July 20th I purchased a Whirlpool washer online was given a delivery date of July 25th 7am-9pm est.delvery time. No one called to say the order had been canceled do to the local Pinellas park store was out of stock. I had to call them to find out why it was not going to be delivered on the 25th and they gave me a new promised delivery date of August 1st 9:30am-1:30pm I took the day off work to be home and again a NO SHOW and NO CONTACT . I called Lowe's 3rd party delivery XPO and they said the Item is in the truck and The delivery crew and truck was running late and would definitely be delivering the washer that day. I call lowes store Pinellas Park at 5:45pm and was told by the customer service they must be running a little late. Long story short THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY WASHER! I finally called Aug.2nd and got a manager MIKE at the Pinellas Park store his solution was to give me a refund or ANOTHER date to deliver my washer! Lowes really you can't be serious you've wasted every bit of Patience I have and wasted days of my time Canceling on me twice with no notification & delivering horrible customer service I'm literally going across the street to HOME DEPOT and ordering the same thing from them to deliver this week Thanks for nothing! read more

Why can't I rate this store - 10 stars? this store is on top of my list for the week rest service ever. Went to the store about 5 30 pm On wed. I needed to locate bath tub surround( box weights less than 20 lb). I asked one of the workers. Who was very rude. It was like over there you idiot the direction where you came from. Aisle 41-46. So I went to see the product. Could not find it so I look for help again. Found an old man who was about 3 aisles down. I said. I need help in aisle 45. Ok where ever that is was the answer.i showed what I wanted he looked up and said I CAN'T LIFT THAT. Then he said I don't work in this department. So? Can you get someone to help me? I will get someone. He walks away comes back about 5 min and says he is busy he will get here. I waited about 10 min and walked out. And never going back to this store again. read more

I wondered about all the negative reviews but now I understand. I went to purchase four new kitchen appliances and stood in line in that department while the salesman helped another customer. So not to be impolite, I waited my turn. He never acknowledged my presence and didn't say he'd be back to help. He walked them to the front with their new dryer. I waited and waited and he didn't return. As I was about to leave I saw him heading back. He made eye contact and I thought "hey, it IS coming back" but suddenly made a left turn and disappeared. Every single employee for that matter seemed to have blinders on or I was truly invisible. After waiting and wandering looking for help for 30 minutes I decided not to purchase anything from Lowe's. There were 3 other people in appliances who appeared to be managers possibly? Looked like they were in a meeting or interviewing a potential employee. I kept walking by them to see if they'd look up. Nothing. But they clearly were not floor assistants. Such a shame. It's not Lowe's fault...company's cannot control bad behavior and individuals who lack good work ethics. read more

When we purchased our new LG washer and dryer, we had great assistance from a knowledgeable staff. Get this-- they told me that yes, I can get a 5% discount with the Lowe's card, but that I can get a 10% veteran's discount every day. The delivery guys were the best-- set up the appliances and made sure that everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. A great experience -- we are redoing our kitchen this summer and we'll do more business with this crew. We are very satisfied. read more

Don't use Lowe's sent out installer to measure for stovetop install showed up earlier then time quoted after I asked for latest time available cause I work nights. Never introduced self when showed up just walks in does measurements then says they will call you in 24 hours 50 hours later I call them to ask what's going on to be told we don't have anything yet we'll get back to you. Hours later they have store associate call me back to tell me everything is in. I go to sign paperwork and let them know about how unprofessional the installer was and that they need to send a different one for install they apologize and say they will. Then they tell me the charges the installer found when there that are more then the stovetop it's self 135 for cutting corners from round to straight. So I tell them I think after the unprofessionalness of the installer and that a supervisor didn't call me back I should be charged half if not charged at all for hidden charges. They agree to half when I go to pay at customer service I'm first in line but guy points to next guy in line then when done with him just walks off. When I finally get to counter I tell her how rude that was and get just an ok. So finally three days later I get a call to do install while at work saying they can come out on a Monday when I'm working. I call back get voicemail and leave message saying I can do Tuesday call me back. They call again a whole day later saying they can come out on Monday on my voicemail as I was at work when they called. I call back getting voicemail again and talk very slow so they could understand then don't get a callback until Tuesday. Can't do it that day so I have to wait now until following Tuesday. Guess who shows up the installer I was told I wouldn't get tells me I didn't have to have the cutting done but the 60 dollar box did have to be done. So since that should have been 30 I should get 57 dollars back. He says he'll call to let them know I need refund on cutting fee. I get a call later while at dinner saying they are sending me back my difference. Today I get mail open envelope I got charged a full 60 not half and my money back on a Lowe's gift card shove it up your ass this is ridiculous I've called multiple times to never have a supervisor call me back. Never use Lowe's horrible business. I will tell everyone I meet to go to home depot or a contractor but not to give a dollar to Lowe's. I can't wait for the day this horrible company goes out of business. read more

BE CAREFUL BIG, BIG RETURN POLICY CHANGE! Maybe because it's in a high crime area but if you decide to purchase a big ticket item you had better think twice. I purchased a ladder that was too heavy and attempted to return it. It was unopened and I had the receipt so I assumed it would not be a problem. This store has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! I cannot even begin to express how disappointed I have been at this store. My husband had to load dozens of panels of fencing on his own while worker stood by and watched him as they did nothing. When a piece of fencing fell from the cart on his way out, they finally asked if he needed help. He said he wouldn't mind help loading but they said they couldn't go out to the parking lot. We returned, against our better judgement, for convenience purposes. This time we tried to purchase reduced plants, to which the worker rudely told us we would have to get ready to "hang out" a while because a manager would need to override price. After paging tejm twice, ten minutes later, I went inside the store to see if there were any managers available. The customer service girl said, " oh yeah, there are two here which one do you want?" ( As she point behind her). As soon as they heard me, they told her they were busy and asked her to call someone else. WOW.....Lazy. After 15 minutes, we left empty-handed. And don't even get me started on their product mark up. Their sale prices are higher than Amazon'em regular price. If you go to Lowe's, DO NOT waste your time at this one! read more

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing an appliance. Bought a set of brand new Samsung top loader (wash/dryer) They were out of stock which was fine l, no biggie,and they were to be delivered over the weekend (bought them on a Monday) Fast forward a week later and the delivery man shows up and tells me that the only dryer they had was the used floor model, gets worse, with a scratch on the front. They did offer me 15% off. I denied that dryer because I wanted a brand new one, which I thought I was getting all along,so they said it will take another week to get the brand new one I was charged for. (Can't believe no one called to tell/ask us this in the week prior to delivery the just show up?) Fast forward another 10 days, I get a call telling me the delivery won't be coming today because of the "rain" we have been getting. Are you kidding?!?!?!?!?! It's Florida, it's rains everyday. They explained it won't be here for ANOTHER WEEK!!! I can't believe it's been this long and I've been dragged though this process all the while dealing with the most condensing, unprofessional customer service I've ever witnessed. Shame on you Lowes. I blame the customer service completely. No communication and lying about the rain is the most asinine excuse for such a large corporation. read more

I cannot say enough good things about what a Fantastic store, Lowe's, Pineallis Park store on Park Blvd. is!!!! We moved to the area not knowing any businesses and began a huge remodeling project of the condo we had just bought. The install department (Chris and Christine) stood by us and dealt with a subcontractor who was not fulling our order. They made sure we were happy and satisfied with the finished product!!! The kitchen design department (Robert and Wyatt) helped us design a beautiful kitchen and bath. Bruce in hardware went out of his way to help me every time I came into the store and needed assistance!!! And Davey always went out of his way to help me load my van. Thank you Lowe's for all your help and wonderful service!!! And I was not paid to write this review and I have no relatives that work at Lowe's!!! read more

Wow, if they only had spent time on training and staff on customer check out as good as thier department members. Just spent 1 1/2 hours shopping for $400 worth of paint and other items needed. The team members in the specific departments were very helpful and had at least two of them to help.Then went to check out, pitifull two registers opened both with trainees and 3-4 customers in line for both, and no one to assist them. Started with one gentleman once he started scanning paint had issue, called for help after 3-4 minutes and the other register empty I went to the female cashier. Then the help showed up, as she was scanning it seemed she was unsure of how to acknowledge paint scan issue? Not disappointed in cashiers but with the training and orgazations focus on the check out of the customers. My wife loves Home Depot, but told her I love Lowes. No more, Home Depot here I come. Just purchased home in Seminole. Please do not support this Lowes on Park Blvd. read more

They are OK, not as good and the Largo store where the employees are better trained. but they are courteous when you can get them to stop talking about their home lives. If you can buy it off the shelf and take it home, fine. If you have to special order, go elsewhere. I ordered a set of cabinets and was told that they should arrive in 2-3 weeks. I had allowed over 6 weeks when I placed the order, so I never dreamed it would be late. Clearly I had underestimated Lowe's disorganization. To add to the mess, one of the cabinets arrived damaged, and I was offered a chance to wait for another delivery. I did not have 7 more weeks to spare when I was in mid project. When I talked to a manager to get compensation, I was told that I had been informed it was 28 days for a special order. My wife and I clearly heard 2-3 weeks, but I was basically told I was a liar. When I pointed out that, even at 28 days, it was late by over 2 weeks, he then changed it to 28 business days! 28 business days? Totally absurd that anyone would not even use a round number. If he had been Pinocchio, his nose would have cast a shadow over the Howard Frankland bridge. I did get some compensation; in fact, it was about what I had expected. The needless distaste was in him creating low-quality fabrications that insult the customer's intelligence. This was my last special order at Lowe's. read more
