Very poor customer service. The workers block the aisles for their own convenience and when I informed them that they had the aisle blocked from both ends they were extremely rude. Very poor customer service. No upscale in stock flooring. All the cheap crap that you want, though. I thought it would be better, since Lowes has much more in stock lighting, rugs, etc. I would recommend Home Depot on Merritt Island for better service. read more

I have been trying to spend $4-5000.00 on flooring at the location for weeks and I can not even get a phone call to schedule the measuring of my floors .. The management really doesn't seem to care at all! I called Home Depot on Wickham Rd and they were out within 5 days, I have a price and I'm willing to spend a little bit more just because they provided the service that I needed within a reasonable timeframe.. Sad to say that going to Lowes is like playing craps. You may win occasionally but the ODDs are stacked against you receiving quality customer service. I had 1 pleasurable trip purchasing shelf items and a Toilet, and 2 horrendous trips 1 where I was simply returning to pickup the Toilet I purchased, and when I got there I was treated as if "I had a lot a nerve coming in on a Sunday to pick up the Toilet I already paid for". 20 minutes later after encountering Heather, probably the most rude anti customer service rep I ever met,,, only wanted to tell me things like "you cant stand there" (Despite the fact the sign said PICKUPS), you cant follow me" (despite the fact that I was merely trying to lend a hand because of the weight),,,, no apology just Attitude, followed by Garret the M.O.D. who had prejudged me a treated me like I was the Asshole, was quick to offer me a refund as the first resolution,( I needed the Toilet), and finally begrudgingly he brought the toilet out from the back and loaded it onto my truck without a word regarding my horrendous 25 minute waste of time!!!! they obviously don't pay their employees enough could they don't seem to care about their jobs read more

God help you if this is the ONLY place you can get for ANY flooring needs..which IS the case for most of us. It takes a good 20 minutes AT LEAST to get anyone's attention. When you DO get someone's attention they don't have ANY knowledge of any of their products...the workers will just read descriptions off to you. The "Flooring Specialist" named Jay is literally UNREACHABLE! I have been going to this Lowes (and Home Depot) for 12 years and it has ALWAYS been a negative experience because they are ALWAYS short-staffed and and with have workers that have NO idea what they're talking about. Worse customer service in a very long time! Have attempted a simple appliance purchase and install for 3 weeks and got nothing but the run around. Have spoken to many employees who state they will help but as of this writing have yet to actually do anything...except hang up the phone! It even gets better; the higher I went up the ladder in the store command, the worst the attitude and in fact; a Heather, who states she is some kind of "customer service manager" hung up the phone as well as I tried to ascertain the name of the general manager. I would not do business nor recommend this this store to my worst enemy. For the record, I am a commercial account holder of Lowes for 10+ years and have done business around the state. People are oftentimes quick to publish negative reviews when they are motivated by a bad experience but often fail to point out very good experiences in a store or at a restaurant. Following hurricane Irma, I had to stop in to the Lowes in Rockledge to return a flashlight that I had purchased prior to The storm due to a failed on off switch in the butt cap after just a handful of uses. Of course, when I took the flashlight out of the package I did not keep the receipt or the packaging. Despite this, Gina, at the return desk was extremely polite, and helpful. She guided me towards getting another flashlight and provided a store credit for the difference. I really appreciated the kind and efficient way in which I was dealt with and I feel that she should receive some type of recognition from management of the store for this. read more

Lowe's customer service is absolutely terrible. We were trying to get a dishwasher so we asked one of the employees which ones were in stock and he replied,"it doesn't work that way". The worker tried explaining to us even tho the dishwasher is listed on the site for that store it's prob not in stock. Terrible customer service at Rockledge, FL location. Please think twice before renting a steam cleaner from Lowe's, as they don't properly maintain their equipment. I received a broken machine, which I didn't realize until it was filled up and ready to go. I had to return to Lowe's to swap for a cleaner that worked and was given a lot of hassle from employee and manager. They also refuse to take manufacturer coupons or honor military discount on cleaner or machine rental. No apology from Lowe's for not maintaining equipment or me having to return with a broken machine, just rudeness from employees. Will drive across town to Home Depot from now on. read more

COMMON CROOKS!! Went about a month and a half ago in August to have my craftsman pressure washer serviced. I left it there and was told that it would be 4-6 weeks since it had to be sent out for service. About three weeks ago I started to call and go to Lowes to inquire about my property. I was given the run around saying the records show it is done and in receiving but could not be located. This went on for three weeks so far. Many phone calls and waiting in Lowes customer service line. Today I went to ask if they located my pressure washer. They had not but found new notes in the service log stating that they jad tried several times over th last two months attempting to reach me but was not able to so they "Disposed" of my property according to the customer service manager because "We are not a Storage Facility". Now I have zero record of any incoming calls from Lowes. I have many outgoing about me inquiring about my property to which I was told it could not be found. Both the manager of the customer service and the corporate customer service tells me that there is no compensation or further resolution available. Be careful about anything with Rockledge Lowes. Initially in early June 2018, I was told by the sales rep that the windows would take 5 to 6 weeks to order. After waiting 3.5 months, I called the store and they said the windows would be in in about a week, (early September). After that week went by I went to the store and they told me that the order was missing a window, which they did not tell me on the phone. So they said they would work it out. When the windows were delivered, the casement window for the loft bedroom was not in the order. I waited for them to call about the scheduling of the install and when they finally did, they scheduled for the day I was going out of the country. The store failed to schedule me in because they were waiting for the last window, trying to cover for their mistake. So they installed the windows as we left and while we were gone over a period of three days from October 2 to the4th. The stucco guy was not informed that he needed to do the stucco, even though the job was done. My neighbor who was watching the install for me, said that the stucco had not been done. I called when I got back, which was October 11th, the stucco was still not done. This was by then was more than a week of exposed stucco. When I called the store and spoke to Terry Stockrider, they said they would have the stucco guy call me. They claimed they made an appointment for the next Monday, almost two weeks of exposed edge of the windows. Then they said there was a death in the family and he couldn't come. I gave him a couple of days then called again. They scheduled me for the next Monday, and they didn't come until that Thursday. So it took them until three weeks later to stucco all the windows, and it rains in Florida. The stucco guy said that he hasn't ever seen a job from this Lowes where the customers were satisfied. They didn't even tell him he had to do the job. He was scheduled to go on a cruise the day my stucco was supposed to be done. Now the last window came in and they called me to deliver it. When they got to my house I said I don't think this is a casement, it looks like a fixed window, (It was all wrapped up and hard to see into the packaging. So I checked my order form, sure enough it was a casement. This is for a bedroom and needs to be an egress window. So now I have to wait probably another 5 weeks and who knows whether they will get it right. I asked the manager to call Pella and reorder the window on a rush. They reused stating that the window would be in December 6th. I asked if he could schedule the install for that day. They said not until the window arrives. So I'll have to wait another two weeks with more lies about actually forwarding my information to the installer, so they can hide their mistakes. They have very many low ratings online about how this Lowes always messed up the order. I can't believe they rushed through the order of the last window and got it wrong. The Palladian window was supposed to be two fixed sides and a casement center with a circle top above it. They delivered two side casements, no center window and a circle top. How could you get that wrong? I gave them plan with elevations, sizes and a scheduled that spelled out what type of window each one was. I want my last window and to be done with this. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I would not order your windows from these guys. They really have no clue what they are doing. They should have told me the first time on the phone that they were missing a window, but I had to wait for them and then actually go down there to find out they botched the order. I waited on hold three times for 30 minutes last week to find out where my window is, holding a for a manager the whole time. I finally had to go down there to get the new delivery date of my window. They lost a customer as I would buy a light bulb there. I really hate the thought of having to deal with a warranty issue with these guys. read more

I tried to buy a kitchen sink and get it installed. It didn't work out so well. I was told a plumber would call and set up a date to come and measure within 2 days. They called and gave a bunch of excuses as to why they were so busy and could come as promised. He said he would call next week. He never called. I went to Lowes to get my $35 back for the measurement job. I would avoid Lowes. read more

We just bought a brand new John Deer z3335e Zero degree turn lawnmower from this store. When buying it I specifically asked for a floor model inside the store because all of the other ones were filthy and weathered. When you spend this much you expect something in "new" condition. When it was delivered to my house, it had been portly palletized and had broke through the pallet causing it to fall off the forklift crashing to the ground when trying to lift it. Not only that, it was a model from outside in the weather and was filthy and had none of the paperwork or keys with it. The delivery person was nice, apologized, loaded it back up, and took it back to get me another one. I specifically requested again to have the floor model that was clean and not weathered. The delivery person passed that along as well to the department manager. A couple of hours later the delivery truck showed up with a different one of the same model, palletized a little better, but again from out in the parking lot filthy and weathered. I'm not sure what their customer service training is like, but I can bet if they showed up to a store they would expect their purchase to be in new condition! For the Garden Center: Great selection. Plants are well-kept and healthy. Very reasonable pricing. Great sales- distressed plants at 1/2 off plus other promotions on healthy plants. Find out when they're due to do inventory; they heavily discount perfectly good plants around this time. Excellent customer service! Very helpful and friendly employees! So i made the mistake of placing and order for 3 things online. I went a 40 minutes later to pick it up. I went to customer service who were nice but said it wasnt pulled yet but the would page to have it pulled. I waited for about 45 minutes and decided to pull it myself. All items were right next to each other but one was heavy enough i could barely lift it. I left it and got a rolly hand held basket rather then go all the way to get a cart. I schlept the 3 items to customer service and explained no one pulled the order so i did it myself she looked it up again and said i was ok to take them. I went to roll it out of the store and was stopped and said i couldnt bring the basket out. I explained i couldnt lift the item and they told me to drive my car up to the entrance so i went and did that i still couldnt get anyone to help me carry it out so i had to push it down the sidewalk with my foot cut myself in it trying to lift it in the car. Long story short if your going to shop here expect to get no help and do it all yourself. Its like this all the time. Two days ago i went to get paint and the lady behind the counter gave me attitude because i didn't know what kind to get although i had a piece of painted drywall to show her. They have a good selection of products, but customer service is lacking. IF you can find someone, it's usually "not their department" and they can't help you - either they tell you to wait for another employee or sometimes they're able to tell you what aisle to look on. It's rare that someone walks you over to the correct place and actually tries to help you. We prefer HD, but end up here most of the time because it's closer. read more

Worst. Customer service. Ever. My husband and I left Titusville to go all the way down to this Lowe's because they reportedly had the microwave in stock we needed for our kitchen dimensions. We spent all day working on this kitchen with a teething toddler, but that's besides the point. We went down there around 630pm, with our upset toddler, and went straight to appliances to knock this out. We waited over twenty minutes for any acknowledgment. We heard over the intercom "assistance in appliances" even though we hadn't asked for it and figured we'd been seen. Sweet. But no. Another 10 minutes goes by. We witnessed numerous people walk passed us and THREE, three whole associates cutting carpet for a lady in a hover round. One of the guys with the group just stood their dancing to the shitty music on the speakers in the store. Finally we just grab the microwave we had questions about it were pretty certain it was the right one, loaded it up on the dolly and handled it ourselves. I received all the answers to my questions via google because these associates are useless. We go to checkout and this troll of a woman goes over and just PUSHES my husband out of the way with her weight and starts pressing all these buttons on the self checkout. Care to explain what you're doing? My husband got in her face and said "hi." And she said "oh, hello." He told her we've waited a half hour for assistance so what's the help for now? She didn't say a word. Just left when she was done. We walked out of there with our upset toddler and a horrible taste in our mouth for this business. Never again will we pay a dime at Lowe's. Thank you for losing a customer. Also: the ONLY reason we spent the money here is because we absolutely needed this microwave on a time crunch. But believe me, it hurt to give them any money at all. read more
