    Went into Lowe's today 7/2/26 to pick up some Levolor trim and go blinds. After waiting around for any employee to come into the blind section, I walked over to the paint and ask the gentleman to call somebody over to help me with the blinds. He radioed somebody and I waited about 15 minutes and no one showed up. I then walked over to the customer service counter where I told Buddy I needed help with some blinds and if he was able to call someone over there and he simply replied. "I'll do my best to help you out." he walked over to the blinds area with me and helped me get the proper size and then I told him I was unable to get a hold of Marina Valley on the phone, as I wanted to be sure that their cutting machine was working since the one at his store in Riverside was not working today. He got on the phone with them immediately and confirmed for me that their cutting machine was indeed working. I purchased my blinds at the Riverside store and took them to Marino Valley to be cut. I just wanna say that with two kids and stuff to do, I really don't have a whole lot of time to sit and wait for someone to decide they want to come help me. For Buddy to step out of his Customer Service counter position and help me on the floor was greatly appreciated. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver with my time constraint. Let me tell you I played another waiting game at Marino Valley for somebody to come help me cut the blinds there. I am not sure if both Lowe's are just understaffed or the employees just truly do not want to help anyone.. I would definitely come back to the Riverside store because of employees like Buddy.

    These people in the store are truly clueless and that's probably the reason why it's so empty all the time ! I'm walking in and it's clear that I'm looking for an item while you have two representatives just chitchatting back-and-forth about their personal business. They don't ask to see if I need any help, I get more assistance from the person that's selling solar than I do the associates in the store. They're very good to say hello and other than that, these folks are clueless! Then I get to the customer pick up and unless you have the exact information it's like a needle in a haystack for them to find your merchandise. So sad Lowe's I used to really believe in you guys, not anymore. Quite honestly, I get more service and reaction out of the minion in the aisle.

    Just another day at Lowe's in riverside ca on Magnolia Ave. The lady with the bad perm at customer service wants to spread that bad attitude to any customer that dare ask her a question. This time about a 50ft extension cord that's labeled a 100ft. And being held together by a bunch of electrical tape and still all tangled up. She says I'm wrong I tell her she's incorrect. And after I have to go measure it out to prove it she's just missing all a sudden. Ppl with pissy personalities need to find work that's not in retail but I guess when you're running the customer service counter at coursing on a Tuesday night Jan. 14 930pm to be exact. How badly you would love to tell her to get rid of the horrible perm and back to driving her 16 wheeler so she's happy again. And not driving customers away at her local home improvement store. Because I sure put back everything except the one thing I went in there to get, super glue. Way to go on losing that sale, permabetch.

    I give 0 stars I DO NOT recommend using home installations department sales person Jo or Joseph..... he placed the wrong order number in my contract and now I'm stuck with a gate that I never wanted it's incomplete AND IT's falling apart already... I been given the runaround for 14 months and no solution... all I want is what I ordered...or for Lowe's to accept accountability for their mistake.. I understand we are all human but why should I be held accountable for someone's negligence and mistake...... my mistake was trusting Lowe's with my project and I regret it 1000%. So now it took Lowe's 14+ months to tell me no we will not fix the problem by giving You the correct gate.. and for the inconvenience and mistake WE DID we will not offer a discount/ compensation Nor a apology........ I will say Buddy and Damien did try to help me but still no resolution.... The store manager Robert did get back to me in the same day... but I wish he could have done more to make it right for the customer... I will be escalating it to corporate because this is not acceptable or right.... Lowe's do the right thing and make it right.....if I'm paying $6000 I want what I ordered not what Jo decided to order

    I would park 1/4 mile away if they told me the civilians need the closer spots. But until then....

    Kitchen cabinets only. First thing cabinet manager said to me, "So you want Shenandoah?" I don't know what that means, is it a sandwich? "Most people buy Shenandoah." Went downhill from there. Large gap between cabinet top and ceiling (I fixed that by raising the cabinets), no covering for unfinished area under cabinets, no edging for the space where cabinets meet the wall, crown molding extends past a raised ceiling. Overall I felt like I was on my own for design, selection. I closed the sale because I got a good price, and was not buying the sales guy. He was a dude without the "e." Go to Home Depot in Eastvale. The designer there, Antonio, is a master.
