of what I want are in stock according to online and I order 18. I sit here patiently waiting for the email to tell me it is ready for a day and then decide to check online for the status. Only to shows it now as back ordered from the Northglen location which happens to also show 54 of them in stock. 1. Inventory Drastically Off on website 2. Transferred My Order to a Different Store (didn't tell me) 3. Second Store put my order on Backorder (didn't tell me) 4. The original location still shows in stock with 87 5. The new location still shows in stock with 57 6. Never got contacted about any of this 7. Had to call, wait on hold to cancel instead of them lifting a finger to help with any of it. 8. It still shows in stock at both locations Not only this but there is no sense of them being apologetic in anyway or to be proactive about correcting the problem. They didn't bother to update their inventory counts or anything so the next person that might order will suffer the same fate. So when you order in store pickup don't expect it and don't be surprised that it isn't there. Oh and especially don't expect a sorry for when this happens to you. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE any appliance that requires delivery from LOWES -- EVER! We ordered an LG refrigerator on July 4 that the website for the LOWES near our home said was in stock and could get it delivered two days later. Which was essential because our refrigerator was slowing dying. They sent an email on Wednesday and said it couldn't be delivered for another week at least. So after several attempts to call the Lowes with either endless ringing or someone answering and then hanging up after requesting to speak to a manager, my Stephen drove down there. They said he could by a Samsung refrigerator (which we really didn't want) but not from that store, but another one in Northglenn, 12 miles away. So he come home and called that store, because the Arvada LOWES said they couldn't call the other LOWES from there. When he called, the lady in the appliance department said she couldn't help him on the phone and that he would have to come in and make the purchase, but would have to wait until after 8:00PM because her dinner break was starting. So at 8:00 Steve drove to the Northglenn LOWES, made the 'exchange', but now they couldn't deliver it until Friday, today. That makes 6 days without refrigeration. They were supposed to send an email yesterday to let us know the delivery window for the refrigerator today. But we never received it. So this morning, my Stephen called the Northglenn LOWES and was told that due to the address our 'delivery zone' is in, our refrigerator now cannot be delivered until NEXT THURSDAY! That will be 11 days without refrigeration. The only reason we purchase either of these appliances is because of their faster delivery timeline. And they didn't bother to contact us about the change -- we had to contact them! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Shouldn't the employees at any of these stores have known about this 'delivery zone' situation? Ordered a kitchen from them. They delivered my order with 50% accuracy. Had my own contractors install what they delivered correctly figuring they would send the correct items free of charge. Not only did they charge me again but they sent the EXACT same wrong items. No longer wanted to deal w them so I had my contractors retro-fit the wrong items for additional labor costs. Asked Lowes to comp me for the additional labor but because I didn't use their contractors they would not pay or refund me any money. I suppose my mistake was using my own contractors but I already had this relationship and they do a good job so I chose them. Lowes screwed up twice and did not accept any financial responsibility - all I got was a "sorry." I will not be using this Lowes ever again, experience was horrible. read more
