I purchased a Samsung dishwasher on June 4, 2026. It was finally delivered on June 15th. After two weeks (July 3), I realized that a) it wasn't drying the dishes; b) the bottom rack wouldn't stay on the track and c) the silverware would drop down through the holder and sometimes interfere with the bottom cleaner. I went back to Lowes and asked for a credit toward a different dishwasher and they told me I only had 48 hours to get a refund. They gave me the number to call at Samsung, but they said the same thing. Lowes is selling an inferior product and they failing to satisfy my complaint. I had indicated that I wanted a credit toward a more expensive unit, but they told me "tough luck". Please do not buy any appliances from Lowes. read more

Pro service desk are huddle up on the phones, I had to say "EXCUSE ME" just to get somebodies attention to help me, then they didn't want to help me sent me to customer service, customer service act like they ain't wanna do they jobs. No "sorry yo make you wait." No "how can I help?" Just rude. When she didn't have my part in stock she had no clue how to refund my money. I honestly think she was sleeping in the back room or something when I came in. I would fire this incompetent unfriendly person. It's always brimming with inventory and it's also immaculately tidy. The staff is helpful and friendly. If I could give no stars I absolutely would. My husband and I placed an order in February 9th to have tiles delivered on February 19th. Well that day passed and I called looking for an update and they stated it'll be delivered the following day. I have called both the store and the customer support line to get an update and I keep getting promised the same thing " we guarantee it'll be delivered tomorrow." Well here we stand on February 26th no delivery no tiles no updates. Keep in mind I have no received any updates on my products. Well I call in again to support to be told they don't even have the full amount for my order which is why it's been delayed. Maria from customer support advised that it's because they don't have the product. Why has no one informed me of this every time I have called in. I requested to speak to a supervisor and she repeatedly kept denying me to talk to anyone and kept giving me excuses as to why she couldn't transfer me and that the supervisor would say them same thing. I repeated myself 6 times before she got the memo. I have now sat on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for a supervisor. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I don't recommend using Lowe's for anything at this point. I'd rather pay three times the cost to get my things done and delivered correctly. And before someone from Lowe's tries to make a comment that this is fabricated I have phone calls and text messages to provide. Mark the manager made excuses as well and explained that Lowe's originally messed up and didn't update the system. I bought a gas dryer from Appliances at the Lowe's in Pinellas Park FL. When I mentioned I had propane service the sales person said that they would convert it from natural gas to propane when delivered for an additional cost of $20. When the dryer was delivered the installer said they do not do this type of conversion. I called my sales person (Krista Damonn) who then said that they do not do gas to propane conversions even though when I bought the dryer she said they would. She did not offer any alternative solution or resolution. Now I am stuck with a dryer that is going to cost me $200+ to get to where I can use it. I am very disappointed. The GE® 30" Free-Standing Electric Range purchase at LOWE's has not worked correctly since the day it was purchase in 12/2020. After 30 Days LOWE'S will not help you and direct you to GE Appliance Repair. Due to their horrible appliances, their phone lines are so busy that you will have trouble getting through. They will set you up an appointment 30 days out and then nobody will show up. There is always some excuse. My Fifth appointment has been rescheduled for 06/03/2021. Buyer Beware. DO NOT Buy GE Appliances and since LOWE's will not stand buy the products that they sale, I would say be very careful what you buy from LOWE's. read more

I just moved here from Mississippi and have never been to this store , I ask two different people and they said in tools, I am 66 and walk with a cane, so I said can you point me in that direction and that is all they did. I received a tumbler, which was missing a piece on the lid, as a gift over the holidays so I went to exchange it asking the returns employee where I could find a replacement. Long story short she reversed the original payment to the card that belongs to the person who gave me the tumbler then I was told there was nothing they could do about it but also asked multiple times what I wanted them to do. If you can't do anything about it why bother asking? How does a company of that size have an exchange policy of "we don't do exchanges" especially around the holidays? All in all this was a shitty experience and the worst part is is I know that there's nothing I can do about it aside from this dumbass Yelp review and that there is nothing that's going to be done. I usually always find what I'm looking for and the employees are helpful, so that's goooood. lol Right now (10/21) they have a mix of Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas decorations available. I believe it was the beginning of October or late September that they had a nice Halloween display, but it's changed to Christmas already! They also have the artificial Christmas trees lit up inside. You can buy pumpkins and carving kits here, wreaths, and cute winter door mats. Gotta love the Holidays! Please, please, please do not ever buy appliances from the Lowe's in Pinellas Park FL!!!!! We are part time residents and went to purchase a stackable washer/dryer set on the first day we arrived so that we they could accommodate a delivery date since we are only here for a week. Ordered the set and purposely asked if we had to purchase a stacking kit and the salesperson said not on this model so we purchased all the other items (hoses, vents etc) to be ready for delivery. Told the salesperson that we wanted the first available delivery date, and he told us a date two weeks after we would be home. Another salesperson came over and we asked her if we could get a more reasonable delivery date and she said of course which ended up being two days after purchase which worked perfectly for us. Got a call from Lowe's the night before delivery with a time frame and we waited. Delivery guys came with the set and told us they couldn't set it up because there was no stacking kit plus the dryer came damaged. We accepted the washer and went back to Lowes immediately to purchase the stacking kit and arrange for another delivery date with a new dryer. The salesperson gave us another delivery date and we waited all day once again and when the delivery guys arrived, they came with another washer and not a dryer. Went back to the store to straighten out this mess and found out they don't have anymore dryers available. The salesperson finally agreed to cancel the whole order and give us an upgraded set which was finally delivered. Put in one load of clothes that ran fine then put in another load and the washer stopped working. Can't stress enough DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES. read more

I did not have the best hookup kit so they suggested yay I g what they had in truck and I would be billed later (just took care of it!) Both gentlemen were just that..... gentlemen! Friendly, knowledgeable and fun to chat with while they worked quickly and got everything set up. I had the prep of both machines explained to me and they went over paperwork once done. We came here after purchasing a few doors from the Largo location not even 10 minutes away, in search of more of the same doors. At the Largo store we walked out with 3 doors and some nails for $600. We got the 2 identical doors we needed from this store and it was $550... When we checked the receipts, the SKU numbers were identical (one door was off by 1 digit because it was LH not RH, but the point remains). For some reason this Lowes is charging $55 more per door for the exact same doors. When we asked customer service, at first the woman told us "different stores have different prices" and wrote us off. To her credit when she looked a little more into it she did see the discrepancy but was only able to credit us for 1 door because the SKU matched, the other being off by 1 we were told there was nothing they could do. The 4 miles of gas used between these stores cannot possibly cost them $55 per door and as such I would recommend the Largo store where the employees are much more friendly and the prices are better. read more

My Fiance and I ordered appliances on our credit card and they charged us twice. I called and they said it was a pending charge and it would fall off after the pending delivery was completed. However, this prevented me from being able to pay my other bills that were due that day, plus the customer service agent on the phone lacked in customer service skills and was of not much help. There should be no need for a consumer to have to provide security for a large corporation on a "pending delivery order". Disappointed in Lowes. I was going to buy cabinets from Lowes and my refrigerator for the rest of my kitchen remodel, however now I am now steering towards a different company like Home Depot. Who actually cares about their consumers. Lowes should do better and not overcharge for a delivery order. The total was 2,400 btw and was charged 6,000. Unacceptable. read more

Well, at least lowes is consistent in not providing very good customer service. Let me paint the picture, here we go! Well, several years ago we bought new vinyl windows for our house. The employee asked if we had the correct measurements, which we did, my dad is a mechanic and a very handy man. We also told the employee how we measured it which was apparently fine. A looooonnnngggg time later we got the windows and started the install ourselves. 1 out of 4 windows actually fit and when we returned the others, the employee helping us was really rude to my wife. We got new windows ordered and the new one still did not fit right so we had to trim them ourselves. The original employee who sold us the windows made us feel like it's our fault. I have gone here a couple times since and on one of those occasions an employee suggested a kobalt power tool which he swore by as being the best they had, so I got it and tried it. It sucked so I returned it. So recently, we went here to get a bedroom door to match a previous door we bought about 5 years ago. We figured we better go there for the new door so they match. The door at lowes and Home Depot are probably sister companies but why take the chance. We pushed the help button to have an employee help get the door down since I'm currently disabled. The employee came over and immediately said to the effect of "what do you need? If it's a quick question I can help I have two dogs at home I gotta get to!" Ok sorry to bother you but all I need is a door down off the shelf and do you guys cut to size, "no we don't do that here." Hmmm weird! Ok so we started looking for door hinges. Ah let the fun now begin. I must have stood at the millwork counter a total of 15-20mins, even the customer being helped pointed me out to the employee speaking to his wife FOREVER! I had to ask a quick question, but being raised properly, I would not interrupt. I found 2 employees stocking and area who told me hinges are in aisle 17, no no they weren't. I walked the area numerous times before the employee in millwork told me aisle 14, I believe. So I finally found them and could not find the antique brass. I asked two employees literally 15' from the hinges about the kind I was looking for, they wouldn't even look at me. They were so caught up in their own conversation. The reply was to the effect, "nope that's it." The one employee tells me to go to palmers hardware, "they might have it." I knew these kind were common so I advised Home Depot carries them, reply, "peph then go there." My reply, this is why I never shop here, lack of customer assistance and most employees have no knowledge or give bad advice. We gathered the stuff we already had and purchased then left. I did speak with a manager but afterwards didn't feel like it was a concern to the manager. I told the manager I live a lot closer to lowes than Home Depot and I rather go to Home Depot. We went to the Seminole Home Depot today and we're asked by at least 3-4 employees if we needed help. I got ALL the help we needed. Believe me when I say, it takes a lot to get me to do a review whether or not it's one/none or 5 stars only. I use to work in retail so I know it's not fair to just bash someone or a company. But, these places I have reviewed deserve them. Hope this helps! read more
