If you want an appliance delivered from Lowe's either rent a truck and pick it up yourself, or better yet, buy it at Home Depot, Gerhardts, D&K, or one of your relatives. This is why NOT to buy from Lowe's (copy of continuing email sent to Lowe's Oaks store #1047 asst store manager - who has to call me back, or respond):
Placed November 6th 2023 (today November 28, 2023 and still no dryer)
PART 1
This product was supposed to be delivered today 11-14 between 8 and 12. At 3:15 I got a call telling me that the delivery cannot be made because the truck was taken out of service. I don't remember the lame reason I was given, and I don't really care. Then woman and tried to tell me that the delivery would be made on Thursday, 11-16. I told her that was absolutely unacceptable. I wanted the dryer here tomorrow. She couldn't confirm that would be done. She told me she would try. I have a delivery I have to make tomorrow. I'm delivering thanksgiving bags to a Parish in south Philadelphia. I won't let them down. I can tell you if this dryer isn't delivered tomorrow. There's going be a letters to any regulatory agency I can find. If this dryer isn't delivered tomorrow I'm going give reviews on your website, Yelp, Trip Advisor and any place else I find. In the meantime, I want to know what adjustment is going to be made to me in terms of reducing the price of this product to compensate me for the time I wasted sitting at home. I canceled the physical therapy appointment I had this morning to wait for this dryer. For your delivery company to call me at 3:15 and tell me there would be no delivery today is inexcusable. I look forward to your immediate reply. NO REPLY
PART 2 (I hadn't even sent part 1 yet)
I cannot believe there is a part 2 to this pitiful, unprofessional, insulting, delivery saga, but....there is!
After receiving notice last night that our dryer would be delivered today, 11-15 between 10 and 2 I received a call from your Three Stooges Delivery Company that there would be no delivery today. The reason (the delivery company must have a manual to refer to when telling customers that there will be no delivery): Our dryer which was on the truck that "broke down" yesterday did not get off-loaded in time to be transferred to the truck that was supposed to deliver today. I wonder why I was told by email last night that I would receive delivery today? I wonder why I wasn't called until 11:30 today that the delivery would not be made today? I wonder why Lowe's has not tried to contact me? But mostly I wonder why I didn't buy from Home Depot, Gerhardt's, DK Appliance, or any store other than Lowe's. NO REPLY
PART 3? - We will see. I wouldn't be surprised.
Guess what - I'm not surprised. After running the dryer fairly constantly because from the date of the new dryer order (11-06) to the date of delivery (11-16) we had quite a backlog of wash - the dryer drum started banging against the side of the outside sheet metal cover. My wife called the appliance department and was told that the dryer would be replaced. BUT.........the replacement dryer would not be ordered until the defective dryer was returned. She said she wanted the defective dryer to be picked up tomorrow (11-18) and was told again the Lowe's had no control of the trucking company scheduling (this the trucking company that was supposed to deliver the new dryer on Tuesday, 11-14, but did not deliver it until Thursday, 11-16 - this is the dryer that was ordered on Monday 11-06).
I don't care We need the replacement dryer delivered the day after the defective dryer has been picked up. Someone at some level at Lowe's needs to call me (610-506-8689) and tell me this will happen. There better not be a "Part 4", but I'm not holding my breath. NO REPLY

iHard to believe there is a Part 4- no. Received v.m. Monday, 11-27-2023 from Lowes delivery company that dryer would be delivered Tuesday,11-28-2023 10:30am-2:30pm. Called Lowes store at 2:46pm to check on status of delivery and was told dryer was NOT EVEN LOADED ON TRUCK! No call from the Lowes delivery company advising me of the change. Asked to speak with Store Manager. His information was the delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. He advised he would confirm and call back if there was a problem
